There’s a Disney Easter Egg in “The Empire Strikes Back” that everybody missed.

From NextMovie:

Turns out, maybe we shouldn’t have been so darn bamboozled by Disney picking up Lucasfilm and setting “Star Wars: Episode VII” into motion because as it happens, Mickey Mouse has been an integral part of George Lucas’ prized intergalactic franchise for quite some time. Make that more than 30 years.

As scoped out by the force-filled folks at the Star Wars Blog, Lucas honored his life-long love of Disney’s friendly rodent by incorporating a teensy, blink-and-you’d-miss-it (and, boy, we did) Easter Egg homage to the chap.
