Reggae Legends UB40 Are Bringing “Red Red Wine” And 40 Nights Of Hits To North America This Fall

0

UB40 has been at this for nearly five decades, and the music still hits like it always did. The four-time Grammy-nominated reggae legends announce their “Unstoppable” Tour, a massive fall run through the U.S. and Canada stretching from September 18 through November 15, covering 40 markets across major amphitheaters and performing arts centers. This marks the fifth consecutive year the group has returned to North America.

The official UB40 lineup features founding members James Brown on drums, Robin Campbell on guitar and vocals, Earl Falconer on bass and vocals, and Norman Hassan on percussion and vocals, alongside lead guitarist and vocalist Matt Doyle. Expect “Red Red Wine,” “Food For Thought,” “(I Can’t Help) Falling In Love With You,” and a catalog that has produced more than 50 UK charting singles and 17 UK Top 10 albums. Over 100 million albums sold worldwide tells you everything about the reach of this band.

Formed in Birmingham, England in 1978, UB40 built their sound from working-class roots and turned it into a global phenomenon. Matt Doyle has fronted the group since 2021, leading four major tours and appearing on their 2024 album ‘UB45’, a 45th anniversary release that hit No. 5 on the UK official album chart, blending new songs with reimagined classics. The band is also planning a new album for this summer, with details to come.

The “Unstoppable” Tour lives up to its name. Canadian dates open the run in Ottawa, Montreal, and Moncton before crossing into the northeastern U.S. and fanning out coast to coast, hitting Milwaukee, Chicago, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and closing in Hollywood, FL on November 15. VIP options are available.

Dustin Lynch And Chase Rice Are Co-Headlining Red Rocks For A Night That Means More Than Music

0

Two of country music’s most dependable hitmakers are sharing one of the most breathtaking stages in the world. Dustin Lynch and Chase Rice co-headline Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO on April 22, a show presented by Coors Banquet with a portion of ticket proceeds benefiting the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. Since 2014, Coors Banquet has donated more than $2 million to the WFF, and this night adds to that legacy.

Lynch is riding real momentum heading into the show. The Grand Ole Opry star now has ten No. 1 hits at country radio, and his latest single “Easy To Love” is currently climbing the charts. He recently wrapped 2025 with a CBS appearance on The Road, joining Keith Urban as an on-stage partner and co-mentor. “Red Rocks is such a legendary venue, I couldn’t be more pumped to be back, especially with my buddy Chase Rice joining me this time around,” Lynch says.

Rice’s connection to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation runs deep. He trained alongside firefighters in Idaho as part of the Protect Our Protectors campaign in 2022, and his partnership with Coors Banquet in support of the WFF stretches back several years. The cause is personal, not promotional.

Musically, Rice arrives at this show off the strength of ‘Eldora’, his independent 2025 release and the most raw, unguarded record of his career. Fittingly, the album was born in the afterglow of his last Red Rocks appearance, making this return feel like a full-circle moment for an artist who continues to grow on his own terms.

Five-Time Entertainer Of The Year Luke Bryan Takes Farm Tour 2026 Back To California This Spring

0

Luke Bryan’s Farm Tour has become one of country music’s most meaningful annual traditions, and the 17th edition brings it back to California this spring. Three dates are confirmed for May 14, 15, and 16, marking a second consecutive year Bryan has taken the tour west after a strong response to last year’s shows. Special guests will be announced at a later date.

“We had such a great response to the shows out West last year that we decided to come back,” Bryan says. “It was so impactful to learn from the farmers about what affects their operations and families, and our hope is to shine a little spotlight on them for all they do for America.” That kind of connection between artist and audience, rooted in something real, is exactly what has kept this tour going since 2009.

The numbers behind the Farm Tour are staggering. Since its inception, Bryan has awarded 90 college scholarships to students from farming families near each tour stop. Through sponsor Bayer’s Take Care, Now campaign and the #HerestotheFarmer initiative, more than ten million meals have been provided to communities in need. Farm Tour 2026 is sponsored by Bayer and Fendt, with traditional fall dates and locations to be announced this spring.

Bryan’s 2026 calendar is packed well beyond the Farm Tour. He plays RodeoHouston on March 9, Sanford Stadium at the University of Georgia on April 25 alongside Jason Aldean, Zach Top, Lauren Alaina, DJ Rock, and Dee Jay Silver, and launches the “Word On The Street” Tour with back-to-back shows May 29 and 30 in Gilford, New Hampshire. Openers on that run include Drew Baldridge, Karley Scott Collins, Lanie Gardner, Randall King, Zach John King, Shane Profitt, Raelynn, Lauren Watkins, and Jake Worthington.

Bryan, Lionel Richie, and Carrie Underwood are back at the judges’ table on ABC’s American Idol. Tickets for the California Farm Tour dates are on sale now.

Farm Tour 2026 California Dates:

May 14, Sillect Farms, Shafter, CA

May 15, Owens Mountain Parkway/168 Triangle, Clovis, CA

May 16, Elk Grove, CA

Harry Styles Shatters Wembley Stadium Records With A Historic 12-Night “Together, Together” Tour Run

0

Harry Styles is about to rewrite the record books at one of the world’s most iconic venues. The Grammy Award-winning pop superstar’s “Together, Together” Tour includes a 12-night residency at Wembley Stadium connected by EE, beginning June 12 and running through July 4, the most performances by any artist in a single year at the venue. That surpasses Coldplay’s ten-night run from last summer.

Styles also now holds the Wembley record for most concerts by a solo artist in a single run, moving past the eight nights Taylor Swift played there in 2024. What started as a six-night announcement exploded into twelve dates on the strength of demand alone. The Live Nation-promoted residency draws special guests including Robyn, Shania Twain, Fcukers, Jorja Smith, Jamie xx, Fousheé, and Skye Newman across select dates.

The broader tour extends well beyond London, with stops in Amsterdam, São Paulo, Mexico City, New York City, Melbourne, and Sydney running from May through December. The scale of the routing matches the scale of the moment.

All of this arrives alongside Styles’ fourth solo album, ‘Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally’, executive produced by Kid Harpoon and out now. The 12-track record is available on limited edition vinyl, CD, exclusive merchandise, and box sets. Lead single “Aperture” is out now and sets the tone for what the album delivers.

“The 12 nights will be among the most special in our stadium’s long history,” a Wembley Stadium spokesperson says. That kind of institutional endorsement does not come lightly.

Country Standout Ian Munsick Signs With Triple Tigers And Drops New Single “Geronimo”

0

Ian Munsick has a new label home and a new single to go with it. The Wyoming-born country artist has announced a partnership between his own imprint, West to the Rest Records, and Triple Tigers Records. The collaboration launches with “Geronimo,” out now, written by Munsick alongside Devin Dawson and Mike Robinson and produced by Munsick and Robinson.

The signing comes after Munsick departed Warner Music Nashville in September and launched West to the Rest Records on his own terms. Triple Tigers heard the new music and responded with the kind of directness Munsick was looking for. “After I played some of my new music for the team at Triple Tigers, they told me exactly what songs they thought could achieve that vision,” he says. “It was so refreshing to hear the words ‘that song is a hit’ when playing a guitar/vocal work tape for the label heads.”

“Geronimo” marks the first release from Munsick’s next project, following his third studio album ‘Eagle Feather’, which arrived in April 2025. The new track carries the same rugged, grounded energy that has defined his catalog, and it signals a focused new chapter for an artist who has consistently built his audience the hard way.

Munsick has sold out venues across the country by earning his fanbase one show at a time, and that work ethic carries into 2026. The “Eagle Flies Free” Tour is underway, with stops in Atlanta, Bozeman, Portland, and more. A rotating lineup of special guests includes Lanie Gardner, Ben Haggard, Tyler Nance, and Jake Worthington.

The partnership with Triple Tigers positions Munsick well. This is an artist with a clear identity, a proven live following, and now a label team that believes in the music without hesitation.

Country Icon Tracy Lawrence Hits The Road Hard On The 2026 “No Alibis” Tour

0

Tracy Lawrence has a lot of ground to cover this year, and he’s doing it on his own terms. The country music icon launches his 2026 “No Alibis” Tour, a headlining run presented on select dates by Peachtree Entertainment, stretching from spring through August with stops across America and more dates still to come.

Lawrence brings a catalog that has held up for decades, and he knows exactly what these shows mean to the people who show up. “This year felt like the right time to lean back into headlining more shows and really celebrate these songs with the folks who’ve been there from the beginning and love real country music,” he says. “The No Alibis Tour is about showing up and sharing a night that reminds us why we fell in love with country music in the first place.”

Among the highlights is a third consecutive year at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on May 3, following back-to-back sellouts. Lawrence also plays festival dates including Two Step Inn, Carolina Country Music Festival, Barefoot Country Music Festival, Rock the South, Country Stampede, and the Cali Country Cruise. The breadth of the routing speaks to his reach across the country format.

Lawrence spent 2025 touring alongside Josh Turner and returned to NFR with Rodeo Live. He packed out the Palomino Stage at Stagecoach, drawing a crowd that sang back every word. That kind of connection between artist and audience is exactly what the No Alibis Tour is built around.

Off the road, Lawrence’s Mission: Possible charity hit a major milestone last year, providing over 50,000 meals through its Turkey Fry and Benefit Concert, which raised more than $355,000. Tickets are on sale now.

The Untold Story Of Iron Maiden’s Paul Di’Anno Gets A Powerful Documentary This Summer

0

Paul Di’Anno’s story is unlike anything heavy metal has produced. Di’Anno: Iron Maiden’s Lost Singer, directed by Wes Orshoski and released by Cleopatra Entertainment, arrives this summer, a raw and intimate documentary chronicling the final chapter of the man who helped launch one of metal’s greatest bands.

Orshoski, whose previous credits include the acclaimed Lemmy documentary and The Damned: Don’t You Wish That We Were Dead, began shooting in 2017. The film follows two Iron Maiden fans who encounter Di’Anno at the lowest point of his life, launch a crowdfunding campaign, and ultimately relocate him to Croatia, where doctors help him stage a dramatic health recovery. It ends with a heroic return to the stage.

The film features appearances by Metallica’s James Hetfield, Kiss’s Gene Simmons, Maiden’s Steve Harris, and members of Exodus, Slayer, Megadeth, Overkill, and Sepultura. That roster alone signals the depth of Di’Anno’s impact on heavy metal. Shot across England, Croatia, Brazil, and the United States, the documentary captures something rarely seen in the rock doc format: a genuine second act, fought for and earned.

Di’Anno appeared on two of the most foundational albums in metal history, Iron Maiden’s 1980 self-titled debut and the follow-up ‘Killers’, released in 1981. His departure that same year, and replacement by Bruce Dickinson, sparked a debate among metal fans that has never stopped.

Orshoski completed the film shortly before Di’Anno passed away at 66 in October 2023. Di’Anno: Iron Maiden’s Lost Singer has screened at European film festivals and arrives worldwide on streaming, Blu-ray, and DVD this summer.

Summer Walker Brings The “Still Finally Over It” Tour To Arenas Across North America And London

0

Summer Walker has a major arena run locked in, and the demand is already speaking for itself. The Grammy-nominated R&B artist has announced a second London date at the O2 Arena, added after the first sold out, capping a massive international stretch of her 2026 Still Finally Over It Tour, promoted by Live Nation.

The tour launches May 26 at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, rolling through Brooklyn, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, and Los Angeles before wrapping July 3 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Walker then takes the tour overseas, with both August 1 and August 2 now confirmed at London’s O2 Arena. Odeal and Monaleo join on select dates.

The run is built on real momentum. Walker’s album ‘Finally Over It’ debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The intimate lyricism and raw vocal delivery that define her studio work translate powerfully to the live setting, and these shows promise something far more personal than a standard arena night out.

Walker has already been building anticipation in creative fashion. She surprised students at Georgia State University alongside 40 women in bridal gowns, and Still Finally Over It limos were spotted circling landmarks in Atlanta and Los Angeles. It is the kind of rollout that matches the emotional weight of the music.

Japanese Pop Sensation One or Eight Delivers Bold New Mini Album ‘Gather’ and North American Tour

0

One or Eight arrived with a statement. The Japanese pop act’s new mini album, ‘Gather’, is out now on Atlantic Music Group, a high-energy collection that pushes the group’s sound into bold new territory. The project draws from a wide spectrum of influences, genre-blending with confidence, and signals a pivotal new chapter for a group that has been building serious momentum since their 2024 debut.

The album opens with “Tokyo Drift,” a fast-paced anthem written by Pharrell that samples the iconic Tokyo Drift (Fast & Furious) theme. An action-packed music video accompanies the track, transporting viewers straight to the streets of Tokyo. Also on the album, “DSTM” features the first-ever sample of Rihanna’s global hit “Don’t Stop the Music,” a distinction that speaks to the group’s ambition.

Then there’s “Power,” a hard-driving pop track built for momentum. The song recently earned a significant placement as the Ending Theme Song 1 for the TV anime Yoroi Shinden Samurai Troopers, currently streaming in North America on Crunchyroll/Discotek. “Power” is a declaration of strength and self-belief, and it earns that description.

The group’s track record backs it all up. Their debut single “Don’t Tell Nobody,” produced by Ryan Tedder and David Stewart, hit No. 1 on Billboard Japan’s Heatseekers Songs chart. “Kawasaki” with Big Sean reached No. 5 on the U.S. iTunes Top Rap & Hip-Hop Songs chart. One or Eight also made history as the first Japanese group to walk the red carpet at the VMAs.

Now they take it live. The One or Eight 1st Live Tour, Gather, kicks off April 8 at The Roxy in Los Angeles, with dates across the U.S. and South America including New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Mexico City, and São Paulo.

The Types Of Media That Actually Help Grow An Artist Career

There has never been a wider, more dynamic media landscape for artists than there is today. For those building a career in music, that’s not a challenge, it’s an advantage. The key is understanding how different types of media support different stages of growth, and how they work together to create momentum that lasts.

At the center of everything are an artist’s own platforms. Social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are no longer just promotional tools. They are the primary way audiences discover, engage with, and stay connected to artists. These platforms offer a direct line to fans, allowing artists to share music, personality, process, and perspective in real time. When used consistently and thoughtfully, they create familiarity, and that familiarity builds trust over time.

Short-form video has become one of the most effective entry points for new audiences. Whether it’s a performance clip, a creative visual, or a behind-the-scenes moment, these pieces of content introduce the music in a way that feels immediate and accessible. For many listeners, this is the first interaction they’ll have with an artist. Approached creatively, short-form video becomes less about promotion and more about storytelling in its most distilled form.

Long-form media plays a different but equally important role. Podcasts, in-depth interviews, and documentary-style content provide space for artists to expand on their story, influences, and creative journey. These formats allow for a deeper level of engagement, giving audiences the opportunity to understand not just the music, but the person behind it. This is often where casual listeners become long-term fans.

Direct-to-fan communication channels such as email and SMS continue to be highly effective. These platforms offer a level of access and ownership that is increasingly valuable. When fans choose to subscribe, they are expressing clear interest, and that creates an opportunity for more meaningful interaction. Announcements about releases, tours, and exclusive content tend to resonate strongly in these spaces because they feel personal and intentional.

Live and local media remain essential components of a growing artist’s ecosystem. Community radio, regional publications, and local press help translate online attention into real-world support. They connect artists to audiences within specific markets and often play a significant role in building a foundation that can expand outward. Strong local engagement frequently leads to stronger touring opportunities and sustained regional growth.

Curated playlists and tastemaker platforms offer another powerful avenue for discovery. Placement within a trusted playlist or channel introduces music to listeners who are already open to finding something new. Beyond streaming numbers, these placements provide context, positioning an artist alongside others in a way that can shape perception and build credibility.

Independent media voices, including bloggers, content creators, and newsletter writers, also contribute meaningfully to an artist’s visibility. These individuals often have highly engaged audiences and a distinct point of view. When they support an artist, that endorsement carries a level of authenticity that resonates deeply with their followers.

Ultimately, all of these forms of media are most effective when they are aligned with a clear and compelling artist narrative. Every interview, post, feature, and piece of content contributes to how an artist is understood. When that story is consistent and authentic, each media touchpoint reinforces the others.

A successful career is rarely built on a single moment or a single platform. It develops through a network of connections, each one strengthening the relationship between artist and audience. By understanding the role of each type of media and approaching them with intention, artists can create a presence that is not only visible, but sustainable.
