SiriusXM today announced that Grammy Award-winning global star Ed Sheeran will take the stage for a special SiriusXM exclusive performance on September 24 at Irving Plaza in New York City, presented by REESE’S.
Part of SiriusXM’s Small Stage Series, the intimate show will feature the pop icon performing his chart-topping hits, fan favorites and new songs from his upcoming album, Play, out on September 12.
Additionally, SiriusXM listeners across North America will be able to experience Ed Sheeran’s exclusive full performance on SiriusXM’s Ed Sheeran Channel (ch. 79) on September 30 at 6pm ET with additional replays throughout the week. The concert will also be available on-demand via the SiriusXM app. Select songs from the performance will also air on SiriusXM’s Hits 1, The Pulse, 10s Spot and The Coffee House.
Starting today, fans can get closer to Ed as he handpicks his favorite songs, and shares the sounds behind his new album, Play, only on the Ed Sheeran Channel. In this experience curated by Ed, fans will hear the music that defined his rise, the stories behind his evolution, and the global energy that shaped this powerful new era. The channel is a heartfelt mix of memory, creativity, and connection—a journey only Ed could take, and one his fans will feel every step of. Listen to the Ed Sheeran Channel September 3 through October 2 on the SiriusXM app and in car on channel 79 September 12 through September 25.
