Country music firebrand Gavin Adcock releases his sophomore record ‘Own Worst Enemy’ out now via Thrivin’ Here Records LLC under exclusive license to Warner Music Nashville. The 24-track project showcases his raw, unfiltered, and unapologetic approach to country music, arriving just a year after his record-breaking label debut ‘Actin’ Up Again.’ Adcock surprises fans with the new song “Light A Fire” while revealing his inspiration comes from personal experiences and the life stories of people around him. Two swaggering tracks from the album, “Outside Dog” and “Tall Tales,” landed on the Madden NFL 26 Soundtrack. The rebel-rouser recently crossed the billion global streams mark and received four RIAA certification plaques: platinum for “A Cigarette” and gold for “Run Your Mouth,” “Deep End,” and “Four Leaf Clover.” His relentless consistency continues delivering new music to his loyal fan base.

Kentucky Captures Raw Intimacy in Live Single “Second Hand Love”

0

Hot on the heels of his debut album ‘Second Chance Music,’ Canadian singer-songwriter Kentucky returns with “Second Hand Love,” a live single recorded during the final night of his Album Preview Tour. Captured by acclaimed engineer Ken Friesen, who’s worked with The Tragically Hip and Blue Rodeo, the performance remains completely untouched with no overdubs, no edits, no safety nets. This intimate, slow-burning piece feels more like a quiet confession than a song, with the room breathing alongside him. The fan-shot video bathes the performance in soft purples and honeyed gold, grainy and slightly off-center but entirely right for the tone. The camera holds quietly while Kentucky sings from a small stage adorned with cables and amps, nothing glossy, just a performance as it happened: beautiful, hesitant, and brave.

CORTIS Paint the World Their Colors with Self-Directed “GO!” Debut Video

0

BIGHIT MUSIC’s new boy group CORTIS unveils the “GO!” music video, an intro track from their upcoming debut EP ‘COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES,’ offering an early glimpse of their creative spirit as boundary-pushing originals. The five members participated in writing and composing the track, which stands at the crossroads of hip-hop and pop with a minimal trap beat and sharp synth layers. Lyrics like “Bring the new beat” and “We don’t need any other sign” serve as their first declaration to paint the world in CORTIS’ colors, while raw reflections such as “Ever since I was little I been the neighborhood weirdo” add authenticity to their journeys as teens. As self-driven creatives, all five members are credited as co-directors, reworking original footage they conceptualized, filmed, and edited during their trainee days in Los Angeles. The video features dynamic scenes including a 360-degree camera shot from inside their mouths and stop-motion techniques that amplify the energy.

Father Figure Conjure Bass Magic with Wild “Abracadabra Holmes” Debut

0

Grand Alliance Music welcomes New York-based duo Father Figure with their debut release “Abracadabra Holmes,” out now, and throwing the rulebook out the window. This wild, bass-laden ride packs hypnotic low-end, playful glitch, and Talladega swagger into a funky, bluesy glitch-hop concoction laced with humor and soul. Born from late-night jam sessions and a healthy obsession with dirty blues riffs and southern-fried movie quotes, the track stands at the crossroads of grit and groove. Built around a slow-rolling 90 BPM swagger, it opens like a spell being cast before hitting listeners with sub-heavy low-end, glitched-out funk, and chopped samples from Talladega Nights that flip Ricky Bobby into a chaotic mascot of the bass underground. The soul of NY hip-hop runs through its veins while swerving into new territory with fearless sound design and unpredictable drops.

Noah Hicks Wages War Between Heart and Head in Rock-Fueled “Get Enough”

0

Head and heart collide as Noah Hicks releases “Get Enough,” a rock-forward departure that surges with equal parts frustration and desperation. The Georgia native finds himself caught in the throes of a tumultuous on-again/off-again relationship where destruction and disruption follow close behind, torn between the highs his heart craves and the lows that make his head spin. Written by Hicks alongside Lindsay Rimes and John Pierce, the track erupts from authentic country vocals into a punchy chorus of pure electric guitar-induced catharsis. This is for anyone who keeps going back to someone they just can’t quit, even when they know better. The official music video shot in Hicks’ hometown of Carrollton features beautiful landscape views draped in warm golden hour light coupled with contrasting high-energy performance content, cementing his versatility as an artist and songwriter.

Queen Anne Pay Fervent Tribute to David Bowie with Darkly Ethereal “Let’s Dance” Cover

0

David Bowie’s iconic 1980s hit gets a darkly ethereal makeover as American indie-pop duo Queen Anne releases their cover of “Let’s Dance,” out now on all digital platforms. Singer-songwriter Katie Silverman, known for her roles on New Girl, PEN15, and the film The Exorcists, chose the track for its fervent, this-is-our-last-chance energy and as an excuse to revisit Bowie’s profound influence on her artistry. Bowie shaped not just her music but her approach to persona, visuals, and overall vibe. Teaming with writer/producer Sandy Chila, Silverman blends lush ’80s pop melodicism with a sharp post-modern edge, transforming everyday frustrations into emotionally resonant narratives. The result is insidiously catchy and cinematic, inviting listeners into Queen Anne’s sonic universe while setting the tone for what’s to come.
