OneRepublic Releases “Invincible” in Collaboration With Kaiju No.8: Mission Recon

Today, GRAMMY nominated pop-rock band, OneRepublic, released new single “Invincible (from Kaiju No.8)” alongside a music video shot in Japan.

Following the success of “Nobody (Kaiju No. 8 ED theme)”, the very first international song specially wrote for a Japanese anime ending theme, the band once again specially wrote for anime “Kaiju No.8”. The song is about no matter what happens, no matter how hard it is, there is a moment in time to feel nothing. It’s about those moments in life. This single is a collaboration with “Kaiju No. 8: Mission Recon”, an original new episode focused on one of the most popular characters; Hoshina, featured after a condensed recap of the first season of “Kaiju No. 8” available only on cinemas.

The music video captures scenes of OneRepublic performing the single as a surprise at Ariake show in January 2025 held in Tokyo, the very next day the band completed the MV in Tokyo streets and cafes where the band hangs around.

GRAMMY nominated OneRepublic, is composed of singer/songwriter and lead vocalist Ryan Tedder, guitarists Zach Filkins and Drew Brown, keys player Brian Willett, bassist and cellist Brent Kutzle, and drummer Eddie Fisher. Since the group’s debut, OneRepublic has amassed over 5 billion streams on Spotify alone. The Cure Announces ‘Mixes Of A Lost World’ Remix Album Featuring Four Tet, Paul Oakenfold, Mogwai, And More

‘MIXES OF A LOST WORLD’, conceived and compiled by Robert Smith, is a new remix collection of tracks from The Cure’s acclaimed #1 2024 album, SONGS OF A LOST WORLD. The set features brand-new remixes from Four Tet, Paul Oakenfold, Orbital and many more, with the deluxe edition including additional remixes and reworks by Chino Moreno (Deftones), Mogwai and 65daysofstatic, among others. Here two remixes so far available here.

This stunning collection will be released on 13th June on Fiction/Polydor, with all The Cure’s recording royalties benefitting War Child UK (https://www.warchild.org.uk).

‘MIXES OF A LOST WORLD’ will be available as 3LP/3CD/3MC deluxe editions featuring both the ‘Artists’ & ‘Remixers’ tracks. The 3LP set includes three half speed mastered 180g heavyweight black bio vinyl LPs, a tri-gatefold printed sleeve, and a large foldout poster; the triple deluxe CD has an 8-panel digisleeve and includes a foldout poster; the limited edition 3MC set has individually printed o-cards and obi-strip and is exclusive to The Cure store here.

The 2LP/2CD/2MC edition features the ‘Remixers’ tracks only and comes as a black vinyl 2LP with a gatefold sleeve; a double CD in 6-panel digisleeve includes foldout CD poster; the limited edition double cassette has individually printed o-cards and obi-strip is also exclusive to The Cure store.

Initially formed in 1978, The Cure has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, headlined the Glastonbury festival four times and been inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in 2019. They are considered to be one of the most influential bands to ever come out of the UK. The Cure’s first album in 16 years, ‘Songs Of A Lost World’ reached #1 in fifteen countries and the top 5 in a further seven.

Andy Vella, a long-time Cure collaborator, has ‘remixed’ the artwork for the album, which as with ‘Songs Of A Lost World’, features ‘Bagatelle’, a 1975 sculpture by Janez Pirnat.

2025 marks Bob Marley’s 80th birthday anniversary, and as a part of the year-long celebration, Ziggy Marley’s Tuff Gong Worldwide will re-release the critically acclaimed MARLEY via video steaming platforms and a special 80th Collector’s Edition DVD including two hours of never-before-seen interview footage with the reggae icon’s friends and family.

MARLEY, first released in 2012 and directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Kevin Macdonald, Marley is widely regarded as the definitive documentary on the life, music, and legacy of the global reggae icon. Featuring rare footage, never-before-seen performances, and interviews with Marley’s family, friends, and collaborators, Marley offers an intimate and comprehensive look at the man behind the music. This past weekend at Coachella, global rap architect and multi-platinum artist Yeat teased his latest single “The Bell” –– out now via Lyfestyle Corporation / Field Trip / Capitol Records. Yeat’s Coachella set was one of the most talked-about performances leading into the weekend, with celebrities like Justin Bieber reposting the IG Story where Yeat teased new music along with a sneak peek at his stage design, a 50-foot golden bell paying homage to the iconic bell on “Gët Busy”. The most talked-about moment from the set was when Yeat lent his extraterrestrial autotuned vocals to Drake’s classic track “Feel No Ways” — a nod to the pair’s close relationship and their collaborations on “As We Speak” and “IDGAF”. The set also featured the live debut of his new feature “Work”, with a surprise appearance from Anyma, who joined him on stage as a special guest. After his performance, he joined forces with Justin Bieber for a Coachella afterparty aptly named YEATCHELLA. The star-studded guest list included The Kid LAROI, Lori Harvey, and Tate McRae, among others. The Coachella performance comes on the heels of his appearance at the Sphere, making him the first rapper to play at the groundbreaking new venue. Yeat appeared alongside Anyma, the solo project of Matteo Milleri from the electronic duo Tale of Us. Yeat’s last project, the #1 Billboard charting LYFESTYLE, kicked off this summer when Yeat hinted at new music during his special three-show North American run across New York, Los Angeles, and Portland. With the release of LYFESTYLE, Yeat hit a massive career milestone, earning his first-ever no. 1 album on the Billboard 200. Within its first week of release, the 22-track project sold 89K equivalent album units –– the rap phenomenon’s highest first week sales to date. J.I.D Returns With New Single “WRK” Ahead of Next Chapter

GRAMMY nominated and Platinum selling rapper J.I.D has returned with a brand new single titled, “WRK.” Produced by GRAMMY winning producer Pluss and longtime collaborator Christo, “WRK” centres J.I.D signature double time bars, infectious word plays and vocal changes that keeps the listener hooked for the length of the three-minute track. The song was first teased at Dreamville Festival earlier this month when J.I.D played it to packed crowds in Raleigh, N.C. with fans having already shared the snippet online feverishly.

Though the Atlanta rapper has stayed busy with sold out tours and collaborations with Lil Yachty, Ab-Soul, NewJeans, Eminem and more —  “WRK” is the first solo cut from J.I.D since the release of his critically acclaimed album, The Forever Story (Dreamville/Interscope Records, 2022).  The album which Rolling Stone, Complex, NPR, GQ, XXL and more included in their “Best Albums of The Year” lists bore fruits well past its release date. Almost a year after its release, a cut from the record — the infectious track “Surround Sound” — soar to viral acclaim with its own TikTok challenge and ended the year in the #1 position across Billboard Viral 50, TikTok Viral and TikTok 50. The song featuring Atlanta natives 21 Savage and Baby Tate re-entered the Billboard Hot 100 charts in 2024 and went onto be 3x Platinum certified.

Born and raised in East Atlanta, Grammy nominated J.I.D grew up on his parents’ collection of classic funk/soul LPs, and broke onto the scene with his 2015 EP, DiCaprio. The EP saw him collaborating with hip-hop duo EARTHGANG, whom he’d previously joined on a 2014 tour. Spotted here by J. Cole, J.I.D was promptly signed to Dreamville/Interscope Records. Soon after the signing, J.I.D made his major-label debut with the widely celebrated The Never Story (2017) which was quickly followed by the critically acclaimed album DiCaprio 2 (2018). All Things Go Festival 2025 reveals the lineup of the 2nd New York edition, with headliners including Doechii, the returning ATG alum Lucy Dacus, and Clairo. The expanded three-day event features a total of 24 artists, including The Marías, Remi Wolf, Lola Young, The Last Dinner Party, Griff, and Rachel Chinouriri.

Set for Friday, September 26 – Sunday, September 28, the festival returns to its iconic venue, Forest Hills Stadium. The fan presale is set for Thursday, April 24 @ 10am, and the public on sale is Friday, April 25.

Last year, the festival expanded to New York for the first time, featuring performances by Reneé Rapp, Janelle Monáe, MUNA, Ethel Cain, Julien Baker, and more, all to a sold-out audience. All Things Go consistently strives to deliver a unique and diverse lineup while elevating the voices of underrepresented artists.

With her new single “Angeles” set for release this Friday, 15-year-old rock phenom Belle Blue builds on the momentum of her critically acclaimed track “WOOF” and announces her first-ever multi-city tour.

Joining forces with indie favorites Kids That Fly, the five-city run kicks off May 30 in New York City before bringing their distinct NYC energy to Chicago, Cincinnati, Nashville, and Bowling Green.

Hailed by SPIN as “a true musical prodigy” with songs that “display a maturity that seems otherworldly,” Belle Blue has quickly established herself as one of rock’s most compelling new voices. Her debut single “WOOF” was praised by American Songwriter as “a punchy, in-your-face hit against conformity” with the “edge of Bikini Kill,” while her follow-up “Angeles” is sure to turn heads with its raw pop-punk energy.

The Brooklyn-based Belle will share stages with fellow NYC standouts Kids That Fly, whom she recently named as “the most exciting musicians in 2025” in a SPIN interview. The pairing promises audiences a powerful showcase of New York’s vibrant rock revival.

Devon Allman and Ruf Records are thrilled to announce the joint release of a new star-studded album titled Blues Summit is due out this summer.  The album features all-star appearances from Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Robert Randolph, Jimmy Hall, Larry McCray, Sierra Green, and more.

Antone’s – Austin’s legendary “Home Of The Blues” – has announced a four-LP, 41-track box set celebrating its 50th anniversary, packed with the rich history and enduring spirit of a club that “helped put the live music capital of the world on the map” (Austin American Statesman). Set for release on August 22 via New West Records, Antone’s: 50 Years of the Blues, chronicles the development of Antone’s and its trailblazing music across three full-length albums (each capturing a unique element of the club’s history) and a special bonus 45. The set also features a meticulously updated hardcover edition of Picture the Blues from Susan Antone (the sister and close collaborator of legendary late Antone’s founder Clifford Antone) with rare and unseen photographs, and a new definitive Antone’s history written by revered Texas music historian Joe Nick Patoski with fresh interviews.

Out today are two advance tracks from the set’s opening double LP, “The Last Real Texas Blues Album,” which includes 18 songs of new material from artists integral to the history of Antone’s (Jimmie Vaughan, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Charlie Sexton, Ruthie Foster, Doyle Bramhall II, Bobby Rush, Derek O’Brien, C.J. Chenier + Muddy Waters’ guitarist John Primer and son Big Bill Morganfield) as well as its next generation leaders (Kam Franklin, Eve Monsees, McKinley James and more). The second album, Tell Me One More Time, is a collection of long-lost cuts from Antone’s Records, the club’s in-house label and perhaps the leading promoter of female-fronted blues (Lou Ann Barton, Angela Strehli, Lavelle White, Sue Foley, Barbara Lynn) in record business history. Tell Me One More Time also features never-heard archival commentary from Clifford, about many of the artists and songs within. Album number three, We Went Live In ‘75, features rare live recordings from throughout the club’s history, ranging from Buddy Guy and Otis Rush to a 20-year-old unsigned Gary Clark Jr. Also included is a bonus tri-color 45 of Los Lobos covering Howlin’ Wolf, a nod to Clifford – who rescued the band when they were stranded in Texas back in the mid-80s, helping them fund their way back to LA with a week of support slots at the club.

Antone’s: 50 Years of the Blues, is part of a major year-long celebration of Antone’s, including a special Austin City Limits taping for the club’s anniversary, ACL & Antone’s Celebrate the Blues, taking place on April 28 at ACL Live at The Moody Theater. The lineup, just-announced yesterday, includes Jimmie Vaughan, Sue Foley, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Charlie Sexton, Big Bill Morganfield, Lil’ Ed Williams, Grace Bowers, Bobby Rush and Lurrie Bell. These blues all-stars will be backed by an incredible 14-piece house band, featuring legendary players including ACL Hall of Famer Chris Layton, Steve Bell, Joe Sublett and more – all under the musical direction of Antone’s own Zach Ernst. This one-of-a-kind taping swaps Antone’s intimate setting for ACL’s familiar skyline backdrop and offers an all-star line-up of blues giants and torchbearers taking the famed ACL stage; the broadcast episode will air this fall as part of the PBS series’ upcoming Season 51. ACL will live stream the taping on YouTube (youtube.com/austincitylimitstv), beginning promptly at 8pm CT and will only be available live.

The Antone’s Allstars will also be taking over New York’s Lincoln Center on June 29 for a one-of-a-kind extravaganza, centered around the rich history of Texas blues and soul – on one of the world’s most prestigious stages. Many of the performers from the ACL taping will appear at Lincoln Center (including Jimmie Vaughan, Kam Franklin, John Primer, Lurrie Bell, and Lil’ Ed Williams), but other iconic Antone’s artists like C.J. Chenier and Jivin’ Gene will join in for this special show too. Most recently, Antone’s hosted an all-day 50th anniversary celebration during SXSW, which was praised by Rolling Stone for “pointing the way towards the future of the blues.”

Founded by Clifford Antone as the first live music venue on Austin’s now-famous Sixth Street, Antone’s quickly became ‘home away from home’ for a Mount Rushmore of blues musicians including Muddy Waters, Albert King, Otis Rush, Willie Dixon and B.B. King – as well as a broader tapestry of American roots music. The force behind this all was Antone, a native of Texas’ Gulf Coast region who spent much of his youth roadtripping through the juke joints of nearby Louisiana, where he developed a deep love of Creole music, R&B, zydeco and, above all, the blues. In the venue’s five decade run, Antone’s has continued to define the present and shape the future of blues music, bolstering the careers of internationally-renowned artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Doug Sahm, Charlie Sexton, Angela Strehli, Lou Ann Barton and many more. Today, it remains a vital presence in the live music scene, with its influence carried forward by a new generation of trailblazing artists including Gary Clark Jr., Kam Franklin, Jackie Venson and McKinley James.
