Empire of the Sun Launch 31-Date “Ask That God Tour: Afterlife” Starting at Red Rocks This August

Empire of the Sun have announced their most ambitious North American tour yet. The “Ask That God Tour: Afterlife” runs 31 dates from August through October, opening August 11 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado and closing October 9 at PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Polo & Pan and Midnight Generation support all headline dates.

The tour expands on the universe built around the duo’s 2024 album ‘Ask That God’, reimagining what they explored during their sold-out 2025 global run. That run covered 22 countries, nine festivals, and more than 110,000 tickets sold in the U.S. alone. A sold-out Washington D.C. show at Anthem grossed $351,200 off 6,000 tickets. The demand is real and the scale of this tour matches it.

Luke Steele framed the moment with characteristic vision. “It feels like a very pivotal time,” he said. “We have a new song to sing, we have to step into a new doorway, a new chapter. The world is changing. It feels like a revolution in the world and we have to unite. Love is the power weapon.” The routing hits Kansas City, Cincinnati, Toronto, Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, the Hollywood Bowl, and more before the Las Vegas finale.

The tour follows festival appearances at Osheaga in Montreal, Up in the Sky in Aspen, and Outside Lands in San Francisco. The artist presale begins March 17 at 10 AM local time. Fans must register at livemu.sc/empireofthesun by March 15 at 11:59 PM PT. General on-sale begins March 20 at empireofthesun.co.
