Flying Mojito Bros Rework Tony Joe White On “WOMAN”

0

Desert disco DJ duo Flying Mojito Bros open a new chapter in the Tony Joe White catalog with “WOMAN,” the first track unveiled from their remix album ‘The Swamp Fox.’ The project reimagines rare recordings from the swamp rock legend through the duo’s signature blend of groove-driven electronic production.

“WOMAN” begins with Tony Joe White’s unmistakable voice spelling out the title over a deep kick drum and bass groove. The track builds from a unique source. Flying Mojito Bros assembled the song by combining three separate reel-to-reel takes before shaping the final version with their own production approach. The result lands with a slow-burning pulse that bridges swamp funk and dancefloor rhythm.

One of those takes surfaced from a long-lost recording discovered by White’s son, archivist Jody White. The reel had partially been recorded over, with the original session hiding beneath a later track labeled “Woman Jam” in Tony Joe White’s handwriting. By stitching together elements from different sessions and eras, Flying Mojito Bros transform the fragments into a fully realized track that carries White’s raw vocal presence into a new sonic setting.

Industrial Alt-Rock Duo Heavy Halo Join My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult On “Delicate Terror Tour”

NYC industrial alt-rock duo Heavy Halo head west this month, joining My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult for the band’s “Delicate Terror Tour.” The run launches March 25 in San Francisco and closes April 18 in Los Angeles, bringing Heavy Halo’s dark electronic pulse and guitar-driven intensity to western audiences for the first time.

The tour pairs the rising duo with one of industrial music’s defining acts. My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult emerged from Chicago’s Wax Trax! Records scene in the 1980s, developing a style that fused industrial edge with house rhythms, funk grooves, and B-movie theatrics. Their legacy includes tours with Marilyn Manson and Siouxsie and the Banshees and a memorable appearance in the film The Crow.

For Heavy Halo members McKeever and Gosteffects, the connection runs deep. “My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult was the very first concert I went to,” says Gosteffects. “It inspired me to set out on a lifelong artistic journey.” McKeever adds, “The film, The Crow, which featured My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult in an unforgettable performance scene, imprinted TKK’s stamp on my psyche, becoming key sonic and visual influences for Heavy Halo.”

Indie-Folk Songwriter Luke James Williams Unveils “Full Moon” From Upcoming Album ‘Limes Hotel’

0

Cambridgeshire indie-folk singer-songwriter Luke James Williams returns with the new single “Full Moon,” the latest preview from his upcoming album ‘Limes Hotel,’ arriving April 17, 2026. The atmospheric track continues Williams’ rise in modern British folk, pairing intimate songwriting with sparse, cinematic instrumentation.

“Full Moon” unfolds as a cautionary tale about greed and obsession, building toward a haunting finale that echoes the drama of classic art-pop. “Full Moon is about the dangers of not knowing where to stop in our pursuit of what we want,” Williams explains. “Gluttony can lead people to do very stupid things that put themselves and others in grave danger. The hunter becomes the hunted in this part fable, part cautionary tale.”

The single arrives with a striking video directed by UK filmmaker Matthew Oaten, featuring two ballet dancers moving through London’s Barbican in a tense pursuit. Oaten describes the visual concept as a physical expression of desire and competition, capturing the song’s sense of chase and consequence. The result is a vivid companion piece that deepens the song’s atmosphere.

How to Make a Fortune: A Beginner’s Guide to World of Warcraft Gold

0

By Mitch Rice

Earning a lot of World of Warcraft gold is an important objective for every newbie in the game. The economy can appear very confusing at first. Prices change all the time. It takes a while to understand the market.

Some items are worth thousands of coins. Others are simply useless trash. You may spend hours battling weak monsters for tiny rewards. There are faster ways to achieve your goals. One of the most common ways to get rich is to purchase WoW gold for sale on proven platforms. This approach saves you from a boring work. You can concentrate on fighting bosses instead. It helps you to prepare for the endgame more quickly. However, many people enjoy the challenge of trading. Are you one of those? Let us guide you in this process.

Choosing the Right Professions

Professions are your best money-making tools. Beginners should always choose two gathering skills. These do not require any initial investment. You just find resources in the wild. Mining enables you to discover ore in various zones. Herbalism allows you to pick flowers that are needed for alchemy and inscription. Skinning lets you gather leather by harvesting animals after combat. These materials are always in high demand.

High-level players require these resources for crafting. They often have too much money and little time. They would rather purchase your ore than find it. This is your chance to make a profit. You can collect things as you complete quests. It does not slow you down much. Just stop for a second when you see a node. Your bags will fill up with valuable booty. Always check out the Auction House before you sell anything. Some herbs at the low level are surprisingly expensive.

Using gathering skills effectively requires a little planning and the right tools. Here are some tips to help you get started:

  • Buy the largest bags you can afford immediately.
  • Use a mount to move between nodes faster.
  • Track resources on your mini-map at all times.
  • Gather everything you see while moving to quests.
  • Check the prices of materials every few hours.

These simple habits will increase your hourly income a lot while you play. You will soon have enough to purchase your first fast mount.

Mastering the Auction House

Auction House is the center of the game world. It is a huge market for every server. You can find it in every major city. So, you should learn how it works. Most players just list things at the lowest price. This is known as “undercutting” the competition. It helps your items to sell very quickly. You can also try something called “flipping” items. This means that you buy cheap things and sell them higher price.

This strategy requires a lot of market knowledge. You need to know what items are popular and watch the prices for a couple of days first. As a rule, the rates fall on the weekends. They tend to go up in the middle of the week. This is the time when raid groups need their supplies. Buy low on Saturday and sell high on Tuesday. This is a classic method of wealth building. But do not put all your money into one item. Diversity is the key to safety. If one price falls, you have other goods.

Farming Raw Gold in Old Raids

Sometimes, you want a break from the market. You can return to old dungeons instead. Your high-level character can easily kill bosses. The latter drop “raw” gold and gear that you can sell to vendors. This is a very steady means of earning. You do not have to wait for buyers. You get the money the minute you loot.

Raids from previous expansions are the best option. Citadel or Firelands are great. You can run these once a week. The gold really adds up very fast in the long run. You may even find rare mounts or pets. These rare items can sell for huge amounts. However, be sure to empty your bags before you begin. You will pick up a lot of items. Sell the grey items to any vendor and keep the green things for the Auction House. This approach works best in the game.

Running old content is easier if you have a certain routine. These steps will help you stay efficient:

  • Set the dungeon difficulty to the maximum.
  • Use speed boosts to get through rooms faster.
  • Loot every single corpse for extra silver coins.
  • Use a handheld vendor to empty your bags during the run.
  • Repeat this on several characters if you have them.

Following these steps ensures that you get the most out of your time inside the instance. You will see your gold total go up every single hour.

Daily Quests and World Tasks

Once you reach the level cap, new doors open. World quests are all over the new zones. Many of these offer you a gold reward. Some give you special things to sell. These tasks are typically very brief and simple. You can complete ten of them in an hour. This is a very consistent daily income.

Factions also provide special chests for your hard work. These are often filled with thousands of gold coins. It seems less like work and more like play. Join a guild to find groups for these tasks. Fighting among friends makes the process much faster. You can share the loot and the fun together. Every little quest helps to make up your big goal.

Investing in Your Future

Building a fortune requires some time and effort. You should experiment with various methods to determine what works. Some people love flower picking in the woods. Others like to play the market in the city. You can even join these styles for better results. Be patient and wait for your gold count to increase. The most important thing is to have fun. A rich hero can see more of the world. You will have more fun when you are not poor. Success in Azeroth begins with knowing how to handle your World of Warcraft gold correctly.

13 Song Endings That Feel Like Fireworks

There’s a special kind of magic reserved for the last moments of a great song. Not the fade-outs, not the quiet landings, but the endings that explode. The ones where guitars surge, drums crash harder, vocals climb higher, and suddenly the track lifts off like the finale of a summer fireworks show. These are the moments that make you turn the volume knob a little further right.

Some songs save their biggest idea for the final stretch. Others stretch out into euphoric chaos, stacking instruments until the sky lights up. The following tracks all share that same spark: endings that feel bigger than the song that came before them.

Here are 13 song endings that go out in a blaze.

“A Day In The Life” – The Beatles
It begins like a dream and ends like the universe collapsing in slow motion. That final orchestral swell spirals upward until the famous piano chord lands like a thunderclap. One note, stretched across eternity. You don’t just hear it fade, you feel the room vibrating.

“All My Friends” – LCD Soundsystem
Seven minutes of emotional acceleration that finally bursts through the clouds. The piano loop keeps climbing, the drums hit harder, and James Murphy sounds like he’s shouting across the years. When the final chorus kicks in, it feels like the whole night arriving at once.

“Bohemian Rhapsody” – Queen
After the opera, after the guitar storm, Freddie Mercury gently closes the curtain. The final piano line drifts in like the quiet after a spectacular show. Fireworks, smoke, and then a single spotlight fading to black.

“Champagne Supernova” – Oasis
Britpop drifting into outer space. Noel Gallagher lets the guitars stretch and swirl until the song dissolves into a hazy cosmic jam. It feels less like an ending and more like floating away from the planet.

“Comfortably Numb” – Pink Floyd
David Gilmour’s closing solo isn’t just a guitar part. It’s a slow-burning meteor streaking across the sky. Each note bends further, climbs higher, until the whole thing glows like molten metal.

“Free Bird” – Lynyrd Skynyrd
The song that rewrote the rules for the extended finale. What begins as a reflective ballad detonates into a guitar cavalry charge. By the end it’s pure Southern rock velocity, solos stacked like fireworks bursting one after another.

“Heroes” – David Bowie
The arrangement keeps climbing, layer by layer, until Bowie is practically roaring into the microphone. “We can be heroes” becomes a declaration shouted into the wind. The final moments feel huge, defiant, unstoppable.

“Knights Of Cydonia” – Muse
A galloping space-rock epic that finishes in glorious overdrive. Matt Bellamy’s guitars spiral skyward while the band pounds like a runaway locomotive. It’s the sound of a sci-fi Western riding straight into the sunset.

“Let It Happen” – Tame Impala
Kevin Parker stretches the groove until time itself seems to wobble. The synths return, brighter and bigger, turning the final minutes into a glowing dancefloor ascent. It feels like watching the sun come up inside a club.

“Mr. Blue Sky” – Electric Light Orchestra
Pure sunshine in musical form. Strings soar, harmonies stack, and Jeff Lynne tosses in that cheeky vocoder outro like a final wink. It ends exactly the way it should: bright, buoyant, and impossible not to smile at.

“Purple Rain” – Prince
The rain falls, the guitar cries, and Prince steps forward for a finale that feels almost spiritual. His solo stretches into the clouds while the band swells beneath him. It’s dramatic, emotional, and utterly majestic.

“Stairway To Heaven” – Led Zeppelin
Jimmy Page’s guitar solo builds the tension, but the real fireworks arrive with Robert Plant’s final cry. The band surges behind him like a storm breaking open. One last chord, and the sky is suddenly quiet.

“Where The Streets Have No Name” – U2
The Edge’s chiming guitar leads the charge as the band races toward the horizon. By the closing stretch, Bono sounds like he’s singing to the entire skyline. It’s stadium rock that lifts off and never quite comes back down.

How To Watch The 2026 Winter Paralympics Opening Ceremony And Full Games Schedule

0

The 2026 Winter Paralympics open March 6 in Northern Italy, launching nine days of elite international competition. More than 600 athletes from 56 countries gather across venues in Milan, Cortina d’Ampezzo and Verona. The Games mark the 14th Winter Paralympics and arrive on the 50th anniversary of the event’s first edition.

The opening ceremony takes place at the Verona Arena in Italy and signals the official start of the Games. Coverage begins with a livestream starting at 1:30 p.m. ET, with the ceremony broadcast live beginning at 2 p.m. ET.

In the United States, NBCUniversal holds the broadcast rights. Live television coverage will air across NBC, USA Network and CNBC throughout the Games, delivering a mix of competition, highlights and featured events.

Streaming coverage will also be widely available. Peacock will carry live and on-demand coverage of every event, giving viewers access to the full competition schedule across all sports. NBC Sports Digital platforms will stream additional events throughout the nine-day program.

In total, NBCUniversal will present more than 80 hours of televised Paralympic programming. The main NBC network will air eight hours of coverage, including primetime highlight specials scheduled for March 7 and March 14.

Digital coverage expands the viewing experience even further. NBC Sports Digital will stream more than 270 hours of Paralympic competition, offering in-depth access to events from across the Alpine and Nordic venues.

The opening ceremony takes place at the historic Verona Arena, a Roman amphitheatre that sets the stage for one of the largest Paralympic gatherings in history. Competition then moves across multiple venues throughout northern Italy, mirroring the geographic spread used during the recent Winter Olympics.

Athletes will compete in 79 medal events across six sports. Para Alpine skiing, para biathlon, para cross-country skiing, para snowboarding, sled hockey and wheelchair curling form the competitive core of the Games. Together they create a program that blends speed, endurance, precision and team play across the alpine and Nordic landscapes of Italy.

Classification systems remain central to Paralympic competition. Athletes are grouped by impairment type and functional ability to create fair competition. Many events are divided into standing, sitting and vision impaired categories, while some sports organize athletes into specific sport classes that compete directly against one another.

Para Alpine skiing alone delivers one of the largest medal counts at the Games. Events such as downhill, slalom, giant slalom, super-G and combined races take place for both men and women across multiple classifications. Factored timing systems help level the field, allowing athletes from different classes to compete within the same category.

Para Nordic skiing, which includes biathlon and cross-country, adds endurance to the program. Biathlon events combine cross-country skiing with precision shooting, while cross-country races feature sprint, distance and relay formats. Athletes race within standing, sitting and vision impaired divisions, with relay events bringing multiple classifications together on the same team.

Para snowboarding continues to grow as one of the most dynamic winter events. Athletes compete in snowboard cross and banked slalom competitions, divided by upper-limb and lower-limb classifications. The format allows racers to compete head-to-head on the same course while maintaining balanced competition.

Team sports bring another dimension to the Games. Sled hockey features fast-paced action with six players per side on the ice, while wheelchair curling showcases precision and strategy in mixed-gender competitions. The mixed doubles curling event continues the sport’s expansion within the Paralympic program.

Several established Paralympic stars return to the spotlight in Milan Cortina. American champions Oksana Masters and Brenna Huckaby headline a strong United States contingent, while host nation Italy looks to decorated alpine skier Giacomo Bertagnolli to lead the home crowd.

Veteran competitors also add experience to the field. Britain’s Menna Fitzpatrick returns as the country’s most decorated Winter Paralympian, alongside Neil Simpson and his guide Andrew Simpson in visually impaired alpine events. Across the program, athletes from new and returning nations arrive ready to deliver defining performances.

Competition runs through March 15, closing with the sled hockey gold medal game. The 2026 Winter Paralympics stand as the largest and most globally connected edition of the Games to date, placing the world’s best para athletes on one of sport’s most visible stages.
