Vanessa Carlton unveils the music video for “Great House,” the latest release from her forthcoming seventh studio album ‘Veils’, arriving April 2026. Produced by Dave Fridmann, known for his work with MGMT and Flaming Lips, the album marks another evolution for the New York singer-songwriter. “‘Great House’ is about the place that shapes you the most,” Carlton shares. “Although we move on, we can never leave our ‘Great House.’” The visual brings that sentiment into focus, pairing memory with movement.
Carlton’s U.S. tour is on sale now, with $1 from each ticket supporting Save The Music Foundation, followed by a headline U.K. run and major summer festivals. The U.S. dates begin April 24 in Pittsburgh and wrap May 17 in Pawtucket, with multiple nights in Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia and New York. U.K. stops include London’s Islington Assembly Hall, Manchester’s Band on the Wall and festival appearances at Tramlines, Latitude, Truck, Kendal Calling, Y Not Festival and App Fest. With a catalog that stretches from “A Thousand Miles” to Broadway and film scoring, this next chapter feels fully formed and firmly in her hands.
