What Is MAGA’s All-American Halftime Show? How to Watch, Who’s Performing, and What We Know

0

While millions tune in to the official Super Bowl halftime show each year, Super Bowl Sunday 2026 comes with a parallel event drawing its own attention. Turning Point USA, a conservative political organization, is hosting a competing broadcast called The All-American Halftime Show, positioning it as alternative programming during the Super Bowl halftime window.

Here’s what we know about the event, when it airs, how to watch it, and who’s involved.

What Is the All-American Halftime Show?

The All-American Halftime Show is a one-night broadcast organized by Turning Point USA, the right-wing nonprofit founded by conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The event is framed by organizers as a celebration of “faith, family, and freedom” and is intended to counterprogram the NFL’s official halftime show.

The announcement came after backlash from some conservative figures over the NFL’s decision to feature Bad Bunny as the Super Bowl halftime performer.

When Does It Air?

The All-American Halftime Show airs on Super Bowl Sunday, during the same general window as the official halftime show.

  • Date: Sunday, February 8, 2026
  • Start time: Coverage begins at 7:30 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Timing: Expected to overlap with the Super Bowl halftime break, which typically runs between 8:00 and 8:30 p.m. ET, depending on game flow

The exact location of the event has not been publicly disclosed.

Bruce Hornsby Announces New Album ‘Indigo Park’ With Bob Weir, Bonnie Raitt, And More

0

Bruce Hornsby will release his new studio album ‘Indigo Park’ on April 3, the three-time Grammy winner announced Wednesday. The 10-track record brings together an impressive roster of collaborators including the late Bob Weir and Robert Hunter, alongside Blake Mills, Bonnie Raitt, Chris Dave, Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig and Pino Palladino. Hornsby and his longtime band The Noisemakers anchor the project.

Hornsby describes the album as reflective, calling himself an old bastard looking back, though he says he’s found a graceful path forward with help from new friends.

The release arrives during the 40th anniversary year of Hornsby’s biggest hit “The Way It Is”, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 1986 and has been sampled extensively in hip-hop, notably by Tupac Shakur. Hornsby and The Noisemakers have mapped out extensive touring plans supporting the album, including orchestral performances with the Colorado Symphony and festival appearances at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and High Water Music Festival.

Firesky Releases Second Single “Can You Feel Me?” From Debut Album

0

Art Of Melody Music and Burning Minds Music Group have announced “Can You Feel Me?”, the second single from the self-titled debut album by Firesky. The song and music video are now available online for streaming. “Can You Feel Me?” features Davide “Dave Rox” Barbieri from Wheels Of Fire, Shining Line and Room Experience as a special guest on backing vocals.

The band describes the video as a visual exploration of the boundary between real memory and controlled dream. The protagonist relives a love story through perfect postcards, including sunset kisses, drives in a convertible and dances under the lights, alternated with raw fragments of reality like silence, rain and solitude. Like in Vanilla Sky and Sliding Doors, he tries to repaint the past, but the signs of breakage reveal the truth, leaving only the burning pain of an irretrievable loss. The ending, with a deserted skating rink, a wilted rose and synchronized gazes under the rain, conveys melancholy. The dream fades away, leaving only an echo of once-cherished feelings.

Mixed and mastered by Saal Richmond at Harmonia Recording Work Studio in Giaveno, Italy, the album arrives March 13. The CD booklet includes exclusive liner notes penned by Fabio Vellata from Truemetal.it. Alessandro Del Vecchio from Edge Of Forever, Hardline, Jorn and Vanden Plas provides additional backing vocals. Pierpaolo “Zorro” Monti from Shining Line, Charming Grace and Raintimes and Dave Zublena from Soul Seller and Kastadian also co-wrote the song “Like Brothers”.

FIRESKY TRACKLIST:

  1. Run Into The Storm
  2. Out Of Range
  3. I’m Not Broken
  4. A Stone In Time
  5. Can You Feel Me?
  6. Chasing The Dawn
  7. One Last Time
  8. Like Brothers
  9. Together
  10. I Am Fire

Daisy Grenade Covers No Doubt’s “Hella Good” For Reproductive Rights

0

Alt-pop duo Daisy Grenade have released their electrifying rendition of No Doubt’s chart-topping classic “Hella Good”, available everywhere via DCD2/Fueled By Ramen. A portion of all proceeds from the release will benefit the Center for Reproductive Rights, a legal advocacy organization dedicated to protecting bodily autonomy and reproductive freedom.

“Our heavy cover of the early 2000s No Doubt banger ‘Hella Good’ delivers on every level,” shares the duo. “Every time you hear this song, it begs for heavy guitars, so we gave it to you! This cover comes at the perfect time, we’re all looking for a bit of that early aughts nostalgia through a fresh new lens. Additionally, we’re donating a portion of the proceeds from this release to the Center For Reproductive Rights, because it’s important.” The duo will continue their philanthropic efforts throughout their debut headline run, Daisy Grenade Has So Much To Say (The Tour), which gets underway May 19 at Thunderbird Café & Music Hall in Pittsburgh. One dollar from every ticket sold will benefit the Let’s Give A Damn Foundation, an organization that empowers young creatives globally to use their platforms for advocacy.

“Hella Good” marks the latest in a seemingly non-stop hot streak of singles from Daisy Grenade, including their reimagined take on the Wicked classic “For Good”. The song made its debut late last year during Daisy Grenade Does Whatever the F*ck They Want, a sold-out holiday spectacular at New York City’s Joe’s Pub that saw the duo joined by very special guests Adam Kantor, Cassadee Pope and Katerina McCrimmon. Last autumn saw the release of the emotionally charged “Good Luck (Wish You Hell)”, produced by two-time GRAMMY Award nominee WZRD BLD. The evocative power ballad was preceded by the infectious summer anthem “Don’t Sweat It”, produced by Andrew Goldstein and named by Rolling Stone as one of its Songs You Need To Know. The duo will bring their infectious energy to historic stages like the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles and a now sold-out Bowery Ballroom show in New York, with support on all dates from Vienna Vienna.
