ASL Theater Students Bring ‘Hamilton’ To Life Through Sign

High school students at ASL Theater in Florida present an American Sign Language interpretation of select songs from ‘Hamilton,’ precisely synced to the original cast recording. The project brings together hearing, deaf, and hard-of-hearing students, combining expressive ASL performance with traditional stagecraft. Through rehearsal and collaboration, the production strengthens language fluency, confidence, and connection between visual language and live theatre.
