World-renowned guitarist Jesse Cook joins an all-star cast for We ❤ Public Television!, the PBS SoCal live three-hour special airing November 8. Cook, a longtime PBS favorite whose five concert specials have aired since 2005, will perform his hit “Mario Takes a Walk.” The event, celebrating the legacy and cultural reach of public media, also features appearances from Josh Groban, Jamie Lee Curtis, Ken Burns, Ziggy Marley, Lily Tomlin, Marlee Matlin, Bill Nye, and more. An encore airs Thanksgiving night, November 27, with streaming available on the PBS App through December 24.
Following a stellar year highlighted by his single “Forever,” which drew over 100,000 YouTube views in eight days, Cook’s global influence continues to soar. His Live From Massey Hall concert, filmed at the historic Toronto venue, is now streaming on CBC Gem and worldwide via CBC Music and YouTube. After touring Europe this fall, Cook launches a 15-city U.S. tour beginning January 16, 2026, in Clearwater, Florida, bringing his masterful blend of rumba flamenco and world music to fans across the country.
