Hot on the heels of announcing a run of shows as special guests to Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts, Elvis Costello & The Imposters with Charlie Sexton have announced they will bring their hugely successful “Radio Soul!: The Early Songs of Elvis Costello” tour to the UK in summer 2026. As the playful billing suggests, the show will feature numbers drawn from record releases spanning My Aim Is True (1977) to Blood & Chocolate (1986), promising a mix of fan favorites from “Watching The Detectives” to “I Want You,” along with other surprises.

Costello said of the run, “For any songwriter, it has to be a compliment if people want to hear songs written up to fifty years ago.” The four-date headline run, following two triumphant U.S. runs, will kick off at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham on Saturday, June 13th, and includes a very special show at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Monday, June 15th. The Imposters—Steve Nieve, Pete Thomas, and Davey Faragher—are joined once again by guitarist Charlie Sexton, whom Costello praised as a “living, breathing, swooning, swinging, kicking and screaming rock and roll band.” General tickets go on sale Friday, December 12th at 10 am GMT.
