Glam Rock Veteran Kevin Steele Steps Out Solo With ‘One Thing Left To Do’

Kevin Steele takes a bold new step with the release of his first solo album, ‘One Thing Left To Do’. The glam rock veteran and longtime frontman of Roxx Gang and The Mojo Gurus delivers a record that draws from decades of rock and roll experience while embracing complete creative freedom.

The album is out now through Steele Records and Amplified Distribution, available digitally, on compact disc, and on red vinyl. Leading the charge is the single “Snake Charmer,” a hypnotic rocker built around slithering grooves and sharp guitar riffs that highlight Steele’s gritty vocal presence.

Steele describes the project as a deeply personal milestone. “This is the record I’ve always wanted to make. It’s my first solo record. No compromises. I answered to no one but myself.”

The album moves through several corners of Steele’s musical background. Glam, punk, blues, and even touches of southern gospel appear throughout the record, reflecting the wide influences that shaped his long career in rock music.

Guitarist and co-producer Billy Summer plays a central role in the project, helping shape the album’s sound alongside Steele. Backed by an all-star group of Tampa Bay musicians, ‘One Thing Left To Do’ captures the energy of musicians fully locked into the spirit of rock and roll.
