From his About Me page:
I Attended USC for 3 years on a baseball scholarship and majored in Photojournalism while study the art & craft of photography shooting for the College newspaper the “Daily Trojan” & a small Rock n’ Roll Magazine in LA.
Between the Daily Trojan Newspaper & the Magazine photography would become a great passion of mine, shooting all kinds of different events, subjects & travel. After spending 22 years in the Major Leagues and having my Photojournalist job take a back seat I can now make up for that lost time. It’s been 26 years since I’ve had a summer vacation.I’m now enjoying different arena’s with my camera shooting motorsports, concerts, people & places.Along with 3 USO trips under my belt, one to Iraq,Kuwait another to Okinawa & the latest to Italy,Afghanistan & Germany (God Bless Our Troops). I’ve also been a contributing photographer for major media outlets with various photo’s featured in Spin Magazine,Metal Hammer Magazine,Score Baseball Card Company,AOL Online.
My Photography has allowed me to explore things through my camera eye and at the same time give back to charities very close to me “Homelessness” being one of them, during my baseball career with various art shows its been very rewarding on that front more then even getting that Perfect Picture or throwing that Perfect Game
The ride has been great but far from done. I look forward to seeing places I’ve never visited and shooting things I’ve never seen.
