Street Symphonies Records and Burning Minds Music Group officially announced the release of ‘Harder Faster Glitter’, the debut studio album by Italian glam metal quintet Hot Rod. Scheduled for release on March 13, 2026, the record represents a sonic kaleidoscope that blends the high-energy sounds of early eighties hard rock with the gritty abrasiveness of nineties street metal. Formed in 2006, the band has spent years refining their unapologetic attitude through high-voltage live performances and multiple demo recordings. The group describes the new project as a tribute to the diverse influences that shaped them, allowing reflective hard rock passages to coexist with heavy metal intensity.
To introduce the album, Hot Rod will release their first single, “Wasted,” accompanied by an official lyric video on January 19, 2026. The tracklist features eleven songs including “Wild Wheels,” “Little Dirty Blonde,” and “Rock The House,” all aimed at fans of classic glam and melodic rock. The current lineup consists of vocalist Giuseppe Costa, guitarists Christian Balsamo and Mirko Di Bella, bassist Valeria Caudullo, and drummer Cristina Settembrino. Pre-saves for the album are now available across digital platforms as the band prepares to bring their electrifying fusion of neon-lit melodies and raw edge to a global audience.
