Willie Nelson is hitting the road again, and every date counts. The 2026 Outlaw Music Festival Tour has been officially announced, kicking off July 3 in Irving, Texas and running through August with stops across the Midwest and Northeast. Now entering its second decade, the tour rolls out with Nelson headlining alongside rotating lineups featuring Sheryl Crow, The Avett Brothers, Wilco, Lukas Nelson, Margo Price, Stephen Wilson Jr., Sierra Hull, Robert Randolph, Don Was and the Pan-Detroit Ensemble, and Lily Meola. Billy Strings and Rodney Crowell join for the annual Fourth of July Picnic in Austin on July 4.
Rolling Stone called last year’s 10th anniversary run “undoubtedly the most exciting and eclectic multi-artist festival of the 2025 summer amphitheater season by a wide margin.” The 2026 edition builds on that foundation with a lineup that balances legendary names and essential voices in American roots music. “We don’t get to do as many shows as we used to, so every night out there means a little more,” Nelson said in the announcement.
Tickets go on sale to the general public March 27 at 10:00am local time. Citi card members have early access to presale tickets through March 26 at 10:00pm local time via the Citi Entertainment program.
