0

Frankie Grande expands and electrifies his acclaimed full-length debut album, Hotel Rock Bottom, with a very special Deluxe version out now via Casablanca Records.

“This deluxe version of Hotel Rock Bottom means the world to me.” Frankie shares. “Having my little sister on the album is beyond a dream. It’s more than just a collaboration; it’s a moment of truth, love and artistic connection. Ari was there for me when I hit my lowest point, helping me find my way back to myself, so having her voice on this project, along with my mother, brings everything full circle. Her heart, her soul, her humanity, and her unwavering sisterhood pour through every incredible note of this remix, and I’m beyond honored to share it with the world.

“And to also be joined by my sober sister Salina EsTitties, the iconic Big Freedia, my talented brother-in-law DETOX, and the iconic Felix Jaehn? It’s a celebration of resilience, chosen family, and the joy we find when we lift each other up. I truly can’t wait for you all to hear it.”

He reups, recharges, and reignites his first proper opus with four brand new tracks. Including, multi-GRAMMY Award-winning superstar, and sister Ariana Grande duets with Frankie on a brand new version of the title track “Hotel Rock Bottom.” Keeping it a family affair, their mother Joan Grande even makes a very special appearance at the end of the song. Among other highlights, he recruits Big Freedia for a Remix of “Messy” and Salina EsTitties on the Remix of “My Guy.” He also rounds out the Deluxe with “Boys (Felix Jaehn Remix)” and “Rhythm of Love (DETOX Remix).”

Adriatique & Notre Dame Drop Club-Ready Remix of Timbaland and Nelly Furtado’s “Give It to Me”

0

Representing a bold, creative union spanning styles and generations, acclaimed Swiss dance duo Adriatique joins forces with rapidly rising producer Notre Dame for a brand-new Remix of the chart-dominating Timbaland and Nelly Furtado smash, “Give It To Me,” via UMe/Interscope and Deja Vu Records.

Having taken the dance scene by storm from over a year, thanks to early support from Solomun, Massano, Kevin de Vries, Anyma, Carlita, Mau P, CamelPhat, Adam Ten, and Mita Gami, the highly anticipated and heavily supported dance rework of Timbaland and Nelly Furtado’s iconic 2007 hit ‘Give It To Me’ finally sees its official release. Blending a punchy, bass-driven melodic techno sound with the unmistakable vocals and melodies of the original classic, “Give It to Me – 2025” delivers a powerful dose of nostalgia wrapped in modern club energy. As addictive as it is evocative, the track has already earned anthem status, receiving early support on some of the world’s most iconic stages-including Tomorrowland, Awakenings, Off Week Barcelona, the vibrant party scene of Tulum, and most recently, Adriatique’s sold-out Cinquantenaire Open Air show in Brussels.

About the Remix, Adriatique shares, “We’ve always loved the raw energy of ‘Give It to Me.’ This new version is our tribute to the original- reworked with Notre Dame into a darker, more club-focused track. It’s been a highlight in our sets over the past year.”

While Notre Dame commented, “Timbaland and Nelly Furtado’s productions were a formative influence on me, and revisiting ‘Give It To Me’ felt like stepping into a piece of music history. By a twist of fate, I ended up partnering with Adriatique to work on this remix. We wanted to preserve the raw attitude of the original while reimagining it through our own language, built for late-night tension.”

Ultimately, this version magnifies the scope of “Give It To Me,” adding a different dimension, elevating it to another level, and turning it into a high-energy dancefloor anthem. On the Remix, a head-nodding synth loop and thick bassline accelerate the tempo, accenting the instantly recognizable back-and-forth between Furtado and Timbaland.

Maintaining the spirit of the original with refreshed, recharged, and reignited energy, it has all the makings of a summer banger.

“Give It To Me” initially adorned Timbaland’s 2007 album Shock Value. It garnered a Platinum certification from the RIAA and catapulted to both #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on the Canadian Hot 100. Not to mention, it vaulted into the Top 5 in Ireland, the UK, Australia, Germany, and New Zealand.

Amber Mark Shares Sultry New Single “Sweet Serotonin,” Teases Sophomore Album

0

Critically adored singer, songwriter, and producer Amber Mark shares “Sweet Serotonin,” the first taste of her upcoming second album, out later this year. The soulful new single follows Mark’s dancefloor-oriented Loosies EP and is a subtly powerful reminder of her gift for capturing a classic vibe with timeless vocals and endless poise.

Mark also just played back-to-back days at Sabrina Carpenter’s BST Hyde Park weekender in London on July 5 and 6. The mini festival was something of a warmup – this fall, Mark joins the second North American leg of Carpenter’s ongoing Short n’ Sweet Tour, which has recently grown to include five nights at Madison Square Garden and six at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena, plus stops at iconic venues in Pittsburgh, Nashville, and Toronto.

With a sticky, laidback groove, “Sweet Serotonin” eases us into Mark’s new era, but the opening words don’t beat around the bush: “I’ll say this really clear now: Yeah, I want you, baby.” Mark’s voice slides over the crunchy drum loop and slinks through the warm bass and cool keys, giving mere teases of her full vocal might: “You talking sweet, you talking sly now / You giving me that sugar high now / Alright you captured my attention / I’ll let you be my new addiction.”

Mark co-wrote and co-produced “Sweet Serotonin” with some familiar faces: Julian Bunetta (Teddy Swims, Gracie Abrams), Two Fresh (Mac Miller, Teddy Swims), Jose Rios (The Free Nationals, Anderson .Paak), Jason Kellner (Khalid, Kiana Lede). Some of those same collaborators pitched in on Loosies, a free-wheeling set of dance, pop, soul, disco, and R&B meant to hold fans over while they eagerly await Mark’s in-progress new album.

Mark co-wrote and co-produced “Sweet Serotonin” with some familiar faces: Julian Bunetta (Teddy Swims, Gracie Abrams), Two Fresh (Mac Miller, Teddy Swims), Jose Rios (The Free Nationals, Anderson .Paak), Jason Kellner (Khalid, Kiana Ledé). Some of those same collaborators pitched in on Loosies, a free-wheeling set of dance, pop, soul, disco, and R&B meant to hold fans over while they eagerly await Mark’s in-progress new album — revisit Loosies HERE.

Featuring the playful and seductive Wait So Yeah,” blissful disco track Won’t Cry, and sultry Jersey club flip Sink In,” Loosies racked up fan and critic love. The New York Times included “Wait So Yeah” in their The Playlist feature and Spotify playlist. Wonderland shouted out Mark’s “boundless creativity and undeniable artistry.” And The Fader observed, “If Loosies was meant to quell the impatience of waiting for Mark’s next record, I’m afraid it’s only done the opposite.”

Mark laid the groundwork for her bold new chapter across 2024, expanding her genre-less sonic universe bit by bit starting with standalone songs Space & Time,” which begins with the poise of a torch song before turning into a futuristic global dance cut, and Comin’ Around Again, a slinky, pop-kissed soul anthem that stirs up decades of rhythm and blues. She also dropped her version of Lovely Day,” the first cover of the Bill Withers classic sanctioned by his estate.

Mark’s next album will be her first since 2022’s Three Dimensions Deep, which received near-universal praise upon release. If “Sweet Serotonin” and her upcoming massive tour dates are any indication, it looks like the multi-hyphenate talent will be outdoing herself in 2025.

Dasha Releases Emotional New Single “Oh, Anna!”—Her Most Personal Song Yet

0

Opening up like never before, globally RIAA certified 40 times Platinum pop-country sensation Dasha delivers her most personal single yet – “Oh, Anna!” out now via Warner Records.

“When my career took off last year, everything changed so fast – and in the whirlwind, I felt like I lost myself. It was disorienting and, honestly, scary. I faced a lot of hate in the middle of my success, and for a while, my confidence disappeared.

“So, I wrote a song – not just for who I am now, but for the fearless little girl I used to be. The one with the big dreams, unshakable pride, and a clear sense of self. This song is a reminder of her strength, her clarity, and her joy.

“I hope when people hear it, they reconnect with their own younger selves – the purest versions of who they are. And if they’re feeling lost, I want them to know: sometimes the way forward is found by remembering where you started.

“My name is Anna Dasha – and I’m proud to say, she’s back,” says Dasha.

Written by Dasha, Hillary Lindsey, Emily Weisband, and Chris LaCorte, commences with softly strummed acoustic chords, while the breakthrough superstar addresses her younger self-using her first name “Anna.” Through echoes of slide guitar, she makes a confession on the chantable chorus, “I feel more like a scared little kid than I ever did back then. I need you to come back a little, come back a little, make me that girl again, oh Anna!” The story unfolds like a diary entry in motion, accented by an eloquently phrased, loose guitar lead.

She initially teased “Oh, Anna!” during her show stopping appearance at CMA Fest 2025 in Nashville. Country Now hailed it as “a high-energy performance,” and Holler, called it “moving, vulnerable,” going on to note, “The evocative track finds Dasha once again showcasing the rich emotionality she continually laces into her music, with the California native addressing someone she appears to have lost touch with of late.”

TYLA Heats Up Summer with New Single and Video “IS IT,” Directed by Aerin Moreno

0

After teasing fans with her new single via social media, TYLA is adding fuel to the fire of summer with the release of her highly anticipated new single and music video, “IS IT,” available now.

The new record welcomes TYLA’s audience back to the epicenter of the dance floor as she gears up for a #WEWANNAPARTY summer. “IS IT” is produced by Sammy Soso and its music video is directed by Aerin Moreno.

TYLA’s penchant for innovation driven by her native genre, Amapiano, is on full display on “IS IT,” a sultry dance cut laced with vivacious temptation. “Is it wrong that I want to get right with you?” she sings, maintaining intense eye contact with viewers. TYLA’s airtight dance routines became the stuff of legend after fans around the world tried to emulate the magic of hits like “Water” and “Push 2 Start,” and “IS IT” is primed to add another feather to that cap.

Moreno, the visionary behind TYLA’s banner “Push 2 Start” video, reprises her role on “IS IT,” directing a multi-dimensional party experience. TYLA goes from mesmerizing the viewer with her own choreography, to an intimate routine with her male counterpart, to being submerged in a rambunctious club setting – all without leaving the room. “I’m excited to see this new version of me and hear what it sounds like and just have fun with it – just bring back fun in music,” she told NYLON.

TYLA’s return to the spotlight has already been filled with highlights. A buzzworthy top half of the year included scene-stealing moments at the Met Gala, Coachella, Governors Ball and Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards, which she hosted, as well as a handful of high-profile brand collaborations, including Pandora and Erewhon. The latest of those collaborations, with Coca-Cola, features “Bliss” as the soundtrack to the world-famous soft drink brand’s “Road Trip” commercial spot, which began airing in June.

As summer heated up, so did TYLA. She performed for a record-breaking crowd of 55,000 at Poland’s world-renowned Open’er Festival and announced her headlining appearance at Barbados’s Tipsy Music Festival this month – a testament to her global stardom. Hollywood isn’t immune to the TYLA effect either; the hitmaker contributed an all-new record, “Everything Goes Blue,” to the official soundtrack to Smurfs in June. The animated film, voiced by stars like Rihanna and James Corden hits theaters this month.

Haerts Announce New Album ‘Laguna Road,’ Share First Single “Women on the Line” Featuring Jenn Wasner

0

Indie pop duo Haerts, return with the announcement of their fourth album Laguna Road, which will be released October 3rd. Thematically, the album frames a confessional portrait of family, memory, and the sacred mess of growing a family together.

Along with the album announcement, they released the first piano ballad “Women on the Line” with Jenn Wasner of Flock of Dimes. The quietly powerful, heart-on-the sleeve lyrics in “Woman on the Line”: So don’t you tell me to be happy. I’m just a woman on the line. And don’t you tell me not to lose it. How could this be the best of times…are accompanied by a heart-stirring composition.

The duo, composed of Nini Fabi and Benny Gebert, wrote and recorded the album at home on Laguna Road, in the in-between spaces of everyday family life. They left the house in early 2025, having completed the album, to return to New York.

About “Women on the Line”, Nini Fabi explains: “The song is about taking ownership of my story and the choices that shaped me as a woman. It’s about the distance between how things look and how they feel-the pressure to keep it together while inside your world is coming apart.

“It’s about isolation, acceptance, and the fragile nature of truth, and it came from a moment when I let it all fall apart.”

“Laguna Road is about looking back, a “piecing it together'” album. Sonically we moved away from what we had done on our previous records. We wanted this album to feel raw and vulnerable. The songs move slowly and we leaned into that with a light hand on production.” adds Benny Gebert.

Nini Fabi explains: “I was sitting on the steps at Laguna Road, the house we had just moved into with our daughter. On paper, I had everything: a beautiful family, a home with the lemon tree, the hummingbirds, and the piano in the living room. But I was numb, isolated, and anxious in a way that felt permanent. I was at the edge of my thirties and on the verge of some kind of breakdown, and I kept asking myself how I had ended up here.”

In the coming months, more singles will be shared leading up to the full Laguna Road album release on October 3rd.

Sugaray Rayford Drops Funky, Soulful New Single “How The Other Half Lives” Ahead of Summer Tour

0

Sugaray Rayford is a man with a message, a larger-than-life personality, and a voice to deliver it. Working with producer and songwriter Eric Corne, the soul-blues powerhouse has crafted an incendiary sound and narrative, contributing to an exciting new chapter in American soul music.

His newest single, “How The Other Half Lives,” is an upbeat funk-infused brand of Texas soul-blues about walking in another’s shoes and rolling with the punches to get through turbulent times. The song was written by producer Eric Corne, who also adds harmonica to an arrangement that includes punchy brass and a syncopated Stevie Wonder-style clavinet keyboard.

The pair’s first collaboration, Somebody Save Me, earned Rayford a 2020 Grammy nomination. Later that year, he won Blues Music Awards for ‘Soul Blues Male Artist’ and ‘B.B. King Entertainer of the Year.’ Rayford’s follow-up, 2022’s In Too Deep, won many awards, including the Blues Music Award for ‘Soul Blues Album of the Year’.

In 2024, Rayford released Human Decency, an album Blues Music Magazine called “masterful modern soul at its finest.” Living Blues described Rayford’s performance as having “the Sinatra-esque touch of telling a story” while noting Corne’s arrangements “tie it all together in near perfection.” And All Music raved that “His discipline as a singer is unimpeachable, and his willingness to take chances with phrasing and range are exhilarating.”

Rayford has a busy summer tour season with a slew of dates across The United States and Europe.

At his core, Sugaray Rayford is a unifying force. His live shows are a party. Some conversations may be had, and some self-reflection may occur, but ultimately, people feel a sense of joy and togetherness, which shines through in the music.

After finding some early success with the award-winning group The Mannish Boys, Rayford struck out on his own with Blind Alley. In 2017, The World That We Live In helped Rayford break through to the upper echelon of the blues world while also informing the soul community that he had arrived. Since joining Forty Below Records, Rayford’s sound has continued to evolve in compelling ways.

Born in Tyler, Texas, Sugaray Rayford’s early years were full of turmoil. His mother struggled to raise three boys alone while battling cancer. “She suffered, and we suffered,’ Rayford says. “Then, we moved in with my grandmother, and our lives improved. We ate every day and went to church daily, which I loved. I was raised on Gospel and soul.”

Rayford began his musical career at the tender age of seven, singing and playing drums in church, and his Gospel influences shine through in his music. The soulful rasp and expressive vocal style hint at his first-hand experience with hardship and a childhood marked by poverty and loss. As an African American youth growing up in poverty, Rayford saw the military as a path out, serving ten years in the Marines. Today, he is as comfortable using his voice to deliver songs with a message as he is singing about love. “I believe in social justice and want that to be a focus in the music, but I also like to have a good time. The light and the shade, baby!” says Rayford.

“Think back to, say, the golden days of Chess Records and people like Howlin’ Wolf and Muddy Waters; then factor in the sound of classic soul men like Solomon Burke, Curtis Mayfield, and big-voiced icons like Teddy Pendergrass, and you’re getting close to Rayford’s sound. Float that over authentic soul backing like Daptone and Stax, and you’re getting near to the sound of Somebody Save Me.'” – Soul, Jazz, and Funk.

“Eric and I are both lifelong fans of classic soul and blues, but we also like to push the envelope,” states Rayford. “We want to build on the music, not be a pastiche of classic styles,” adds Corne.
