FX is adding another rock star to its potential lineup. The male-skewing cable network is developing a half-hour comedy with Foo Fighters’ singer-songwriter Dave Grohl and comedian Dana Gould that would revolve around a rock band on the verge of stardom and breaking up.
The untitled project would revolve around the band as they seek professional assistance from a couples’ therapist on the brink of divorce. Gould will write and exec produce alongside Grohl, 3 Arts’ Tom Lassally and Gerber Pictures’ Dave Becky and Bill Gerber.
