You want rock and roll? You’ve got rock and roll. AC/DC, one of the loudest, proudest, most electrifying bands to ever plug in a guitar, is kicking off their first U.S. tour in nine years—and they’re doing it in pure, high-voltage style.

On April 9 and 10, ahead of their Power Up North American Tour, the band is throwing open the doors to their legendary High Voltage Dive Bar—a one-off U.S. experience right in Minneapolis at Machine Shop. Fans will get the rare chance to walk through a museum of AC/DC mayhem: iconic props, exclusive merch, and vinyl rarities that’ll make any collector’s heart skip a beat—and maybe short circuit. Dua Lipa Teams Up with Troye Sivan for Remix of Double Platinum Hit “Physical”

Today, 3x GRAMMY and 7x BRIT Award-winning global pop powerhouse Dua Lipa releases a remix of her UK double platinum single “Physical” featuring fellow award-winning pop sensation Troye Sivan.

The remix features a brand-new verse from Troye, which fans first got their hands on earlier this week after Dua brought Troye out for a surprise performance of “Rush” during one of her five sold-out nights at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena as part of her Radical Optimism World Tour. Following their performance, the duo went down into the crowd to gift one lucky fan a USB drive containing the unreleased track.

The collab comes on the heels of the 5th anniversary of Dua’s GRAMMY Award-winning, certified platinum sophomore album Future Nostalgia, which is also re-released today on a special triple vinyl edition in celebration of the anniversary. Pressed on one yellow splatter vinyl and two traditional black vinyl discs, the 3-LP set includes the album’s original 11 tracks, along with the deluxe Moonlight Edition, and the remix album Club Future Nostalgia, and is available to purchase here

The Australia/New Zealand leg of Dua’s Radical Optimism World Tour has been off to an exciting start, with six sold-out nights under its belt and four additional sold-out shows coming up across Sydney and Auckland. The show has received glowing reviews from the likes of Rolling Stone Australia, who gave the show four stars and raved it was “a triumph,” as well as from the Herald Sun, who praised the show was “a joyous mixtape of absolute bangers, relentless light shows, and dazzling costume changes.”

After wrapping up in Sydney and Auckland, she’ll kick off the Europe/UK leg in May before returning to North America in September. The tour features multiple nights in most cities, including two sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium in London and four-night runs at both Madison Square Garden in New York and the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The global tour supports Dua’s third studio album, Radical Optimism, which went No. 1 in 12 countries, including the UK where it became the biggest album debut from a UK female artist in 2024 and garnered the highest week one sales from a UK female artist since 2021. In the US, the album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart and No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, marking Dua’s biggest sales week yet.

Beyond her album release, 2024 was a milestone year for Dua, featuring headline performances at Glastonbury’s iconic Pyramid Stage in the UK and Austin City Limits in Austin, Texas, as well as her first primetime concert special “An Evening ith Dua Lipa” filmed live at The Royal Albert Hall. Following the Eagles’ groundbreaking residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, Rhino will celebrate the 25th anniversary of Don Henley’s Inside Job with a newly remastered version on May 23. Henley’s fourth solo album will be reissued in multiple configurations, including a 180g 2-LP, 1CD, and digital versions.

Inside Job initially arrived on May 23, 2000. Upon release, it bowed at #7 on the Billboard 200, notching Henley’s highest debut as a solo artist. The album went on to earn a Platinum certification from the RIAA. The lead single, “Taking You Home,” catapulted to #1 on the Adult Contemporary chart and remains one of the album’s signature songs.

Henley co-produced Inside Job with longtime collaborator Stan Lynch, delivering standouts such as “Everything Is Different Now” and “For My Wedding.”  The reissue of Inside Job follows 2024 reissues of I Can’t Stand Still (1982), Building The Perfect Beast (1984), and Cass County (2015).

Best known as co-founder of the legendary rock band, the Eagles, as well as an influential solo artist, Don Henley has maintained an extraordinary commitment to music and various philanthropic efforts throughout his career, including a dedication to environmental issues and artists’ rights.

Raised in a small East Texas town, Henley was drawn to the sounds of exotic music broadcast from distant radio stations in New Orleans, Nashville, and Ciudad Acuna, Mexico. These stations introduced him to the blues, bluegrass, gospel, jazz, and rock and roll, paving the way for his future as an artist.

As a solo artist and member of the Eagles, Don Henley has received countless accolades, numerous gold and platinum records, and performed sold-out concert tours worldwide. A highly respected musical artist, Henley launched his solo career in 1982 with his debut album, I Can’t Stand Still. 1984’s Building The Perfect Beast followed, with four hit singles including “The Boys Of Summer, which earned Henley a Best Rock Vocal GRAMMY Award. The artist’s track record continued unabated with 1989’s The End Of The Innocence, which yielded three more hits, including the title track, and brought Henley another Best Rock Vocal GRAMMY Award. Henley is a founding member, drummer, vocalist, and songwriter of the Eagles. The group was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1998 and continues to perform sold-out concerts all over the world.

Formed in 1971, the Eagles pioneered a uniquely American musical style, blending elements of country, folk, R&B, rock, and pop. Since then, it has become one of the most creatively and commercially successful bands of all time. Despite today’s fractured rock ’n’ roll landscape, the Eagles retain a timeless appeal that transcends both generations and genres, solidifying the band’s status as a musical icon.

The Eagles have sold more than 150 million albums worldwide, scoring six #1 albums and five chart-topping singles. Maren Morris has released the first song from her upcoming album D R E A M S I C L E, titled “carry me through”. The Greg Kurstin-produced single is a stripped-back ballad tinged with gospel and soul as Maren reflects on navigating a dark place and finding the strength to pull herself out – a theme of resilience that runs throughout the entire album.

The official video illustrates the message even further – once Maren sees that she herself is all she needs, her world goes from black and white to full glowing color.

Maren says: “This was written in early 2023 before a lot of things went down. I really do think sometimes songs are premonitions. I wanted to address some anxieties I was having but also give myself some peace by saying ‘it’s not all on you right now. lean on safe people.’ Listening to it brings me a little bit of peace, and I hope it does the same for others out there.”

In a baseball town like New York, and especially in the Bronx, spring doesn’t officially start until Yankees Opening Day. Today, two lifelong Yankees fans, artist Johnny 2 Phones and producer Hunna G unite to make an unforgettable Opening Day 2025, sharing “Yankee Baby,” the new official anthem of the New York Yankees.

The song arrives with a music video, featuring cameos from some of New York’s biggest stars, which will make its debut today on the Yankee Stadium jumbotron and is available to view on the official New York Yankees YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. “Yankee Baby” will remain on the Yankee Stadium playlist throughout the 2025 season. With co-signs from legends like Aaron Judge, A Boogie, and Jalen Brunson, who all appear in the music video, this record isn’t just celebrating baseball-it’s celebrating the city itself.

Propelled by Hunna G’s punchy percussion and twinkling pianos, “Yankee Baby” succinctly summarizes the optimistic excitement all fans feel at the start of baseball season. Johnny 2 Phones lifts the song with his pure vocals, rhyming and singing about his gameday routine: “Put my fitted on, I’m out the door in record speed/When I’m uptown bound, ain’t no stoppin’ me,” he raps. The upstate NY native weaves in references to notable Yankee figures like Derek Jeter and broadcaster Michael Kay, and ends the song by interpolating “Take Me Out To The Ballgame.”

Directed by Ryan Callahan, Cody Charneski, and Ethan Keo, the video is a tribute to The City That Never Sleeps, checking in on various landmarks as New Yorkers get hype for baseball season. Rocking a special “2 Phones” Yankees jersey, Johnny is the ideal ambassador for Yankee fans across the Big Apple, tapping his Bernie Williams bobblehead for good luck before heading uptown and joining Hunna G on the Yankee Stadium field. Amy Irving Reimagines Willie Nelson Classic with Punk Flair on New Single “If You Want Me To Love You I Will”

Academy Award-nominated actress and singer Amy Irving has shared “If You Want Me To Love You I Will,” the latest single from her forthcoming album Always Will Be, out April 25 via Queen Of The Castle Records/Missing Piece Records.

Originally written by Willie Nelson for Irving to sing in their 1980 film Honeysuckle Rose, this infectious punk-rock revamp arrives with a high-octane music video featuring styling and makeup by singer-songwriter Shamir.

The new song was featured at People who spoke with Irving about Always Will Be and praised its “kaleidoscope of different genres.” “If You Want Me To Love You I Will” is one of many renditions from her longtime friend Nelson’s iconic catalog that comprises her new album, with special guests including Steve Earle, Amy Helm, Louis Cato, Chris Pierce, Lizzie No and Nelson himself.

“Willie wrote me a sweet song to sing to him in the movie Honeysuckle Rose,” says Irving about the new single. “In my band and Goolis’ hands, it ain’t too sweet anymore! I had so much fun shooting this video and giving this song new life for my album.”

“I feel so incredibly honored to have been asked to style and do makeup for Amy and the band,” says Shamir. “Being trans myself, it was important to me to use this opportunity to spotlight a trans designer. Everyone in the band is wearing a top designed by Philadelphia-based trans designer Allegra Pronesti, and the white balaclava Jules [Goolis] wears was hand-crocheted by me mere days before the shoot.”

“What Amy and Goolis did with this song is nothing short of alchemy and I felt so lucky to be able to direct this video,” says Gabriel Barreto. “We were honored to have Shamir Bailey come in to do styling and makeup that frankly gave the video a texture and tone I only saw in my head at first, and Shamir made that a reality. Between getting to shoot this at Brooklyn’s Spaceman Sound (where we cut the record), having my friends Francis Ceschin as cinematographer, and Shamir creating the looks with Jules Bartkowski (Goolis himself) editing, this was an embarrassment of riches as a director.”

“If You Want Me To Love You I Will” follows the tender “I Wish I Didn’t Love You So” (feat. Steve Earle) and the bittersweet “Always Will Be” (feat. Amy Helm), which garnered praise from Variety, Holler, The Bluegrass Situation and more. The origin of Always Will Be begins with Irving and Nelson’s decades-long friendship after meeting while shooting Honeysuckle Rose. Following a duet reimagining of his song “I’m Waiting Forever,” Nelson proposed that Irving record an album entirely of his work. She took him up on the offer, collaborating again with bandleader Goolis (Jules David Bartkowski) for these 10 genre-defying tracks.

Over Irving’s prolific career, she has been heralded as a “revelation” by Time, while Variety dubbed her “a gifted stage actress of uncompromising integrity.” In February, her beloved, critically acclaimed film Crossing Delancey was added to the Criterion Collection. She recently spoke with Vulture about “the New York rom-com classic” and this prestigious honor.

Irving will be performing album release shows at New York City’s City Winery on May 4 with guest performances by Steve Earle and Amy Helm, followed by a stop at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, NY on May 31.

Recently, Irving invited The New York Times into her rustic, barn-style home, which includes a designated music area with Nelson’s guitar that he gave her during the filming of Honeysuckle Rose.

Larkin Poe Announce 2025 Bloom Tour with Parker Millsap, Amythyst Kiah, and Festival Dates Across U.S. and Europe

Larkin Poe – the GRAMMY Award-winning duo of Georgia-bred, Nashville-based multi-instrumentalist sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell – will kick off their Bloom Tour 2025 on April 8 in St. Louis, MO, in support of their recently released album, Bloom. The tour will span nearly two months, taking the band from coast to coast with stops across the country. Museum of the Moving Image Launches ‘Mission: Impossible’ Exhibition Ahead of Final Film’s Release

On Friday, April 18, Museum of the Moving Image (MoMI) will launch a major initiative celebrating the phenomenon of Paramount Pictures’ thrilling MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE franchise, ahead of the Memorial Day Weekend 2025 release of the eighth film in the series, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE—The Final Reckoning. The exhibition will spotlight star and producer Tom Cruise’s exceptional commitment to practical stunt work, and explore how the series combines technical ingenuity, personal discipline, and artistic commitment, all in service of storytelling, character development, and performance.

The MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE experience at MoMI will be anchored by MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE—Story and Spectacle, an exhibition that immerses visitors in the breathtaking stunts and key dramatic moments of the series, pulling back the curtain to allow insight into story and character development and the planning and execution of action sequences. The exhibition and related programs will provide a focal point for fans of the MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE franchise, both those in New York and worldwide through virtual and/or livestreamed events.

Sections of the exhibition will be devoted to each film in the series, with a focus on that film’s key stunt or action sequence, along with unique behind-the-scenes content that offers insight on how the remarkable stunts were prepared for and filmed, complemented by related production artifacts.

“For almost 30 years, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE films have thrilled audiences with suspenseful stories and unparalleled practical stunts,” said Barbara Miller, Deputy Director for Curatorial Affairs. “MoMI is excited to partner with Paramount Pictures on this major exhibition to explore the series’ unique achievements and create a fun, illuminating experience for fans and visitors.”

Access to MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE—Story and Spectacle will be included with general Museum admission tickets during its run.

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE—Story and Spectacle and related programs are supported by a Market New York grant from Empire State Development and I LOVE NY, New York State’s Division of Tourism.

Founded in 1985, MoMI celebrates the history, art, technology, and future of the moving image in all of its forms. Located in Astoria, New York, the Museum presents exhibitions; screenings; discussion programs featuring actors, directors, and creative leaders; and education programs.
