0

Oasis has released “Morning Glory (Unplugged)” from the forthcoming (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? (30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition). This special release features new unplugged versions of five classic tracks of “Morning Glory,” “Cast No Shadow,” “Wonderwall,” “Champagne Supernova,” and the previously released “Acquiesce.” The set will be released on October 3rd via Big Brother Recordings.

The new unplugged versions were produced and mixed by Noel Gallagher and Callum Marinho from the original master recordings at Noel’s studio, Lone Star Sound, in London.

(What’s The Story) Morning Glory? stands out as one of the all-time era-defining great rock albums. Oasis’ second album, released in 1995 on Creation Records, followed just 14 months after their classic debut Definitely Maybe and includes universally loved anthems “Wonderwall,” “Don’t Look Back In Anger,” “Champagne Supernova,” plus fan favorites “She’s Electric” and “Roll With It.” The album propelled the band to success worldwide and has sold more than 22 million copies globally, including six million in the US, and is the UK’s third biggest-selling studio album of all time. The album was also announced by National Album Day as the Official Most Streamed Album of the ‘90s, with Definitely Maybe as the second.

The release of “Morning Glory (Unplugged)” arrives shortly after Oasis stormed through the North America leg of the Live ‘25 Tour, cementing Oasis-mania firmly on US shores. From there, the tour continues globally in South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.

German Black Metal Duo Mystic Circle Release New Single “The Bible of Witch Chase” From Upcoming Album ‘Hexenbrand 1486’

0

Germany’s iconic black metal force Mystic Circle have unleashed their brand-new single, “The Bible of Witch Chase”, taken from their upcoming studio album “Hexenbrand 1486”, set for release on October 31st, 2025 via ROAR! Epic and pitch-black in atmosphere, the track captures the sinister essence of the band’s vision: dark, unrelenting, and steeped in occult fire.

“The Bible of Witch Chase is the first part of our Heinrich Kramer trilogy”, the band comments. “Driven by distorted visions, he wrote the Malleus Maleficarum and condemned hundreds of innocent souls to death. This song takes you back to medieval times, where the screams of the innocent echoed as they were slaughtered by the servants of the Holy Church. Once again, it is a statement against an institution corrupted by greed and false piety. Musically, it is a dissonant, metal-influenced piece inspired by witchcraft, the inquisition, and the dark spirit of the Middle Ages.”

“Hexenbrand 1486” will be available on CD and Vinyl (both featuring a comic) as well as in Digital formats. In support, the band will be holding several signing sessions around the album release, find all upcoming dates and record store locations below!

“More serious, more respectful and more authentic” is the definition of the tenth MYSTIC CIRCLE epic “Hexenbrand 1486” – a statement that certainly applies to the formation’s attitude. “It’s a journey through time in the Mystic Circle universe”, A. Blackwar recently said. “The album is very varied and each song has its own dominance. We could release every track as a single and that says a lot about the strength of the longplayer.”

MYSTIC CIRCLE sound unmistakable, their trademarks are manifold and their hunger seems almost insatiable. What the duo has created in recent years is unparalleled and continues the legacy that the band created in the nineties with their classics “Drachenblut” (1998) and “Infernal Satanic Verses” (1999). MYSTIC CIRCLE themselves describe their style as melodic extreme metal, their very own mix of old-school death and black metal, traditional heavy metal of the eighties and horror soundtracks.

Since the unholy reunion between the two MYSTIC CIRCLE founders A. Blackwar and Beelzebub in 2021, the Germanic black metal wargods are stronger than ever. What began anew in 2022 with the self-titled “Mystic Circle” album and was rewarded with a sensational #78 place in the German album charts, was continued the following year with “Erzdämon” and now completed with “Hexenbrand 1486”.

“Hexenbrand 1486”, produced with Nils Lesser, is largely about the ‘Malleus Maleficarum’, the hammer of witches, which was written in Speyer/Germany in the year 1486. “We are lucky to live near well-known events and dark legends. Our Nibelungen cult “Drachenblut” comes from our region, as does the concept in the second part of the new record about Heinrich “Institoris” Kramer, the author of the Hexenhammer,” A. Blackwar explains.

“Heinrich Kramer embodies everything we hate about the holy institution of the church. He was a vile sadist who acted out his resentment towards women under the cloak of Christian scripture. The Hexenhammer is the work of a madman and should encourage everyone even more to leave the church and follow their own path of faith,” says Beelzebub.

The horror flair of the 80s already played a major role in the duo’s style on “Mystic Circle” and “Erzdämon”. On “Hexenbrand 1486” they consistently go one step further and add dark synth wave passages in appropriate places, with a comparable flair to legendary horror shockers and soundtracks by Dario Argento, who used synthesizers in his very own way.

It takes a whole lot of luck to get down the road.”

Following this weekend’s landmark show, Bingham & The Texas Gentlemen will hit the road for “The All Night Long Tour” this fall including stops at Atlanta’s The Tabernacle, Charlotte’s Ballantyne Amphitheater, Nashville’s The Pinnacle, two nights at Tulsa’s Cain’s Ballroom, Austin’s Moody Amphitheatre and Fort Worth’s Billy Bob’s among many others. His music—spanning folk, blues, country, and rock—reflects a life fully lived, blending grit, vulnerability, and resilience in equal measure.

Across six studio albums, two live records, and his 2023 self-produced EP Watch Out For The Wolf, Bingham has remained committed to unfiltered, genre-defying storytelling, most recently captured in his live album Live at Red Rocks. In addition to his acclaimed music career, he starred as fan-favorite “Walker” on Paramount’s record-breaking series Yellowstone. Beyond the stage and screen, Bingham has launched his own record label, founded the Fort Worth-based festival and rodeo, The Great Western, and introduced Bingham Spirits, beginning with Bingham’s Bourbon in 2024.

Darkwave/Synthpop Artist Brittany Bindrim Releases New Single “Hunting In The Dark” Ahead of Sophomore Album ‘Counterpoison’

0

Darkwave/synthpop powerhouse Brittany Bindrim unveils her new single “Hunting In The Dark” today ahead of her sophomore album Counterpoison (out October 24, 2025).

Big beats, chills, and thrills—“Hunting In The Dark” is a darkwave dance-floor banger that transforms heavy moments into pure energy and positivity. With Driven by pulse-pounding rhythms, infectious hooks, and vocals that refuse to be dimmed, it’s about finding light (and maybe a little mischief) in the shadows.

This uplifting single will be released Friday, September 19th along side a trippy visualizer video. Produced with Matt McJunkins (A Perfect Circle, Puscifer), “Hunting In The Dark” paves the way for Brittany Bindrim’s full ‘Counterpoison’ album rollout on October 24.

Following her 2024 debut Velella Velella (Metropolis Records), Counterpoison ventures deeper into themes of transformation, sociopolitical unrest, and the shadows of the human psyche. Across gritty dance bangers and moody ballads, Bindrim melds abrasive synths, punishing beats, and powerhouse vocals into a fearless statement of resistance.

Pre-order the new album ‘Counterpoison now, out on October 24, 2025.

Synthpop/darkwave artist Brittany Bindrim is set to release her sophomore album, Counterpoison, in Fall 2025. The record delivers powerful, gritty, hard-hitting dance bangers alongside moody, ethereal ballads, and marks an even catchier, more melodically infectious evolution from her debut.

Brittany released her long-awaited debut solo album, Velella Velella, on March 8, 2024, via Metropolis Records. Already known for her catchy melodies and powerhouse vocals as the frontwoman of I:Scintilla, she explores an uncharted sonic terrain as a solo artist—delivering genre-bending, edgy tracks with punishing beats and abrasive synthesizers. Her solo project showcases both the depth and versatility of her artistry.

This new chapter of Brittany’s career delves deeper into new territory through her collaboration with producer Matt McJunkins (A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, Eagles of Death Metal, Poppy). Channeling themes of transformation, sociopolitical unrest, and the exploration of humanity’s darker facets, her vulnerable and unapologetic lyrics explore self-discovery, empathy, apathy, disillusionment, and growth.

Absinthe Green Release Debut Album ‘Of Love and Pain’ and Announce Fall UK Tour

0

ABSINTHE GREEN offers an unflinching exploration of joy and sorrow, destruction and creation, intimacy and intensity with the release Of Love and Pain . The devoted followers who sing and scream along with bands like HalestormEvanescence, and The Pretty Reckless are already finding things to love about Absinthe Green, who offer a unique take on the genre.

The band made Of Love and Pain with Finnish producer Hiili Hiilesmaa, whose credits include work with HIMAmorphisThe 69 Eyes, and Apocalyptica

Absinthe Green is synonymous with singer, songwriter, and producer Eirini Papadopoulou, who first conceived it as a personal project while living in Germany in 2016. After returning to her native Greece in 2019, she joined forces with Harry Mason (drums), Villy Pirris (bassist), and later, Panos Economakis (guitar).

Together, they have carved out a style that defies easy categorization, blurring the lines between hard rock, metal, and alternative. Their music is emotionally charged, unflinching, and deeply personal. One critic rightly described Absinthe Green as “a melodic storm of beauty and heartbreak, both ferocious and tender.”

Artist Statement — Absinthe Green on Of Love and Pain

“At last, Of Love and Pain is here. This album is a vessel for my experiences, woven from love, grief, defiance, and redemption. Yet it is not only born of sorrow; within its depths there is also humor, playfulness, and the strange joy of turning darkness into sound. I wanted to create something

alive, an album I cherish performing on stage, where vulnerability and strength can coexist and where even pain carries its own peculiar beauty.

I am profoundly grateful to the amazing Hiili Hiilesmaa, who understood my vision and helped shape it into something timeless. My thanks extend to my extraordinary bandmates—Harry, Villy, and Panos—each of them a force unto themselves, who believed in me and my mad ideas and made them shine brighter. And to Geegor, our sound engineer and in truth the fifth member of this band, whose dedication and artistry gave this record its beating heart, I am endlessly thankful. And also to our wider team, whose faith, hard work, and spirit carried us through this journey and helped us bring this music fully into being.

What began in 2016 as a solitary project has grown into something far greater: a band, a family, a gathering of kindred spirits. Together we have forged a sound that resists simple definition—both fierce and fragile, shadowed and luminous, where heavy guitars entwine with haunting melodies and voice becomes confession.

Of Love and Pain is more than a debut; it is an invocation. It speaks to those who understand that joy and sorrow are inseparable, that creation rises from ruin, and that even in darkness, a spark of laughter can flicker like a candle in the night. This is our truth, and now it is yours.

With a lot of Love, and a considerable amount of Pain,”

— Absinthe Green

Kittie Release ‘Spit XXV’ EP, Reimagining Their Landmark Debut 25 Years Later

0

Canadian heavy music pioneers Kittie release their Spit XXV EP today, marking 25 years since their landmark debut transformed them from four Canadian teenagers into international heavyweights. The collection arrives via Sumerian Records, featuring re-imagined and re-recorded versions of four of the original album’s stand out tracks, all produced once again by Garth Richardson, who helmed the original breakthrough sessions in 1999 at EMAC Studios. Stream the full EP HERE.

The EP’s release is highlighted by a confrontational new music video for “Do You Think I’m A Whore? XXV,” showcasing Kittie‘s unflinching approach to re-examining their most provocative material with two and a half decades of artistic growth.

Speaking on today’s release, Kittie vocalist and guitarist, Morgan Lander shares:

“We’re beyond excited to revisit and reimagine songs that that started it all for us with Spit XXV. Re-recording these songs has been an emotional and empowering journey. It’s a chance to honour our roots while bringing a new level of energy and experience to the music. Spit XXV isn’t just a celebration of where we came from, but a thank-you to the fans who have stood by us for the past 25 years.

“”Do You Think I’m A Whore?” has always been the dark horse of our debut album and it is was such a pleasure to give it the updated treatment and celebrate how awesome of a song it really is. Pair that with the unbelievable music video visuals from William Felch at Wombat Fire and it’s clear the track is finally getting its flowers.”

Do You Think I’m A Whore? XXV” demonstrates how Kittie‘s musical evolution has only intensified the song’s emotional impact. Originally one of the most visceral moments on their gold-certified debut, the re-recorded version channels decades of artistic growth while maintaining the raw vulnerability that made the original so powerful.

The Spit XXVEP represents more than nostalgic reflection—it’s proof of the original album’s enduring relevance. Rolling Stone ranked the title track #82 on their “100 Greatest Heavy Metal Songs of All Time” in 2023, while artists like Serena Cherry of Svalbard continue crediting the album as formative to their musical development.

SPIT XXV arrives during Kittie‘s most successful era in over a decade. Their 2024 comeback album Fire shattered expectations, reaching #13 on UK Rock & Metal Albums charts and earning a 2025 Juno Award nomination for Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year. With 920,000 monthly Spotify listeners spanning multiple generations and triumphant festival performances at Sick New World, Welcome to Rockville, and Sonic Temple, Kittie has proven their relevance extends far beyond nostalgia into contemporary dominance. The band’s ability to command stages and attract new audiences through social media demonstrates that their revolutionary spirit burns as fiercely as ever.

Kittie will bring the Spit XXV celebration to major festival stages this fall, performing at Louder Than Life this weekend and Aftershock Festival next month. Fans attending Louder Than Life this weekend can also catch Morgan and Mercedes Lander DJ at Blood Rave – an official LTL after-party – this evening. More Information can be found HERE.

Spit XXV EP

The Spit XXV EP is proof of Spit‘s lasting relevance and Kittie‘s evolution as artists. Twenty-five years after four teenagers from Ontario redefined who belonged in heavy music’s most aggressive spaces, Kittie continue creating pathways for others while cementing their legacy as genuine pioneers.

Outlaw Pop Artist Devora Releases Bold New Single “Cocaine Karaoke” and Announces Fall Tour Dates

0

Outlaw pop trailblazer DEVORA has released her brand-new single “Cocaine Karaoke” alongside a visualizer, available now on all platforms.

“I wrote ‘Cocaine Karaoke’ in Nashville with Johnny Gates and Austin Luther, and it came out of one of the most unhinged relationships I’ve ever been in,” DEVORA shares. “I was dating this guy who was living a double life; completely full of shit, always coked up, making these wild promises that never meant anything. It almost became a running joke how insane his lies got, like I was just buying into this karaoke version of reality he was selling me. Fed up and spun out on emotional whiplash, I put it all into this song.”

She adds, “His lies started to feel like karaoke: loud, performative, and not real. He’d promise me the world, but it was all just a drug-fueled performance—cocaine karaoke. All noise and no substance. This song is me calling it out for what it was and closing that chapter for good.”

DEVORA is redefining the sound of the American frontier with her self-styled genre, “Outlaw Pop” — a high-octane blend of dark pop, rock, and alt-country rooted in the mystique of the desert. Raised in Arizona, her music channels the raw beauty and danger of the Wild West into cinematic, modern anthems about love, loss, rebellion, and life on the run.

Known for her haunting visuals and fierce stage presence, Devora has toured extensively, supporting The WarningBUSH, and Austin Meade on sold-out runs across the U.S. This fall, she will return to the road with newly announced tour dates.

Devora is a rising force in modern music, blending bold visuals, genre-bending sound, and a rebellious spirit that’s redefining the pop frontier. Devora is crafting an immersive world where desert mysticism, raw emotion, and rebellion collide. As she continues to push boundaries and build a loyal following, Devora is not just creating songs—she’s shaping a movement.

Modern Metal Band Stellvris Unleash New Single “Silence After Violence” Ahead of EP ‘Shatter and Bloom’

0

European (Prague, CZ) modern metal band Stellvris has dropped their latest single, “Silence After Violence,” a searing anthem from their upcoming EP “Shatter and Bloom,” set to release on November 7. Produced by Christoph Wieczorek (Annisokay, Caskets) at Sawdust Recordings, the track delivers a visceral punch, confronting the rising aggression in society and channeling it into a cathartic, high-voltage experience.

“We see violence and frustration creeping into younger generations, and it’s terrifying. This song is a wake-up call — a cry for awareness and action,”
says vocalist Nicol Hofman.

Founded in 2019, Stellvris has built a reputation for turning pain into power. Their music speaks directly to those battling anxiety, toxic relationships, bullying, and the weight of everyday struggles. With past releases “Upside Down” (2022) and “Persistence” (2023), the band carved out a sound that’s crushingly heavy yet hauntingly melodic, winning fans across Europe and the UK.

But Stellvris is more than just a band; they’re an experience. Known for electrifying live shows that include circle pits, walls of death, and stage dives, they’ve shared stages with Megadeth, Jinjer, The Ghost Inside, and more, and have lit up festivals like Summer Breeze, Brutal Assault, and Basinfirefest.

“Silence After Violence” is the fourth single from “Shatter and Bloom,” a five-track EP that explores destruction, rebirth, and the emotional chaos of modern life. Each song is rooted in real stories, from the scars of toxic relationships to the emptiness of digital escapism, and crafted to empower listeners who need it most.

“Our lyrics come from personal experiences and stories our fans share with us. We want people to feel seen, heard, and stronger after listening,” Hofman explains.

Musically, Stellvris blends metalcore, nu-metal, pop, and electronic elements into a sound that’s as catchy as it is brutal, drawing in even non-metal listeners with melodic choruses and bone-crushing breakdowns. During the recording of the EP, the band even captured a viral studio moment when their guitarist used phone vibrations to create a unique sound, leading to the now-infamous “WAKE UP MOTHERF***ER” breakdown.

With “Shatter and Bloom,” Stellvris continues to push boundaries, both musically and emotionally. The EP closes with a metal reimagining of Nicki Minaj’s “Starships,” proving that even amidst heavy themes, there’s room for joy, release, and celebration.

“It’s never just about the sound. It’s about creating a safe space where pain turns into resilience, and where the silence after violence is shattered by music,” says Hofman.
