Dylan Gossett Expands ‘The Back 40’ Tour

Following a successful sold-out fall run, critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Dylan Gossett reveals he’ll be continuing “The Back 40 Tour” in 2025 with 19 newly announced tour dates across the U.S. and Canada, including stops in Tulsa, Portland, Tucson, Montreal, Orlando, and more.

Empire of the Sun Announce North American ‘Ask That God’ Tour Leg

Empire of the Sun announced the 2025 North American leg of their Ask That God tour. The headline run will kick off on February 26 at Honolulu’s Blaisdell Arena and include shows at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre (April 28), the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, CA (May 3) and New York City’s Brooklyn Mirage (May 21).

Helmed by Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore, Empire of the Sun just completed a whirlwind series of dates around the globe, including a concert at Los Angeles’ historic Hollywood Bowl, a headline slot at Mexico’s Corona Capital festival and sold-out shows in Brooklyn, NY, Guadalajara, MX and Sydney, Brisbane & Perth in their native Australia. The band is touring in support of its new album, Ask That God (Capitol Records/EMI AUS), which debuted in the top five of Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart.

Marking a decade since the release of “We Are Mirage” – the epic Eric Prydz remix of the band’s global hit “We Are The People” with Prydz’s own “Mirage” – Empire of the Sun recently shared a new edit of “We Are Mirage.” The track will be included on We Are The People (Reimagined) along with ARTBAT’s remix of “We Are The People”. Set for December 13 release via Capitol Records, the bundle will also include new remixes by Adam Sellouk and southstar. “We Are The People” was the second single from Empire of the Sun’s 2008 debut album. Walking On A Dream, following the title track, which has amassed over one billion streams.

John McCutcheon Announces Golden State Tour in Tribute to Tom Paxton Amid Touring Retirement News

John McCutcheon has shared a major update and some sad news about his Golden State swing this January with his friend Tom Paxton. After six decades of touring, current medical concerns have forced Tom Paxton to end his touring career.

Tom is incredibly appreciative of all the wonderful fans and promoters who have supported him all these years. Both John and Tom are so disappointed that they couldn’t do this last hurrah together.

However we received some fantastic news yesterday: Folk Alliance International announced the nominees and recipients for the 2025 International Folk Music Awards (IFMA). We are pleased to share that John and Tom’s song “Ukrainian Now” was nominated in the category of “Song of the Year” for the IFMA. The IFMA ceremony is on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, which kicks-off the 37th Annual Folk Alliance International Conference at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montreal, QB, Canada. The event will also be live streamed.

John McCutcheon will still do his California touring schedule as he has done for the past 40 years in January. He will be performing a bunch of Tom’s most beloved songs in the shows and his live multi-instrumental story and song show is not to be missed.

Carlos Santana Announces 2025 Oneness Tour Spanning North America, Europe, and the UK

GRAMMY-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame guitarist Carlos Santana has announced they will hit the road for additional dates of the Oneness Tour in 2025. Santana will perform high-energy, passion-filled songs from their fifty-year career, including fan favorites from Abraxas to Woodstock to Supernatural, and beyond.

The US portion of the tour kicks off in Highland, CA at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel on April 16 making stops in Phoenix, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; San Antonio, TX; Sugar Land, TX; Thackerville, OK; Tulsa, OK; and Nashville, TN.

The Europe and UK portion of the tour begins on June 9 in Lodz, Poland with stops throughout Europe and the UK, ending in Copenhagen, Denmark on August 11. Full tour dates are below.

Steel Panther Expand ‘Feel The Steel’ 15th Anniversary Tour

As 2024 comes to a memorable close this holiday season, California metal maestros Steel Panther are spreading more holiday cheer with the announcement of two more legs of their Feel The Steel 15th Anniversary World Tour.

The first leg is scheduled for March throughout the United States and the second leg heads to Europe this summer. The US leg of the tour kicks off on March 5 in Lincoln, NE and wraps up on March 28 in Dubuque, IA. The tour will make stops in Boise, ID, San Francisco, CA, Tempe, AZ and Kansas City, MO to name a few.

The European headline leg kicks off on June 18 in Dublin, Ireland before concluding 3 weeks later on July 6 in Geiselwind, Germany. The band has already been announced as part of the following European festivals in 2025: Download Fest (United Kingdon), Lisaa Loylya Festival (Finland), Tons Of Rock Fest (Norway), and Rockmaraton (Hungary).

The tour begins Thursday, September 11 in Warsaw, Poland (COS Torwar),with a string of shows across Europe, before continuing to Australia with shows in Sydney on Wednesday, October 22 at Enmore Theatre and Melbourne on Friday, October 24 at The Forum. The tour will then head on to Japan and South America, before concluding in North America with the final show hitting Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, December 16 at The Fillmore.

The tour announcement follows the release of Damiano David’s vibrant track “Born With A Broken Heart”, the second offering and first single from his highly anticipated new solo project. The song boasts an anthemic quality with synth led melodies and a hook-laden chorus that truly announces Damiano as a solo artist for the global stage.

“Born With A Broken Heart” followed previously released “Silverlines”, a stunningly wrought and theatrical composition produced by Labrinth. The incredible debut offering is completely different stylistically to “Born With A Broken Heart”, already showing off the versatility and dizzying ambition of Damiano’s solo work.

Damiano has already given audiences a taste of what to expect from his live show with his solo live TV debut on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”, performing both tracks, as well as a performance of “Silverlines” on Italy’s “Che Tempo Che Fa”.
