Ahead of her fourth studio album ‘Unclouded,’ arriving this Friday, Melody’s Echo Chamber shares the sweeping new single “The House That Doesn’t Exist.” Built on swooping strings and luminous production, the track rises with vertiginous elegance before settling into a warm lower register, capturing the dynamic interplay between Melody Prochet and co-producer Sven Wunder.
“The House That Doesn’t Exist turns the impossible perspective of a joyful human life in today’s world into reality, evoking a new sense of faith,” says Melody. The song arrives with a haunting visual directed by longtime collaborator Diane Sagnier, extending its dreamlike atmosphere into striking imagery.
‘Unclouded’ features collaborators including Sven Wunder, Josefin Runsteen, Daniel Ögen, Love Orsan, Malcolm Catto, Reine Fiske, Leon Michels, and mixer Jens Jungkurth. Melody describes her music as inhabiting a liminal zone between realism and fables, shaped by a deeper love for living and a renewed sense of harmony.
