ACM Award-winning duo Tigirlily Gold has released “Call It Home (A Song for North Dakota),” a heartfelt tribute to their home state out now via Sony Music Nashville. Sisters Krista Olson and Kendra Slaubaugh, born and raised in Hazen, ND, co-wrote the track to celebrate the specific imagery and values that shaped their lives long before they found success in Nashville. The song serves as a central piece of their new partnership as spokespersons for North Dakota Tourism, officially debuting during a high-profile appearance at ND Country Fest where they were introduced by Governor Kelly Armstrong.
Produced by Pete Good and Austin Goodloe, the track balances polished country production with deeply personal lyrics that list the duo’s favorite aspects of the Peace Garden State. The release marks a major full-circle moment for the sisters, who have spent the year rising through the country ranks while keeping their Midwestern heritage at the forefront of their identity. To further commemorate the launch, Tigirlily Gold is set to perform the anthem during their appearance at the Grand Ole Opry, bringing the spirit of North Dakota to one of the most iconic stages in music.
