Melissa McCarthy Reveals Surreal Duet Moment With Barbra Streisand

0

Melissa McCarthy stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and delivered one of those stories that feels almost too surreal to be real: getting a call from Barbra Streisand and ending up at the legend’s home to record a duet. The Emmy winner described the experience as bizarre in the best possible way, sharing the mix of awe, disbelief and pure joy that came with stepping into Streisand’s world.

French Jazz Pop Visionary Flore Benguigui Swings Into “Goody Goody” Ahead Of ‘i-330’

0

Flore Benguigui and The Sensible Notes return with “Goody Goody,” a sparkling, live-swing reimagining that captures the spirit of a jazz club in full flight. Out now, the track pulses with infectious rhythm, playful lyricism and what Flore perfectly sums up as “It’s jazz, but it’s fun.” The single arrives ahead of her debut album ‘i-330,’ landing March 13 via Decca Records France, and follows the announcement of a sold-out Paris show at New Morning and a special London date at Rough Trade East.

‘i-330’ finds the former L’Impératrice singer diving back into the jazz that shaped her, blending eras from Nat King Cole to Barbara while weaving acoustic warmth with shimmering synth textures. Recorded live over five days at Studio Pigalle, the album leans into spontaneity, communal energy and melodic emotion. With The Sensible Notes, Flore bridges 1930s standards and French pop poetry into a retro-futurist swirl that feels timeless and vividly present.

The result is a joyful, feminist-tinged celebration of jazz as shared experience. From swing to bebop touches, from Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday to Chet Baker echoes, ‘i-330’ reframes classics and deep cuts alike with groove and heart. “Goody Goody” is the doorway in. The machine to stir up time is officially switched on.

Jessie Ware Ignites The Floor With “Ride”

0

Jessie Ware returns with “Ride,” a slow-burning, high-heat dance cut that has been building anticipation since she first debuted it at Glastonbury’s NYC Downlow following her West Holts headline set in 2024. Now officially released via Island EMI, the track slides into motion with a hypnotic groove that subtly nods to The Good, the Bad and the Ugly theme before locking into full-body momentum.

“Ride was the first song I wrote for this record,” Jessie shares. Created with Jack Peñate and Karma Kid, the track pulses with club energy while staying playful and commanding. “It’s a song for the clubs, for the dancefloor – fun, cinematic, cheeky and powerful.” Ware leans into desire and control with lines like “I’m bad / Beautiful / Hold my hips / Watch me move,” owning every beat.

“Ride” sets the tone for her upcoming album ‘Superbloom,’ out April 10, positioning Ware at the center of a cinematic, tension-filled soundscape built for movement and late-night electricity. This is Jessie Ware stepping fully into the spotlight and turning up the temperature.

alum Scott And Rap Breakout Aitch Unite On “Unsteady”

0

Multi-platinum UK pop powerhouse Calum Scott teams up with British rap breakout Aitch for a reimagined version of “Unsteady,” out now via Capitol Records. Originally featured on Calum’s third album ‘Avenoir,’ the track takes on new dimension with Aitch’s verse layered into its slow-building, emotionally open core. It is vulnerable, melodic, and now sharpened with added edge.

“I’m a little unsteady, a little messed up,” Calum sings before flipping the sentiment toward connection. Aitch steps in with his own grounded honesty, reinforcing the song’s theme of accepting imperfection. “Loved working with Calum, he’s a top guy,” says Aitch. The video, directed by Ben Morgan, strips back the studio setting and pairs the performance with intimate moments between couples, keeping the message front and center.

The release lands as Calum prepares to bring “The Avenoir Tour” to North America. Following dates across Asia, the UK, Europe, and South Africa, he launches the North American leg on March 23 in Vancouver before hitting Los Angeles, Austin, New York, Toronto, and more. ‘Avenoir’ continues to define this chapter, pairing sweeping ballads with groove-driven anthems and marking another major step in his evolution as a global pop force.

Dermot Kennedy Unveils “Refuge” From ‘The Weight of the Woods’

0

Dermot Kennedy releases “Refuge,” the second single from his upcoming third album ‘The Weight of the Woods,’ arriving March 27 via Island Records. The Irish singer songwriter leans into vulnerability on this anthemic, acoustic-led track, which builds from quiet reflection to a soaring refrain. “If we never make it, at least we can say we died trying” lands like a mission statement, equal parts doubt and defiance.

“I like the ‘died trying’ lyric, because it reminds me of 50 Cent’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’,” Dermot explains. “On stage, I’ll feel supremely confident… but it’s not always the case. Gabe brought the vulnerability out of me.” Written and recorded near his home in rural Ireland with Gabe Simon, the 14-track album draws from Irish instrumentation and landscape, rooted in the forest behind his house and the sense of wonder it provides.

With his largest headline tour to date set for May and June, including London’s The O2 and two nights at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium, Dermot steps into this era with renewed focus. From intimate pub performances to arenas and stadiums, his voice remains the anchor. “Refuge” signals an album shaped by home, honesty, and a renewed connection to the place that made him.

Troye Sivan Celebrates A Decade Of ‘Blue Neighbourhood’

0

Troye Sivan marks ten years of his debut with ‘Blue Neighbourhood – Ten Years On’, a special anniversary reissue out now. The release features reimagined artwork by original illustrator Hsiao-Ron Cheng and arrives as a limited-edition ‘Blush & Blue 2LP’, CD, and cassette. A decade later, the album that introduced Sivan as a defining new voice in pop still carries weight.

The expanded edition includes fan favorites “Strawberries & Cigarettes,” which has surpassed one billion streams, and “Swimming Pools,” previously only available on a retail exclusive physical version. In a surprise move, “Swimming Pools” now joins the original album across digital platforms. This is not nostalgia. It is a full-circle moment for a record that has amassed over 5.5 million album equivalent sales and is approaching 10 billion streams.

Originally released in 2015, ‘Blue Neighbourhood’ debuted Top 10 in both Australia and the US, with “YOUTH” becoming Sivan’s first Billboard Hot 100 Top 40 hit and earning multi-platinum certifications. The “WILD,” “FOOLS,” and “TALK ME DOWN” trilogy further cemented its cultural impact. Ten years on, the album stands as a landmark debut, personal, cinematic, and emotionally fearless.

‘Blue Neighbourhood – Ten Years On’ celebrates the record that launched Troye Sivan into global pop orbit. The songs remain intimate and immediate, a snapshot of youth that still resonates across millions of listeners worldwide.

Florida Rap Force C Stunna Locks In With “Right To It”

0

Florida rap riser C Stunna keeps his foot on the gas with “Right To It,” out now via Bag Talk Music and MNRK Music Group. Built on hard-hitting, bass-heavy production rooted in Florida pulse, the track finds him fully dialed in. This is direct, no warm-up, no detours. He gets straight to it and stays there.

On “Right To It,” C Stunna leans into braggadocious confidence with a repeat-ready hook and tightly controlled verses. His flow is steady and commanding, riding the gritty Southern bounce with precision. The energy feels locked, focused, and built for rotation. This is momentum in motion.

The official video, directed by Captured Chris and shot in Florida, keeps the lens trained on Stunna as he moves through his environment with quiet authority. Following releases like “100 Bands,” “No Cap,” and “Missy” featuring Baby Mel, plus the DJ Drama-hosted project ‘Still Stuntin” with appearances from Skrilla and Real Boston Richey, “Right To It” lands as another sharp statement. C Stunna is not chasing attention. He is building pressure, one record at a time.

Indie Pop Songwriter fanclubwallet Unveils First Love Song “Moving Unison”

0

Indie pop songwriter fanclubwallet, the project of Hannah Judge, returns with “Moving Unison,” out now via Lauren Records, alongside a new video and a notable first. This is Judge’s first-ever love song, and it arrived mid-drive, sparked by a moment of reflection in the highway carpool lane. The track glows with understated warmth while staying rooted in her sharp lyrical lens.

“I wondered if most of the people in the carpool lane are lovers,” Judge shares, describing how the metaphor unfolded. Referencing the Who’s Line Is It Anyway? game “Helping Hands,” she adds, “I think that’s kind of a metaphor for relationships in a funny way.” Produced in collaboration with Pat Linehan, “Moving Unison” pairs that playful insight with intimate indie pop textures. fanclubwallet now takes the song on the road with U.S. dates in Boise, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City, bringing this new chapter directly to the stage.
