Accompanied by a blockbuster music video featuring vocalist Liam Guinane spitting lines from a helicopter, the track perfectly captures the band’s “attitude-drenched” swagger and glitchy, hip-hop-influenced metalcore sound. The single followed the February 14 release of their ‘HYPERVIOLENCE’ Expansion Pack, a deluxe version of their 2024 album that introduced fan-favorite tracks like “Apathy” and “Arcane.” Produced by the band’s own Chris Lalic and mastered by Zakk Cervini (Bring Me The Horizon), “Victory Lap” stands as a thrilling collision of fists-up fury and infectious, head-nodding hooks that solidified their breakout year.
The release of “Victory Lap” on August 22 capped off a monumental 2025 for the quintet, which saw them return to North American shores for a massive fall tour alongside The Plot In You, Northlane, and Invent Animate.
