Formed in 2011 by guitarist/vocalist Martin Diaz (formerly of hardcore act Mikoto), In Transmission began as an outlet to explore spacey, melodic soundscapes influenced by post-rock pioneers like Explosions in the Sky, Mogwai, and Sigur Rós.
