A new service to print vinyl albums and singles through crowd-funding has been launched by indie label Ninja Tune with the likes of Beggars, Domino and Sunday Best all on board.
The new Ninja Tune initiative is a pledge scheme enabling fans to partially fund the re-release of the destroyed records or records that only gained a small but passionate following and are generally considered too expensive to re-press for general retail.
Once fans have found an item they like through the sites list of out-of-press albums and singles, they can make an order, once the order threshold is reached the record label will repress that product and post it out.
