Psy, the Korean pop star and U.S. viral video sensation, uploaded a short clip on his official YouTube channel Monday showing music exec Scooter Braun and himself sharing a drink and making a big announcement: sources have confirmed to Billboard that Psy has signed to Braun’s Schoolboy Records, part of Universal Republic.

“We’ve been hanging out in California for four days,” Braun, Justin Bieber’s manager, says in the clip. “And we’ve come to an agreement to make some history together. [To] be the first Korean artist to break a big record in the United States.”
