Bluegrass star Billy Strings is extending his 2026 headlining tour with a new summer run that carries the acclaimed guitarist and bandleader across the United States through July and August. The newly added leg begins in Roanoke and includes stops in Portsmouth, Boston, Portland, Hartford and Bethel before wrapping up with two hometown area shows in Ionia, Michigan.
Known for blending traditional bluegrass with improvisational energy and modern songwriting, Billy Strings has become one of the genre’s most electrifying live performers, building a devoted following through marathon sets and virtuosic musicianship. The tour continues to spotlight material from his Grammy-nominated album ‘Highway Prayers’ while celebrating the growing legacy of a player widely regarded as one of bluegrass music’s leading voices.
