Tips for writing an essay when you’re short of time

By Mitch Rice

The essay comes from the French “essai,” English “essay,” “assay” – a sample, a test, a drawing; from the Latin “exagium” – an observation. The creator of the genre is considered to be M. Montaigne – the French writer and philosopher of the 16th century. This is a prose work, an essay of small volume with a delicate composition. The genre of criticism and publicist, accessible interpretation of any problem. It expresses personal feelings and speculations about a particular issue and does not claim to be a definitive or inclusive interpretation of the subject. As a rule, the word about something is new, subjectively taken into account, and can have a philosophical, historical and biographical, literary and critical, popular scientific, and white-political character.

Plan of the essay

The first thing every text should have is an introduction. There are no complex requirements for it. The most important thing is that the teacher opened the topic. He must show that the theory is well known to him and confirm the facts of life or history.

Not everyone knows but you do not have to write your introduction, but it’s still worth doing it. Typically, students do not conceive of how in general, students can write the text without an introduction. If you also have difficulties, make a speech on a few rows. In it formulate the problem.

Do not be afraid, because the scores for this will not take away. This part is small and consists of nine propositions. If you use the author’s words, explain them yourself. It is not necessary to recite the phrase word for word.

Theory.

This is the second part, where you are encouraged to describe whether you agree with the writer’s views. As a rule, students do this and rewrite the quote using special terms. This part also includes examples that allow you to defend your point of view.

Facts.

Do not talk in general terms in this block. Make concrete examples. For example, it can be opinions of the authors, facts from history, etc.

Conviction.

In your summary, summarize everything that you said. Students often use the following statement: “Thus, the above examples allow us to conclude that”…..

As we have already said, the plan for writing the essay in 2019 does not vary for all disciplines.

When a student sits down to create a 2019 essay writing plan, the biggest problem is confusion and misguided thinking. Writing an essay is easier when you know what you’re talking about. Moreover, there are some guidelines that you should follow when writing a text:

Stick to the main topic of the text. Speak only about the problem posed, and do not write busy musings.

Try to be clear and unique. It is better to divide them into several short ones.

After you finish the text, read it. You write for people, and so all must be understandable to them. In addition, there may be errors.

Do not use scientific terms; it is better to describe everything in your own words. This way, the reviewers understand that you understand the subject.

Fill the text with your emotions, but do not overdo it.

Before you start writing an essay, you must learn at least three times the topic. Then it will be easier to formulate their thoughts.
