Formula 1 Legends Celebrated As The Formula 1 Exhibition Opens In Mexico City

The Formula 1 Exhibition is expanding its global tour with a new stop in Mexico City. The immersive motorsport experience opens at the Yama Punta Museo and marks the ninth destination for the traveling exhibition. Since launching in Madrid in 2023, the show has drawn more than one million visitors worldwide, bringing the history, engineering, and culture of Formula 1 to fans beyond the racetrack.

The exhibition explores the evolution of Formula 1 through interactive displays, historic artifacts, and behind-the-scenes insights into the sport’s technology and storytelling. Each edition also highlights local motorsport history, connecting global racing heritage with the region hosting the exhibition.

Formula 1 chief commercial officer Emily Prazer pointed to the worldwide demand for the experience as the tour continues to grow. Producer Jonathan Linden added that the Mexico City edition will spotlight the region’s strong connection to Formula 1 and celebrate the figures who helped shape its legacy.

The exhibition continues a growing strategy to bring Formula 1 storytelling into cultural venues around the world. Additional details, including ticket information, are expected to be announced as the Mexico City opening approaches.
