Trivium just dropped “Bury Me With My Screams” and detailed their upcoming three-song EP ‘Struck Dead,’ out now via Roadrunner Records. The Grammy-nominated heavyweights turned their newly built Hangar Studios in Orlando into a full production facility with designer Roger D’Arcy, and the results pack a powerhouse punch. What started as one single during their Poisoned Ascendancy Tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of ‘Ascendancy’ grew into three tracks as the band kept writing during the studio build. Matt Hefy poured personal struggles into the music while the energy of revisiting ‘Ascendancy’ bled into these new songs, creating a cathartic release the band is incredibly proud of. Trivium kicks off The Ascend Above the Ashes tour October 31st in Myrtle Beach, running through December 14th with special guests Jinjer and support from Heriot.
‘Struck Dead’ Track Listing:
- Bury Me With My Screams
- Struck Dead (Pain Is Easier To Remember)
