RockyGrass 2026 Brings I’m With Her, Punch Brothers, Rhiannon Giddens To Colorado

Planet Bluegrass has announced the lineup for RockyGrass 2026, taking place July 25-27 at the Planet Bluegrass Ranch in Lyons, Colorado. The festival brings together modern genre-crossing acts like I’m With Her, Punch Brothers, and Rhiannon Giddens & The Old-Time Revue alongside established icons Sam Bush, The Del McCoury Band, and Tim O’Brien. For over five decades, RockyGrass has given the world’s finest bluegrass musicians complete freedom to stretch genre boundaries or honor tradition, creating an intimate atmosphere where artists and audiences connect over musical exploration at the base of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.

The weekend roster also features Steep Canyon Rangers, Kruger Brothers, Della Mae, Tony Trischka’s Earl Jam with Michael Daves, Willie Watson, and more. The Canadian Live Music Association is partnering with Good Night Out and REES (Respect, Educate, Empower Survivors) to present a free webinar on February 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET. The session addresses a critical aspect of event safety that often receives insufficient attention: how to handle disclosures of sexual violence in live event settings with care and competence.

While prevention measures remain essential, the reality is that sexual violence can still occur at events despite best efforts. The way staff members receive and respond to disclosures can significantly impact survivors. Yet many professionals working in venues and at live events lack specific training in trauma-informed response protocols. This webinar aims to fill that gap by providing practical guidance on creating effective support pathways and building safer event environments.

The session will be led by two experienced facilitators. Mary Lobson, founder and CEO of REES, brings expertise in developing online platforms for reporting bullying, abuse, harassment, and discrimination across various industries. Stacey Forrester, education director of Good Night Out Vancouver and former community health nurse, focuses on creating more equitable arts and culture communities. Together, they will guide participants through trauma-informed approaches that center survivor support while strengthening organizational response capacity.

This webinar is designed for anyone working in live event and venue operations who wants to enhance their ability to respond with both confidence and compassion. Originally recorded in 1966 at Regent Sound in New York and released in January 1967, the album captures a rare reunion between Dion DiMucci and his original group, Fred Milano, Carlo Mastrangelo, and Angelo D’Aleo. Available now in its original mono mixes, the eleven-track collection traces a moment when the group’s classic harmonies met the shifting sounds of the singer-songwriter era.  The East Coast Music Association (ECMA) is pleased to announce the 2026 ECMA nominees for the 38th annual East Coast Music Awards, celebrating the best in East Coast music and industry excellence.

The East Coast Music Awards: Festival & Conference will take place in Sydney, Nova Scotia, from May 20–24, 2026, and will include the East Coast Music Awards Gala presented by Rogers, along with festival performances, industry programming, and networking events.

The five-day celebration will feature performances, industry conferences, and international networking opportunities, highlighting the depth and diversity of East Coast music talent.

Leading this year’s nominations is Goldie Boutilier with seven, followed by Daniel James McFadyen with six, and Cassie and Maggie and Mallory Johnson with five nominations each. A full list of nominees follows. Together, this year’s nominees represent a wide range of genres, communities, and regions, reflecting the ongoing strength and diversity of East Coast music.
