Black History Month Comes to Life Across SiriusXM and Pandora

Today, SiriusXM and Pandora unveiled their lineups of special programming across music, talk, sports, and comedy in honor of Black History Month. While both brands showcase Black history and its influence on culture all year long, throughout February, a collection of limited-run channels and special events will spotlight the artists and other influential figures who have transformed Black communities and shaped society, art, and more.

This year, each platform is bringing its own focus and flair to Black History Month with unique brand campaigns in support of its content. On SiriusXM, IYKYK celebrates those in the know and entices those interested to learn more about the Power of Black Culture, while on Pandora, creative and cultural innovators are honored as leaders of Black Resistance.

Programming highlights for Black History Month across SiriusXM and Pandora include:

CHANNELS AND MODES

The Apollo Theater Channel: From the early days of Jazz, through decades of R&B and Hip-Hop to today, The Apollo has been, and continues to be, the mecca of Black culture. Now, SiriusXM spotlights the music and artists that have graced the stage and have been influenced by the legendary organization. The Apollo Theater Channel features SiriusXM Apollo shows (including Alicia Keys, H.E.R., and more), artists who’ve performed at the Apollo, and those who’ve been inspired by the Apollo. You’ll also hear classic performances from artists who’ve graced the iconic Apollo stage over the years. The Apollo Theater Channel airs for two weeks on channel 104 starting February 14 and for 30 days on the SiriusXM app.

Notorious Radio: Inspired by the Brooklyn-born rapper, Notorious B.I.G., the Notorious Radio channel will feature his entire catalog of music, along with music of other Hip-Hop artists and luminaries paying tribute to the rap legend gone far too soon. Notorious B.I.G. changed Hip-Hop forever when he burst onto the rap scene in the early 90s, and his laid-back lyrical delivery tells the tales of celebration and strife. Hear why Rolling Stone calls B.I.G. “the greatest rapper that ever lived,” on Notorious Radio for one week starting February 8 on channel 105 and 30 days starting February 3 on the SiriusXM app.

The Whitney Channel: Widely considered The Voice, and the most awarded female artist of all time, the incomparable Whitney Houston continues to inspire and amaze with her signature ballads and upbeat dance songs. The Whitney Channel will feature her many pop and R&B classics, along with remixes and live performances. You’ll also hear from celebrities and fellow artists who had the pleasure of knowing and working with Whitney. During Black History Month, fans can also watch the new biopic, “Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance With Somebody” on digital (2/7) and Blu-Ray (2/28), a powerful and triumphant celebration of the incomparable Whitney Houston. The Whitney Channel airs on channel 14 and the SiriusXM app for 30 days starting February 3.

Black Music Forever: Hear the tracks that currently move The Culture, and discover the music that’s on the come-up. If it’s Hip-Hop and R&B that’s killin’ it in the clubs, or emerging Afropop and Caribbean vibes – hear it all on Black Music Forever airing on channel 105 for one week starting February 15 and for 30 days on the SiriusXM app starting February 3.

For a continued Black History Month music audio experience, Pandora listeners can tune into the platform’s Black Music Forever station. This station features the chart-toppers and sounds of today’s Black music that is shifting the culture, with music from SZA, Diddy, Beyoncé, Lizzo, Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Tems, Lil Nas X, Samara Joy, Jonathan McReynolds, and more. In honor of Black History Month, the station will have a special Awakened Mode, which represents the powerful voices that have broken down barriers in music and worldwide. From Billie Holiday’s “Strange Fruit” to Kendrick Lamar’s “United In Grief,” the Mode will empower listeners to feel energized and committed to resist.

SPECIAL PROGRAMMING:

Music that Moves: Throughout the month of February, SiriusXM’s music channels will include a variety of content celebrating Black artists, including:

  • A special airing of Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime show February 12 on The Heat (ch. 46).
  • Hip-Hop Nation’s (ch. 44) Swaggy Sie, Torae, Gray Rizzy, DJ Nina 9 all will sit down with emerging artists and tap in on their views of Black History in Music/Hip Hop like Lola Brooke, Domani, TiaCorinne and more on Black History NEXT.
  • HITS 1 (ch.2) will celebrate and elevate Black Pop Artists and showcase music and conversation with Lizzo, Lil Nas X, Beyonce, The Weeknd, Doja Cat, Metro Boomin, Nicky Minaj, Steve Lacy, SZA, Rema, and more all month long.
  • Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis sit down for an onstage conversation about their body of work, their impact and legacy for a special on Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Radio (ch. 310).
  • Jamaican singer, songwriter and actor, Ziggy Marley, spotlights five of his favorite MC’s and plays a song from each on Rock the Bells Radio (ch. 43) in The Furious Five.
  • And The History of Soul Music A-Z, hosted by Valerie Simpson, will air on Soul Town (ch. 49).

Pandora Celebrates Black Resistance: As a part of Pandora honoring, celebrating, and giving space to Black resistance through February, the audio service is putting a spotlight on podcasts which fit this theme. This includes A Word with Jason Johnson, History is US, I Am Athlete, Know Mercy with Stephen A Smith, LeVar Burton Reads, Our Body Politic, Pod Save the People, Into America, Super Soul, and Toure Show.

NBA HBCU Classic and HBCU Legacy Bowl broadcasts: SiriusXM will produce and air the national audio broadcasts of two sporting events involving Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in February. The NBA HBCU Classic basketball game, featuring Grambling State University vs. Southern University, will air on SiriusXM NBA Radio (ch. 86) on February 18 at 4:00pm ET. The HBCU Legacy Bowl, an all-star game that features the best NFL draft-eligible football players from HBCUs, will air on SiriusXM College Sports Radio (ch. 84) on February 25 at 4:00pm ET.

Sports Tributes and Trailblazers: Across SiriusXM’s sports channels, Black athletes and leaders will be honored through a variety of special rebroadcasts. This includes:

  • Trailblazers: A Celebration of Black History in the NFL on SiriusXM NFL Radio (ch. 88);
  • Bill Russell Tribute on SiriusXM NBA Radio (ch. 86);
  • Muhammad Ali Tribute on SiriusXM Fight Nation (ch. 156);
  • 2014 Town Hall with Pele on SiriusXM FC (ch. 157);
  • A series of specials on MLB Network Radio (ch. 89) celebrating all-time great players Jackie Robinson, Willie Mays, and Hank Aaron, as well as roundtable conversations with contemporary black ballplayers who discuss the trailblazers that came before them along with their own experiences on and off the diamond.
  • And SiriusXM’s Black Diamonds podcast, hosted by Negro Leagues Baseball Museum president and historian Bob Kendrick, tells the in-depth stories about the players, people and events that shaped the legendary Negro Leagues. Episodes are available on podcast platforms and on MLB Network Radio (ch. 89).

Comedy: SiriusXM’s comedy programming will take a look at some of the biggest names in standup, past and present, celebrating Black excellence in comedy. Coverage includes:

  • Weekly hour-long themed comedy blocks on Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud Radio (ch. 96), including the 1960s/70s, the 1980s/90s (hosted by Sinbad), Fresh Faces, and The Kings of Comedy (hosted by Cedric the Entertainer).
  • On She’s So Funny (ch. 771), hosts Sha Hayes & Del Harrison from UpLate with Sha & Del will celebrate Black Excellence and Love.
  • Stand-up comedian Roy Wood Jr. is taking over Comedy Central Radio (ch. 95), lending his own witty insight and playing comedy from some of his favorite comedians in a celebration of Black History Month on Friday, February 3 at 6:00pm ET.
  • Fridays during the month of February, Comedy Greats (ch. 94) will broadcast exclusive content from Jamie Foxx and Paul Mooney.
  • On Laugh USA (ch. 98), listeners will hear a compilation of the funniest Black artists in modern comedy, which will air every Monday and Wednesday at 11:00am and 2:00pm ET.
  • Raw Dog Comedy (ch. 99) will also broadcast half hour blocks of comedy from some of the best current and rising Black comedians, which will air every Friday at 12:00pm ET and Saturday at 6:00pm ET.

Talk: Throughout the month, SiriusXM will also spotlight special talk programming including:

  • Urban View (ch. 126) is the home for dynamic discourse from prominent Black voices –  including Joe Madison, Karen Hunter, Clay Cane, Lurie Daniel Favors, Heather B., Rev. Al Sharpton and more – and every day will continue to cover issues impacting the African-American community.
  • All throughout the month Progress (ch. 127) will place a spotlight on Congressional Black Caucus members, as they discuss their achievements and the issues they’re still tackling, as well as conversations about how to keep people of color engaged and active in the political arena.
  • Doctor Radio (ch. 110), presented by NYU Langone Health, will feature special live weekly programming focused on health-related topics and issues facing Black communities, including a one-hour special hosted by Dr. Joseph Ravenell from the Department of Population Health at NYU Langone Health on Friday, February 10 from 10:00-11:00am ET which will focus on various aspects of healthcare for African-Americans, and will highlight racial disparities in health.
  • Business Radio will present special programming highlighting Black entrepreneurs and trailblazers in business and corporate America, with programs such as Wharton Business Daily, Randi Zuckerberg Means Business, and Marketing Matters featuring guests and entrepreneurs who are sharing pivotal moments in Black business history.
  • Kids Place Live (ch.78) will kick off the month with interstitials from Black artists who will share stories about luminaries in Black history. The channel will also highlight family-centric songs by Black artists, from both current and past musicians. Additionally, every weekend the channel will feature a Black History Month-themed “Weekend Party Mix” special show hosted by KPL’s resident DJ, DJ Willy Wow. The special Black History RAP-up features music of luminary Black artists and focuses on historical figures. It will air Friday, February 3 at 6:00pm ET.

 

Beyoncé Announces ‘Renaissance’ World Tour

Following the wildly successful release of BEYONCÉ’s seventh studio album, RENAISSANCE, the global superstar has announced RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR today, her first solo tour in over six years.

The 2023 tour, produced by Parkwood Entertainment, and promoted by Live Nation, kicks off on May 10, 2023, at Friends Arena in Stockholm, SE, making stops throughout Europe in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Sunderland, Paris, London, Marseille, Amsterdam, Warsaw and more. The tour then continues across North America with shows in Toronto, Chicago, East Rutherford, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston and more.

RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR will also visit Brussels, Barcelona, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg, and more in Europe in May & June. Additional North American cities include Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Detroit, Kansas City, Louisville, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, St. Louis, Tampa, Vancouver and more.

As with previous tours, Beyoncé will make her mark offstage, too, with BeyGOOD, the initiative she founded in 2013 to support people and programs around the world. BeyGOOD will continue its legacy of philanthropy, building out this focus on economic equity by supporting organizations that serve marginalized and underserved communities with access to scholarships, opportunities for internships that lead to job placement, and resources to support entrepreneurship.

In various cities throughout the tour, BeyGOOD will support entrepreneurs through Black Parade Route luncheons, celebrating small business owners, with grant opportunities being awarded and a foray of services with global partners to promote business sustainability. One thousand small businesses will be supported with a commitment totaling one million dollars.

BeyGOOD will also support students through scholarship funds that will be given to colleges and universities in ten different cities along the tour. Each school will be given one hundred thousand dollars and will select the student recipients. BeyGOOD’s total scholarship commitment during RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR will be one million dollars.

Working with Beyoncé and the BeyGOOD Foundation, Citi and Verizon will purchase 100 tickets combined in each market across the U.S. touring leg for distribution to local community initiatives.

Hayley Kiyoko Announces “The Panorama Tour”

Fall Out Boy Announces So Much For (Tour) Dust Across North America

GRAMMY Award-nominated and multi-platinum selling rock band Fall Out Boy is set to hit the road this summer with their 2023 headline tour So Much For (Tour) Dust. The 25+ date North American trek will kick off with a show of epic proportions at Chicago’s famed Wrigley Field on June 21 before continuing through cities like St. Louis, Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Toronto, and concluding in Camden, NJ on August 6.

In addition to Wrigley Field, So Much For (Tour) Dust includes three more stadium stops: BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, Forest Hills Stadium in New York and Fenway Park in Boston. Complete routing is available below.

Fall Out Boy will be joined by Bring Me The Horizon on most dates, as well as Alkaline Trio, New Found Glory, Four Years Strong, The Academy Is…, Royal & The Serpent, Games We Play, Daisy Grenade and Carr on select shows throughout the tour’s run.

Last Wednesday, the band returned to their roots for a surprise homecoming show at Chicago’s legendary 1,000-capacity Metro – announced only two days prior, the show immediately sold out. Just down the street from Wrigley Field, the band first played the venue in September 2002, a pivotal gig that FOB’s Patrick Stump jokingly called back to for the packed crowd two decades later: “Twenty years ago, I told my mom I was going to take a semester off [college] because we were headlining Metro and I wanted to see how that would work out.” FOB’s Pete Wentz expressed the band’s enduring relationship with the venue: “Walking up those stairs is the closest thing this band will have to church.”

Variety hailed the night as a “triumphant hometown show,” noting that “there are concerts, and there are events, and a hometown show in Chicago from [Fall Out Boy] is definitely in the latter category.” Over the course of the night, the band ripped through a mix of their biggest hits and deepest cuts, with Illinois Entertainer praising the set as “taking full advantage of both the intimate venue and the loyal hometown crowd to deliver a once-in-a-decade event.”

The show also featured the live public debut of both “Love From The Other Side” (listen here) and “Heartbreak Feels So Good” (listen here), two tracks from the new album and the latter of which was released the morning of the show. The Chicago Sun-Times lauded the two tracks, noting the new material “takes all they’ve learned and accomplished the past 20 years and combines it with their unflinching roots for an ultimate glow-up.”

Prior to the show, the city was enveloped with teasing signage across city buildings and stations along the ‘L.” Foreshadowing the impending tour announcement, the marquees at Metro and Wrigley both featured curiously complimentary nods to the 1989 film Field of Dreams.

Fall Out Boy first hit the stage in 2023 with a dynamic set at iHeartRadio ALTer EGO in Los Angeles, CA on January 14, just days after officially revealing the release date for “Love From The Other Side.”

Fall Out Boy most recently co-headlined THE HELLA MEGA TOUR in July 2021 alongside Green Day & Weezer, playing live in front of over 1 million fans on a sold-out global stadium tour. The U.S. leg included numerous sold-out stadium gigs – including renowned venues like Wrigley Field, Boston’s Fenway Park and Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium. Critical and fan acclaim poured in, with USA Today hailing it “the most stacked line-up of any rock tour in 2021,” Billboard noting that each night was “serving up a buffet of hits in front of one of the largest concert crowds,” and Rolling Stone calling it “wildly entertaining.” The tour was nominated for both Major Tour of the Year and Best Rock Tour at the Pollstar Awards in 2021. The international leg of the tour took place throughout the summer of 2022.

So Much (For) Stardust is Fall Out Boy’s eighth studio album and first since 2018’s M A  N  I  A, which garnered a GRAMMY nomination for Best Rock Album and marked their third consecutive and fourth overall #1 album.

Death Cab For Cutie Announce Asphalt Meadows (Acoustic) Out March 10

8x GRAMMY Award-nominated rock band Death Cab for Cutie has announced Asphalt Meadows (Acoustic), a new, stripped-down take on their critically acclaimed 10th studio album ‘Asphalt Meadows,’ originally released this past September. Co-produced by Andy Park (Pedro the Lion, Joseph, Noah Gunderson) and Death Cab for Cutie, the 12-track acoustic LP is due out March 10th.

Alongside the announcement, the band has released the first pair of tracks off the forthcoming album: a rework of standout album track “Pepper” as well as a moving cover of “The Plan” – released in tribute to the late Mimi Parker, their close friend and drummer for the iconic band Low.

Of the cover, lead vocalist and guitarist Ben Gibbard shares: “I first saw Low in 1994 opening for Sunny Day Real Estate at the OK Hotel in Seattle. Since then, they’ve been one of the most influential and important bands of my life. It was the fulfillment of my teenage self’s indie rock dream when our bands became friends while on tour together in 2012. We were incredibly saddened by Mimi’s passing this past November. She was an incredible artist and an even better human being. We believe the best way to remember the musicians we lose is to play their songs. ‘The Plan’ has always been one of our favorite Low songs and is presented here in tribute to Mimi.”

Earlier this month, the five-piece shared the stunning lyric video for the original studio version of “Pepper” (watch here), directed by frequent visual collaborator Juliet Bryant (Justin Vernon, Japanese Breakfast, Laura Jane Grace).

Upon debuting at radio earlier this month, the track became the most added song at both the Alternative and Triple A formats. Since then, it has quickly ascended to #13 at Triple A and #21 at Alternative radio and continues to rise.

In addition to the acoustic album, Gibbard also recently wrote and recorded the original theme song for Apple TV+’s newest comedy series, ‘Shrinking,’ which premiered last Friday. Performed by Gibbard and co-written with award-winning composer Tom Howe, “Frightening Fishes (Main Title Theme)” (listen here) will score each episode’s opening credits. ‘Shrinking’ stars Jason Segel and Harrison Ford, and was created by Bill Lawrence (Ted Lasso, Scrubs).

Death Cab for Cutie is currently in the midst of the second leg of their Asphalt Meadows headline tour, with a Jan/Feb run of US dates culminating in a sold-out show at Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium on Valentine’s Day.

On March 5th, the tour’s UK/EU run will begin in Copenhagen and include stops in Berlin, Amsterdam, Dublin, and London, among many other cities. The tour’s third North American leg will commence May 31st in Indianapolis.

The band will continue to spend much of 2023 on the road, traversing the US this fall on their highly-anticipated co-headline tour with The Postal Service, celebrating the 20th anniversaries of each band’s seminal 2003 record – Transatlanticism and Give Up, respectively [full routing for all upcoming dates enclosed below].

Having been named one of GQ’s “12 Pop Culture Releases” the publication is “Most Looking Forward to in 2023” and of the “23 concerts and albums” the Los Angeles Times is “most excited for,” the tour is now almost entirely sold-out. Numerous shows were added to meet popular demand, including a second sold-out night at New York’s Madison Square Garden and two additional nights at LA’s Hollywood Bowl.

Silka Weil Overturns The Bad And Dreams Up The Good In Folk-Pop “Capsized” Single

Most artists fumble the first time they get into a studio. In the case of Montreal singer Silka Weil, and her debut single, “Capsized,” she knocked it out of the park. Maybe that’s because the song dates to her days in her parents’ basement, and “polishing it into a finished piece of work has been like framing an old photograph,” she says. Maybe it’s because Weil has been singing since before she knew how to speak, and has been playing guitar since she was nine years old; she was more than ready for her first closeup. Maybe it’s because the lyrics are deeply personal for her, about using art to unlock one’s inner potential. Which Silka Weil has clearly done here.

Weil, who holds a BFA from Concordia University and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Queen’s University, is passionate about the healing power of the arts. It’s an important part of her day job in the field of youth mental health. She says writing “Capsized” was “a salve for wounds I didn’t know I had until I gave myself the space to feel them. It finds a gap through negative self-talk to uncover what our deeper impulses point towards. That has always been the beauty of writing for me: discovering the hidden treasures inside ourselves.”

Silka Weil’s folksy pop-rock sound draws inspiration from vintage pop and contemporary artists, with a particular affection for late ’90s women such as Alanis Morissette, PJ Harvey and Dido. A native Montrealer, she has performed around Canada in Banff, Kingston, and Montreal, and abroad in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Her debut EP was produced by Jean-Sebastien Brault-Labbé, who has produced music for Gabrielle Papillon, Samuele, Matt Stern, Vamoise, Barnabé, and the Blue Seeds.

“’Capsized’ is about the threat and promise of allowing ourselves to dream,” says Weil. “It addresses longing in many forms, for a relationship that is doomed to fail, or a future you could only imagine. I always felt there was a kind of grace to the song.”

Halifax Rock Band The Flakes Releases New Single and EP “PINK JETSTREAM”

From the ashes of a band called Glass Atlas would rise the jet-fueled sound of The Flakes, founded in 2017 by guitarist Adam Sweeney and drummer Kyle Merson, they’ve been on a rampage since they hit the scene. In 2018, the band would be accompanied by the electrifying vocals of Tynan Moors, prompting several blazing singles that summer. Bigger shows like the Mount Funky music festival raised their notoriety and culminated in an appearance by The Flakes at Toronto’s legendary Horseshoe Tavern.

Halifax, Nova Scotia-based The Flakes released their nine-track LP Elephant in the Room in November 2021 and work on Pink Jetstream started in April 2022—but not everyone in the band was ready to work on new music. The EP was intended to have a new song “Pink Jetstream” coupled with leftover songs from another recording session (album two sessions). In May 2022, the band parted ways with lead singer Tynan Moors. Within the freedom of a new lineup, Adam and Kyle shifted the direction of the EP, writing and recording new songs which would make up the Pink Jetstream EP.

“We wanted to make an EP to bridge the gap between the sound of Elephant In The Room towards the darker style we intend to explore with our second album,” says Adam. “Pink Jetstream is the step between. When Chase joined the band in June 2022, he wrote lyrics based on the working titles of each song, giving each song its own thematic value. With these lyrical elements, somehow Pink Jetstream became a kind-of concept album about space.

“Kyle and I always spend a lot of time going for walks, having smokes, and looking up to the sky,” Adam adds. “After watching jets and chem-trails on a pink sunset, Kyle came up with the idea of naming an EP Pink Jetstream and that thought never left my mind, serving as a huge inspiration for the song and EP. Funny enough, my musical goal for the song Pink Jetstream was to have a tune with a catchy guitar line, that could also change face and be super huge and energetic out of nowhere… In hindsight, I was inspired by the energy and catchiness of early 5SOS that I was (shamelessly) binging at the time.”

Singer-Songwriter Harry Hannah Captures the Bitter-Sweetness of a Breakup in “Baby Don’t Look Back”

Not all breakups are bitter, and sometimes you part ways wishing the other person the best even though it hurts like hell. Cobourg, Ontario-based singer/songwriter Harry Hannah captures a breakup’s bitter-sweetness with his easy-galloping, alt-country new single “Baby Don’t Look Back” – available now.

With mellow rhythm, a little bit of twang, and chock full of philosophical introspection, “Baby Don’t Look Back” tells the true story of a breakup Hannah went through years ago, knowing the whole time it would eventually have to end:

You always told me you’d be leaving soon
bum town just got nothing to do
there’s a world that’s been needing you
Cut the chains off and go let loose

“I was 23 coming to terms with love and loss. I had some dues to pay and time to spend, and so I wrote a new song,” Harry recalls, somewhat wistfully. “Her path was promising and moving quick. I really didn’t feel the same about mine, and I needed to sort my life out in Ontario – relocating out West wasn’t an option for me. She was bound to mountains, while I was bound to the Great Lakes.”

Harry still remembers sitting in a café in Cobourg called the Black Cat, pen scratching his notebook as he performed a sort of self-surgery, or his own therapy session, through the writing of this song on a windy Autumn morning, coffee and a blueberry scone at his side. “It was a transition that needed to be made,” he muses. “I knew I had to do my best to keep my head up, not get bitter and just be nice. These lyrics almost worked as a reminder to that.”

At the end of the song, Autumn turns to Winter, and the narrator finds some warm acceptance, if only by comforting himself with the thought of one day following his lost love: “Oh the sun falls on the dark ground / Oh I’m packing up my things and I’ll be coming for you now/ In my old Chev truck it’ll do real well/ I’ll find you in the mountains and we’ll run like hell.”

Harry Hannah is an independent folk singer/songwriter from the north end of Ontario’s Northumberland Hills – “The Cobourg Folkster,“ some have called him. Built with a rugged sense of charm, a lot to talk about, and a heart as soft as a Doberman’s chew toy, Harry has made a name for himself skinny-dipping by the riverside, running wild with the rabbits and wolves, and howling his sweet songs all the way from Cobourg to Alberta.

Seal Announces 30th Anniversary North American Tour

GRAMMY award-winning global icon Seal will embark on a massive 30th Anniversary Tour across North America this spring, teaming up with longtime producer and trusted collaborator Trevor Horn, who will take on the role of musical director for the run of shows; additionally, Horn’s acclaimed new wave band The Buggles will be featured as special guest performers. The six-week run begins on April 25 in Phoenix, AZ at Arizona Financial Theatre and will make stops at famed venues such as the Beacon Theatre in New York, NY on May 23 and the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA on June 7. It concludes at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, WA on June 12.

The 30TH Anniversary Tour will commemorate three decades of his landmark self-titled debut album Seal (1991) and eponymous follow-up Seal II (1994). He will be performing the records in their entirety for the first time, delivering a set highlighted by classic chart-topping anthems such as “Crazy,” “Future Love Paradise,” “Killer,” and “Kiss From A Rose.” Expect soul staples and standards peppered throughout the set, showcasing the full spectrum of his incredible repertoire.
