Multi-platinum DJ and producer Marshmello joins forces with rising dance pop artist Inji for “Kissin My Friends,” out now via Joytime Collective. The track blends shuffling percussion, flashes of drum and bass, and bold, tongue in cheek vocals into a club ready rush built for late nights and loud singalongs. The energy is immediate and infectious.
“When Marshmello dm’d me saying he had a song for me, I thought his account was hacked,” Inji shares. “He said he kept seeing my videos on TikTok… He said he knew he had found his artist for this new song – ‘Kissin My Friends.’” She adds, “I fell in love with the song the first time I heard it – it’s huge, it flows, it has that drum and bass danceability and has a flirty, nostalgic optimism about it.”
Marshmello continues a genre spanning run, following “Slow Motion” with The Jonas Brothers and collaborations with Ellie Goulding, Avaion, Jelly Roll, and Hudson Westbrook. Inji, the Istanbul born, New York City based artist, builds on the momentum of viral hits “Gaslight” and “Bellydancing,” stepping into a new phase of her ascent.
Inji heads out on her 2026 headline tour with stops at Los Angeles’ Fonda Theatre, New York’s Webster Hall, and London’s Koko. “Kissin My Friends” sets the tone for what promises to be a breakout stretch on stage and beyond.
