British-Sudanese soul sensation Elmiene has unveiled his most vulnerable single and video to date, “Cry Against The Wind,” out now via Polydor / Def Jam Recordings. The emotional spine of the new record is rooted in a raw, unfiltered reflection of grief, guilt, and the complex ache of loving someone who has never quite been within reach. Produced by Andrew Aged, a key collaborator of Mk.gee and Buddy Ross, the slow, haunting ballad blooms into a pulse-driven swell, tracing the steps of Elmiene’s evolving relationship with his late father, Jameel.
The song emerges as both an apology and an admission wrapped in contradiction, resentment, and profound love. Elmiene comments: “This song is about crippling guilt. It’s about a mistake that I know is too late to truly be forgiven for. We all sometimes have to live with things we can’t fix but acknowledging and accepting that is heavy, like a strong wind you can never turn away from.” The cathartic visual emphasizes these emotions, featuring Elmiene disguised as his father using detailed prosthetics created by Malina Stearns, further underscoring the narrative of presence and absence.
This emotional turning point follows a huge year for the artist, who first debuted the song at his sold-out O2 Academy Brixton show in London. He recently released Heat The Streets Some Mo’, a remix EP of his acclaimed mixtape that featured remix features from legendary rapper Ghostface Killah and Grammy-Award Winning singer/songwriter Muni Long. Elmiene has become a global creative favorite, collaborating with sought-after names including ASAP Ferg and Stormzy, and performing at bucket-list venues like the BET Awards, Roots Picnic, and supporting Stevie Wonder at BST Hyde Park.
Dublin-born dance sensation Jazzy has teamed up with producer Spriitzz, also known as Spray, for the new single “Can’t Deny It,” released today via Polydor’s Chaos imprint. An ode to irresistible lust, the track rounds off an incredibly prolific year for the rapidly rising hitmaker, demonstrating her ability to remain on the cutting edge of music curation and creation while making an undeniable impact on the mainstream. Spriitzz, the alias for Berlin-based Irish DJ/producer Tiarnan McMorrow, has already established himself with remixes for artists like Peggy Gou.
Jazzy’s year was defined by landmark achievements, including receiving the DJ Mag Future Star Award and achieving the status of biggest global female DJ on both Spotify and Soundcloud. She enjoyed a massive summer on the festival circuit, making her Glastonbury debut and performing sets at Leeds & Reading, Tomorrowland, and a residency at Pacha. Having recently completed North American and UK tours in support of her ‘GEWAH Selects’ DJ project, Jazzy will conclude the year with a trio of Australian festival dates, solidifying her status as a global trailblazer for her homegrown music scene.
Powerhouse rock icons Guns N’ Roses have returned today with two brand new singles, “Nothin’” and “Atlas,” marking their first new music release since 2023. These tracks find the long-running band still at the height of their powers, showcasing two distinct sides of their personality: “Atlas” is GNR in full surging rock mode, ready to be blasted at arena volumes, while “Nothin’” grows more introspective over floaty keys and an emotive guitar. Both highly anticipated songs are available today via Interscope Records, adding vital new material to their massive catalog.
Guns N’ Roses have steadily been releasing new music in conjunction with their sold-out global tours, and “Atlas” and “Nothin’” join “The General” and “Perhaps” as modern additions to setlists otherwise stacked with classic hits and deep cut fan favorites. The band has announced they will hit the road in the spring and summer of 2026 on a sprawling world tour. This epic journey will see GNR visit Mexico and Brazil before headlining additional markets across Europe and huge stadiums in the US and Canada, including a historic return to LA’s Rose Bowl for the first time in over thirty years.
The 2026 tour follows closely on the heels of a massive 2025 world tour and their blockbuster 2024 run, which sold 1.3 million tickets globally and featured acclaimed performances at major events like Glastonbury and the Hollywood Bowl. With total sales of 100 million units and their 1987 opus ‘Appetite For Destruction’ recently inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame, Guns N’ Roses endures as one of the most dynamic and definitive American rock bands in history. The “Nightrain” keeps rolling at full speed, proving there is only more to come.
Four-time GRAMMY-nominated Bronx phenom Ice Spice, the Princess of New York, has dropped her new single “Thootie,” featuring Tokischa, released via 10K Projects/Capitol Records. This collaboration, produced by RiotUSA, marks a major first in her career: Ice Spice is speaking Spanish for the first time on a track, seamlessly trading bars in both English and Spanish in her second verse, paying homage to her Dominican heritage and cultural roots. She shared: “It’s the first-time people are actually hearing me speak or rap in Spanish and it was fun to show another side of who I am, and it’s even more special that I got to do it with Toki.”
Tokischa expressed equal excitement, noting she was thrilled they finally made a song and praising the producers for making a dembow beat that felt authentically hot. The official music video, directed by Richard Cordones with creative direction from Tokischa, was shot in the Dominican Republic, authentically capturing the colorful, vibrant, upbeat energy and culture of the island. This release follows a strong year for Ice Spice, who recently unveiled the original track “Big Guy” for The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants and lent her voice to a character in the film.
Ice Spice continues her calculated level up, building on the success of her official debut album ‘Y2K!’, which featured hits like “Gimmie A Light” and “Think U The Shit (Fart).” Her previous collaborations with megastars like Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj, along with her own singles “Munch (Feelin’ U)” and “Princess Diana,” have powered her to over 2.5 billion streams and multiple top 5 Billboard Hot 100 singles. With 2026 on the horizon, the star who built her career on confidence and raw sound plans to continue making varied soundscapes her playground.
Sting has released ‘The Last Ship (Expanded Edition)’, a newly expanded version of his acclaimed album available today in digital, CD, and 2-disc vinyl formats. The release arrives as anticipation builds for the upcoming international stagings of The Last Ship, the musical inspired by the shipbuilding community of Sting’s hometown of Wallsend. Sting is set to reprise his starring role of Jackie White in the new production, which will premiere next year in Amsterdam, Paris, Brisbane, and at the famed Metropolitan Opera House in New York City.
The expanded edition adds five brand-new recordings to the original 2013 deluxe album, featuring a wealth of collaborators. These newly recorded tracks include “Shipyard (feat. Joe Caffrey, Brian Johnson, Jo Lawry),” “Ship of State (feat. Renée Fleming),” and “If You Ever See Me Talking to a Sailor (feat. Frances McNamee).” As a collection, these songs underscore the enduring power of the musical’s narrative and Sting’s deep personal connection to its themes of home, community, and resilience.
Sting shared his inspiration for the project, saying: “I literally grew up in the shadow of the yard. I dreamed of escaping—and I succeeded. But later I realized I had to give something back. THE LAST SHIP is my tribute to the people and the place that shaped me.” The expanded edition, produced by Sting and Rob Mathes, also features newly written liner notes by playwright Barney Norris and includes a full track listing of twenty-four songs for the digital release.

Rising Appalachian singer, songwriter, and guitarist Christian Hayes has released his powerful new EP, ’26’, a heartfelt collection that finds him at a personal and artistic crossroads. The six-song project, released via Capitol Records, seamlessly blends rock, folk, and pop, putting Hayes’ gift for evocative lyrics and memorable melodies on full display. The EP looks back at romantic heartbreak and personal pain just long enough to allow the musician to fully let go, as heard on singles like the breezy but bittersweet “Caroline, Oh Caroline” and the high-energy road anthem “65 on the Interstate.”
Hayes explains that ’26’ is fundamentally about closure and transformation. He shared: “26 is me closing the door on a version of myself I outgrew. This year forced me to face myself in a way I’d been avoiding. This EP is a goodbye to the person everyone else wanted me to be, to the old sound I hid behind, and to the cycles I kept letting run me.” He adds that the final page of that story is written, and “What’s coming next is the man I’m choosing to be — and the sound that finally fits.”
The titular song, “26,” serves as a pitch-perfect finale to the EP, blending the stormy guitar of the set’s more inward songs with an easy melodic might. The song encapsulates the EP’s spirit, as Hayes lands on the hopeful hook: “I’m only 26 and I still got a lot of life to live.” The track, written by Hayes with Cole Miracle and Billy Dawson, embodies hard-won optimism and a sense of peace with the tumult of youth. Hayes is currently touring North America with gavn! and continues to earn praise for his emotional intelligence and lyrical transparency.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Aerosmith, British multi-platinum artist Yungblud, and GRAMMY-winning American country superstar Lainey Wilson have shared the electric new single “Wild Woman (Lainey Wilson Version).” This track is an exciting new take on the song from the collaborative EP ‘One More Time’, which is out now via Capitol Records. Built on the original’s blues-infused foundation, the new version showcases Wilson’s bold vocal performance, adding a distinct country edge that perfectly complements the rock foundation of Aerosmith and Yungblud.
The collaboration was sparked after Steven Tyler and Lainey Wilson performed “Dream On” at Tyler’s Jam for Janie benefit earlier this year. As the ‘One More Time’ sessions progressed, Tyler and Yungblud invited Wilson to join the project, bringing Joe Perry back to the studio to craft a new guitar part for this specific version. Yungblud shared his enthusiasm, stating: “I’m really hyped to have Lainey Wilson jump on this record with us. I have been a fan of her for a while. Her life story is truly inspirational. With this record, we really needed a female vocalist who could carry it with the level of authenticity that Lainey embodies. We needed a wild woman and we for sure got one!”
This release follows the massive chart success of the ‘One More Time’ EP, which entered the Top 10 of the Billboard 200, extending Aerosmith’s six-decade streak of Top 10 entries and giving Yungblud his first-ever Top 10 on that chart. The EP also hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums and debuted at No. 1 in the UK—Aerosmith’s first UK chart-topper in their forty-nine-year chart history. The collaboration arrives during a banner year for Wilson, who recently hosted the 2025 CMA Awards and took home three trophies, including Entertainer of the Year.
Country’s hottest rising star Tucker Wetmore closes out his blockbuster year with the release of the new track, “Proving Me Right,” marking his first new music since his record-breaking debut album, ‘What Not To’. Built on a mellow groove and laid-back confidence, the track finds Wetmore with a clear-eyed resolve as he watches an ex repeating patterns, underscoring the sharp, reflective writing that continues to set him apart. The song was written by Wetmore, Jessie Jo Dillon, Luke Laird, and Chris Tompkins, capturing the kind of soul-scouring balladry that has made him a fan favorite.
The release arrives as Wetmore’s momentum reaches new heights: his Country radio single “3,2,1” has officially cracked the Top 5 on the Country airplay charts, putting him on pace for his second No. 1 this year. The single is off his critically acclaimed debut album, ‘What Not To’, which made history as the biggest country album debut from a new artist in 2025. Adding to his banner year, Wetmore was just tapped as a performer for “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2026,” airing live on ABC.
Wetmore also recently announced his headlining The Brunette World Tour, launching this February with dates across the U.S., UK, and EU. He will be joined by special guests Dasha, Carter Faith, and Jacob Hackworth for select dates, with limited tickets available. This tour follows his first Grand Ole Opry appearance and his performance at the CMA Awards, where he was a first-time nominee. Additionally, his cinematic music video for the viral hit “Brunette,” directed by Wetmore and Chase Foster, features Bachelor Nation standouts Hannah Godwin and Joey Graziadei in a Wild West storyline.

Grammy-winning rap superstar Lil Baby is celebrating his thirty-first birthday today with the official release of his long-awaited project, ‘The Leaks’. Crafted as a special fan-first offering, ‘The Leaks’ compiles full, high-quality versions of previously teased snippets and leaked songs that have circulated online across multiple eras of Baby’s career. The fifteen-track effort serves as a special giveback to his loyal day-one supporters, featuring rap heavyweights including Young Thug, Playboi Carti, Lil Yachty, and more.
To celebrate the release of ‘The Leaks’, Lil Baby is also dropping a brand-new visual for “Let’s Do It,” which features Playboi Carti and Skooly, marking the first-time collaboration between the mega-star rappers. The video finds Atlanta’s brightest parked up against a fleet of luxury cars, trading fiery raps about their come up. Baby glamorizes his rags-to-riches story, spitting lines like: “Mama couldn’t afford cable / Now the big house with no neighbors.” This visual continues his new “WHAM Wednesdays” series, which previewed the rollout with five new drops, including “All on Me” featuring G Herbo.
This new project follows a record-breaking year for Lil Baby, who scored his fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with ‘WHAM’. He followed that achievement with his high-powered WHAM WORLD Tour, which successfully hit major arenas across North America. The year also marked the fifth anniversary of his seminal album, ‘My Turn’, which was honored with a commemorative vinyl release celebrating its status as the highest selling album across any genre in 2020, further solidifying his status as a rap icon.
Sam Fender is pleased to share a new deluxe version of People Watching, his 2025 Mercury Prize winning, chart-topping, critically acclaimed third album released earlier this year.
In addition to the four tracks that originally featured on Sam’s limited edition Record Store Day vinyl-only Me and The Dog EP, three new tracks also feature, including the recently shared Talk To You (feat. Elton John). Listen to The TreadmillHERE
The extra recordings also feature “Rein Me In (with Olivia Dean)” for its first physical release.
The deluxe version is released on CD and vinyl.
The February 2025 release of People Watching was rapturously received, further cementing Sam Fender as one of Britain’s most prominent recent success stories. Selling over 100,000 copies of the record in its first week in the UK alone, People Watching outsold the rest of the top 10 combined becoming the fastest selling album by a British solo artist since Spring 2022. Its release was followed by a slew of sold-out stadium dates in the Summer, including the 80,000 London Stadium.
Last month, the concert film Live at London Stadium premiered online. Watch it back HERE.
Live at London Stadium captures the recently crowned Mercury Prize winner at the very top of his game, performing to over 80,000 jubilant fans last Summer, and featuring the first live performance of Rein Me In alongside Olivia Dean.
Live at London Stadium was directed by Toby L & Kit Monteith and is produced by Up The Game (Blur, Olivia Rodrigo, Liam Gallagher).
Last week Sam concluded his 2025 People Watching tour in Australia.
