Chances are if your childhood occurred anytime in the last 30 years, Raffi Cavoukian was part of your soundtrack.
The Canadian children’s music superstar is behind such hits as “Down by the Bay” and “Baby Beluga,” and has sold over 15 million albums in Canada and the U.S. Over the last decade he has also lent his voice to several causes, campaigning for the environment and children’s rights.
In recent days, however, Raffi has turned his attention to hockey, specifically taking on violence in the game. Earlier this month, Raffi released a new song about the game he loves called “On Hockey Days,” “a call to fun, fair play and respect.”
