Clipse’s Let God Sort Em Out (LGSEO) album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Independent Albums chart via Roc Nation Distribution, marking a significant milestone for Pusha T and Malice’s first fully independent album release and first full-length album in 16 years.
LGSEO sold 118,000 equivalent album units in its first week of release, and it also reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Vinyl Albums chart, No. 2 on the Top Rap Albums chart, and debuted at No. 4 overall on the Billboard 200 chart. It marked the group’s best first week since their debut album, Lord Willin’, peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 in 2002.
The achievements underscore Roc Nation Distribution’s longstanding commitment to empowering its artists with full creative control while providing them with resources to distribute music effectively and efficiently.
The critically acclaimed album was executive produced by Pharrell Williams. It featured guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Tyler the Creator, Nas, John Legend, The-Dream, Ab-Liva, Stove God Cooks, and more.
The new album comes as the duo prepare to embark on their Let God Sort Em Out Tour, which is set to start on August 3rd in Boston. The tour will feature stops in major markets such as New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Houston, Detroit, Chicago, and many more, including Pusha T and Malice’s hometown of Virginia Beach, VA.

Broadcasting at 9 pm ET/6 pm PST, the show captures the shock rockers in their natural element: underground, unhinged, and completely unfiltered. Early bird tickets are available now at Veeps, with all purchases including access to a seven-day unlimited replay. Veeps All Access members can watch the show for free as part of their subscription.
Exclusive GWAR bundles will also be available featuring an exclusive t-shirt and Super-Soaker!
“GWAR coming at you live from the very gates of hell. Talk about a shitty gated community, who runs this HOA? We decided to do a gig at a real live hellmouth at the Caverns in Pelham, Tennessee. Not since Buffy the Vampire Slayer has a hellmouth seen so much death and destruction. We kicked the devil’s ass, and now you can watch a video stream of the whole bloody affair!”
This special livestream announcement arrives ahead of the release of The Return of Gor Gor, GWAR’s new multimedia release due out July 25th, and ahead of their North American headline tour with support from Helmet, The Dwarves, and Blood Vulture. The Return of Gor Gor features three new GWAR songs mixed by Kurt Ballou (Converge, GodCity Studios) and four live tracks captured at The Masquerade in Atlanta, GA during GWAR’s 2024 tour, mixed by Chris Ronan Murphy. It took over half of the year, but singer/songwriter and country music maverick Walker Hayes will release his new song of 2025 this week. “17 Year Old Problems” drops at midnight ET on Friday, July 25th via RCA Records.
He teased the song on his Instagram with the lyrics: “How in the world were we / Supposed to memorize our fake IDs / I thought your dad was gonna kick my ass / When we missed your curfew / By a song and a half he was so damn mad / Mr. Lester’s class ain’t got a clue how but somehow I passed / Friday night light butterflies until gametime / Trying not to trip when we ran through that sign / It was 1999 / Now I’m supposed to know how to smile without a drink / We got broken dreams and bills to pay that I can’t / All we buried then were dogs now I’m burying my dad / I want my 17 year old problems back / Yeah I want my 17 year old problems back.”
A native of Mobile, Alabama, Hayes broke into the mainstream in 2021 with his smash hit “Fancy Like” which topped every country music sales and streaming chart, spent more than six months at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart, hit the Top 5 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Songs, and hit No. 1 at country radio. “Fancy Like” became a bona fide phenomenon; the six-time platinum-selling single propelled Hayes to a Grammy Award nomination and anchored his breakout 2022 full-length, Country Stuff The Album.
He’s continued to build a hitmaking career behind singles “AA,” “ Y’all Life,” “U Gurl,” and “Good With Me.” His latest releases include his 2023 follow-up New Money and 2024 EP Sober Thoughts.
TOOL returns to Honolulu’s Blaisdell Arena on December 19 for their first Hawaiian date in over a decade. Tickets are on-sale this Friday, July 25, at 10 a.m. local time. In advance of the public on sale, TOOL Army has opened additional memberships, with pre-sale tickets available exclusively to members from July 23 at 10 a.m. through July 24 at 10 p.m. local time.
The band also announced two performances in Japan, their first shows in the country since 2013: December 11 at K-Arena Yokohama and December 13 at Glion Arena Kobe.
Following the 2019 release of TOOL’s critically-acclaimed album, Fear Inoculum, the band has won a GRAMMY Award (Best Metal Performance for “7empest”), completed multiple, sold-out tours of the U.S., Europe, and South America, and delivered headlining sets at Bonnaroo, Power Trip, Aftershock, Welcome to Rockville, Louder Than Life, and the Sonic Temple Arts & Music Festival.
TOOL most recently appeared at the historic Back to the Beginning concert, where the band performed a three-song set, including their cover of Black Sabbath’s “Hand of Doom.”
Hot on the heels of recent single, “With Rob As My Witness”, Brighton-based quartet Lovejoy have announced their highly-anticipated debut album, One Simple Trick, out October 3rd.
About the debut album announcement, the band cheekily adds, “‘One Simple Trick’ took four years of overthinking, we are excited to underthink it from now on.”
Showing no signs of slowing down, Lovejoy have also announced their North American headline tour for Fall 2025. They will kick things off in Boston on October 18th, and make 26 stops across the US and Canada, including Toronto, Chicago, LA, New York, and Dallas. Presale tickets and VIP package sales begin Wednesday, July 23 at 10am local with all tickets going on sale Friday, July 25 at 10am local.
The upcoming dates mark the band’s anticipated return to the US for the first time since their debut North America headline tour in 2023 – which sold 25k tickets in just two minutes – in support of their most recent EP, Wake Up & It’s Over, which entered the Official UK Album Chart at number 5. This followed EP, Pebble Brain which was released in 2021 and landed at number 12 on the Official UK Album Chart, based on streaming alone. This is no mean feat for an independent band so early in their infancy. That same year Lovejoy released their debut EP, Are You Alright?, which has amassed 500 million streams on Spotify alone.
Forming in 2021 during lockdown, Lovejoy have risen through the ranks quickly solidifying them as indie darlings, and gathering a rabid fanbase. They have cut their teeth on the live scene, selling out shows around the world, and playing festivals such as Glastonbury, Lollapalooza and Isle Of Wight to name a few.

Dead Poet Society, who were tipped by The New York Post’s Page Six as a band to know, dropped their second album FISSION in 2024 via Spinefarm.
Today, they share a stripped down and reimagined, piano-driven version of their hit single “Running In Circles.” How the song came to be is quite the plot twist involving a fan and social media!
“A little while ago, we came across our longtime fan (and now friend) Marissa’s piano cover of ‘Running In Circles’ on Instagram. Everything about it – the expression, chord changes, and emotion – moved us. We knew right away that we needed to release this version of a song that’s so special to us,” the band explains. “Shortly after, we decided to fly Marissa out from Texas and have her officially record the version with Jack singing. We couldn’t be more excited about the result.”

Long time former ASIA front man John Payne (1990 to 2006), and from 2006 to present, the lead vocalist of ASIA featuring John Payne, would like to welcome guitarist and singer Francis Dunnery to the band.
Francis’ pedigree spans from fronting the mighty IT BITES, to recording and touring with Robert Plant. He has collaborated with artists including Robert Plant, Ian Brown, Lauryn Hill, Santana, and Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe, and as a producer and/or collaborator with David Sancious, Chris Difford (Squeeze), James Sonefeld (Hootie and the Blowfish), Erin Moran, Steven Harris (The Cult, Zodiac Mindwarp and the Love Reaction), and Ashley Reaks (Younger Younger 28s).
Dunnery was one of the candidates invited to audition as a lead singer and frontman for Genesis following Phil Collins’ departure in 1996. He also played in the reformed 1960s beat/prog band The Syn between 2008 and mid-2009.
“I can’t think of a more apt musician to join the band, he’s a musical genius! I’ve followed his incredible work since the 80’s. My dear friend Alan Shacklock produced the first IT BITES album and I visited the studio whilst he was mixing it at RAK in London. I was blown away by the songs, the vocals, and the incredible guitar playing.
Frank and I have a great musical chemistry that has awoken a fire within me. We are currently in the studio writing the new album, AVIANA, at Loco Studios in Las Vegas, and hitting the road in August. After 8 albums with ASIA and a prog ASIA featuring John Payne album, this will be our first new material studio album.
To work with such a great songwriter and guitarist is so exciting. Our vocal harmonies both in the studio and live feel like we’ve been working together for years. It feels like our paths had to get here. We both grew from the same tree- destiny! Add to this my long-time friend and keyboard monster, Ryo Okumoto (Spocks Beard and GPS), and drummers, Thomas Lang and Aaron Olsen, we have created a new and exciting chapter of the band.”
Francis Dunnery commented, “I am dreadfully excited to be creating and playing music with John, he’s such a talented guy. The whole project feels fated in some mysterious way. I know deep in my bones we are supposed to do this. I’m very grateful to John for including me in this chapter of the band and I hope that my contribution can confirm he chose the right guy for the job”.
Winter 2025 will see the completion of the new studio album, AVIANA, keeping the “A’s” theme, with album artwork from Rodney Matthews, who previously worked with ASIA on the AQUA, ARENA and ARCHIVA records. Release is expected late 2025 or early 2026. A tour will follow that in 2026. Whilst most of this years shows are US based the band are excited to headline two UK shows: HRH PROG 15 FESTIVAL, Great Yarmouth on November 15th and O2 SHEPHERDS BUSH EMPIRE, London (with FOGHAT) on November 16th, 2025.

Amid his current Summer Blood Storm UK/European tour, Wednesday 13 has just dropped a delightfully deathly music video for Mid Death Crisis track “Rotting Away.” The Duke of Spook goes on a date with the dead, picnicking with a petrified soul!
Wednesday 13 comments about “Rotting Away”: “I’m putting the Fun back in Funeral with our new video for ‘Rotting Away.’ I had such a great time filming this and wanted to do something fun, campy, and different from the other band performance videos. Inspired by the original Night Of The Living Dead film, Tom Petty’s video ‘Last dance with Mary Jane’ along with a little Weekend at Bernie’s thrown into this.”
Wednesday 13 is currently touring the UK and Europe with support from Fearless Vampire Killers and The Nocturnal Affair, with more performances to slay in cities like Birmingham, Prauge, Vienna, and beyond. The tour also features festival stops at Wacken Open Air and Poland Rock Festival. Then, later this fall, Wednesday will return to the UK and Europe for his Mid Death Crisis tour, starting October 17 in Oslo, Norway!
Between these tours, Wednesday 13 will perform at a special event honoring the late Joey Jordison on Friday, October 3. The event, presented by the Joey Jordison Charitable Fund, is headlined by Vimic and will take place at the Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles, CA. Visit the Teragram Ballroom site for tickets and more information.
Lastly but certainly not least, Wednesday 13’s upcoming North American tour with headliners and label mates Lord of the Lost, featuring fellow support artists The Birthday Massacre, will take over venues in January/February 2026.
Consequence of Energy is a politically-charged hard rock act from Chile, whose lead-off single, “Freedom,” marks their thunderous debut into the international arena. Released on July 18, 2025, “Freedom” features explosive riffs, relentless grooves, and an urgent vocal performance – which hits like a protest anthem born in the heat of global unrest.
Comprised of Michael Bianchi “Sirius” (vocals), Diego Sagredo “Caminantecosmico” (guitar / synths / others), Roli Cortes (guitar / synths), Pedro Javier (bass / backing vocals), and Amaru Lopez Campbell (drums), Consequence of Energy has also issued a music video for the tune via YouTube, which features a performance in front of a festival-sized crowd.
“Freedom” captures the desperation and defiance of a generation pushed to the brink – a song tailor-made for mosh pits and gym playlists. The production is raw but laser-focused, with modern metal sheen and South American fire. Produced by legendary rock producer Garth Richardson (Rage Against the Machine, Biffy Clyro), mixed by Dave Schiffman (System of a Down, Red Hot Chili Peppers), and mastered by the iconic Howie Weinberg (Nirvana, Soundgarden), the sonic pedigree speaks for itself.
The song is a preview of what is to come in the near future, when the band drops their full-length debut, We Are One – which will be released sometime in late 2025/early 2026. With distribution via AWAL and support from the underground powerhouse Los Lobos Records, the band is set to make a global mark. “Freedom” is the first strike from a full campaign aimed at tearing down borders – sonically and socially.
“‘Freedom’ captures everything I love about a great rock song – raw energy, emotional weight, and total honesty,” Richardson said. “Consequence of Energy came into the studio with something urgent to say, and you feel it in every riff and every beat. I’m proud to have worked with them on this track – it’s a modern hard rock anthem that hits with purpose.”
“The song questions the very concept of freedom in a world where structure, ego, and belief systems often masquerade as liberation,” the band adds. “It mocks the idea that louder voices or purer ideologies can set us free, when in truth, we’re often trapped by the very tools we use to define ourselves. Freedom is not a protest song-it’s a mirror. A bold, biting, and brutally honest reflection of a society addicted to control while crying out for release. Consequence of Energy doesn’t offer easy answers-just a challenge: What does freedom really mean? And are you ready to face what’s in the way?”
Fueled by the rhythms of Latin America and shaped by the influence of genre giants like Audioslave, Gojira, and System of a Down, Consequence of Energy delivers music that is equal parts catharsis and confrontation. And soon, rock fans worldwide will get a chance to experience this exciting up and coming band.
