GRAMMY Winner TOURIST Announces ‘The Invisible Tour’ Supporting New Album ‘Music Is Invisible’

GRAMMY Award-winning songwriter and producer Tourist is celebrating the release of his mesmerizing new album, Music Is Invisible, by hitting the road for an eagerly awaited North American headline tour. This run, dubbed “The Invisible Tour 2026,” is a major event for fans of electronic music, offering an immersive live DJ experience that perfectly echoes the atmospheric and expansive sound of his new music. The tour is billed as a “very special opportunity” to experience his sixth studio album in a live/club format. The North American leg kicks off on April 17th at New York City’s historic Webster Hall, with major stops including Austin, Chicago, and Denver, before crossing into Canada for dates in Montreal and Toronto in June.

Music Is Invisible is available everywhere now via Queens Road Music / AndRECORDS / Atlantic Records, marking a bold leap into an unexplored sonic landscape. The 10-track collection reflects the UK-based artist’s most luminous and emotionally charged work to date, embracing an energized, trance-inspired direction. Key tracks include the spellbinding “Invisible,” which features acclaimed ambient composer Julianna Barwick, the epic “Veil” (which samples Grimes’s “So Heavy I Fell Through the Earth”), “In Unison,” and “Embrace.” Tourist himself says the direction comes from instinct: “I love to tell melodic stories, and trance is all about melodic stories. The root of this album was my instinct as a musician.”
