Australian Alt Pop Artist Yorke Unveils Deluxe EP ‘Unfinished Business’

Australian alt pop artist Yorke has unveiled the deluxe edition of her acclaimed EP ‘Unfinished Business’, which is available everywhere out now. This exciting release features the brand new single “Airplane Mode,” which Yorke describes as the pivotal opener to the EP’s story. The track, written in Los Angeles with songwriter Sarah Troy and produced by Lucky West, reflects Yorke’s raw vulnerability and frustration with her own empathy. Yorke is celebrating the release with the announcement of a November 2025 east coast tour, marking an exciting new chapter for the rising star.

Yorke admits that the single was written about wanting to turn off her highly empathetic side, saying, “I just wanted to tap out and feel numb for a second, and I was frustrated that I couldn’t.” She continues, “When you listen to the deluxe, I think everything makes a lot more sense. It becomes the opener and sets the scene of the EP being an emotional journey to navigate my life in my 20s.” The Kyle Caulfield directed video for “Airplane Mode” was filmed in Tokyo, capturing Yorke’s cinematic vision for the EP, which includes recent singles like “Love On The Run,” “Sorry In Advance,” and “The Villain.”
