Scott McCloud Opens A New Chapter With Solo Album ‘Make It To Forever’

Seattle-based musician Scott McCloud will release his debut solo album ‘Make It To Forever’ via God Unknown Records on Friday, January 30, 2026. Known for his work with Girls Against Boys, Soulside, Paramount Styles, and AGRIO, McCloud steps into a more stripped-back and reflective space on a record shaped by memory, place, and conversation.

Recorded in Athens, Greece with Dimitris Dimitriades at Zero Gravity Studios, the album began as an experiment and time capsule, centered on raw acoustic guitar and voice. “These songs are about memories, romances, ideas which remain alive and ever changing,” McCloud shares, describing the record as a dialogue with time, place, and self. Over multiple visits, the songs were gradually expanded with musical guests while preserving the vulnerability of the original sessions, grounding ‘Make It To Forever’ in atmosphere, reflection, and lived experience.
