Italian Glam Rockers Hot Rod Fire Up Debut Era With New Single “Wasted”

Italian glam rockers Hot Rod kick open the door to their debut album with the release of “Wasted,” a loud and unapologetic introduction to their new record ‘Harder Faster Glitter,’ which is out now through Street Symphonies Records and Burning Minds Music Group.

The track delivers a gritty blast of hard rock attitude that leans straight into the genre’s wild side. Crunching guitars, swaggering rhythms, and a rebellious edge push the song forward with real force. The music hits with confidence and volume, capturing the spirit of classic glam metal while keeping its boots planted firmly in the present.

Guitarist Christian Balsamo explains the mindset behind the track: “Wasted is rooted in raw, no-frills ’90s hard rock. Sound-wise, it sits somewhere between Steel Panther’s Feel The Steel and Warrant’s Dog Eat Dog: straight to the point, gritty, and unapologetic. The song comes from wild, booze-soaked nights spent roaming the city, and it wears that attitude on its sleeve.”

Formed in 2006, Hot Rod have spent years building their reputation through demos and high-energy live shows across Italy and beyond. Their sound blends the glossy swagger of 1980s glam metal with the rougher edge of ’90s hard rock, creating a punchy mix that celebrates loud guitars, big hooks, and full-throttle attitude.

“Wasted” sets the tone for ‘Harder Faster Glitter,’ an eleven-track debut that dives headfirst into that same unapologetic spirit. It is a hard-charging introduction to a group that understands exactly what glam metal is supposed to do: crank the volume and let it rip.

David and Howard Bellamy launched their career into the stratosphere with the timeless classic “Let Your Love Flow.” The song reached No. 1 on the U.S. charts in 1976 and quickly became an international hit. It remains one of the most recognizable songs of the decade and the starting point for a remarkable run that includes 14 No. 1 country singles.

The Ryman performance highlights a career that has moved effortlessly across genres, generations, and continents. From global touring to decades of chart success, The Bellamy Brothers remain one of country music’s most enduring acts. Momentum around the duo continues to build even five decades in. It is the kind of industry respect that rarely happens by accident. Lee earned it through sharp songwriting and commanding live performances.

“Burn To Black” digs into the emotional aftershock of first love. Outlaw Country Firebrand Paul Cauthen Struts Forward With ‘Book Of Paul’ And “Texas Swagger”

Paul Cauthen steps into a bold new chapter with his fifth album ‘Book Of Paul’. The outlaw country firebrand delivers a record packed with swagger, grit, and the booming Big Velvet voice that has defined his rise through the country underground.

The album is out now and finds Cauthen leaning fully into the sound that shaped him. Classic country grit collides with gospel soul and rock and roll attitude, creating a raw and unapologetic statement rooted in his East Texas identity.

Cauthen marked the project with the release of “Texas Swagger,” a bronc-bucking anthem driven by dark twang and undeniable attitude. The track was co-written with Rob Ragosta and Sam Martinez and arrives with a striking music video filmed at the BuckTown bull riding compound of rodeo legend JB Mauney.

“If you look at the Bible, there is no book of Paul,” Cauthen says. “I just wanted to write something that embodies me. I’m sick of hearing records catered to what’s hot and what’s working.”

Production on the album is shared by Ryan Tyndell, Steve Rusch, Sam Martinez, Fustin, and Nate Ferraro. Cauthen co-wrote 12 of the album’s 13 tracks and even steps behind the kit and bass on select recordings, giving the project a hands-on, deeply personal feel.

With a sound sitting somewhere between Waylon Jennings, Elvis Presley, and Jerry Lee Lewis, Cauthen continues to carve his own lane in modern country. ‘Book Of Paul’ stands as another fearless chapter from an artist who refuses to follow anyone else’s rules.

The group features a formidable lineup of musicians. Grammy-nominated banjoist Barry Abernathy joins Grammy-winning fiddler Jim VanCleve, vocalist and mandolinist Darrell Webb, bluegrass legend Todd Phillips, and guitarist Zeb Snyder. Together they bring precision, energy, and deep musical chemistry to every track.

Produced by the band and engineered by Grammy winner Shani Gandhi, the album balances pristine musicianship with a warm, organic sound. Mastering by Dan Bacigalupi completes the recording with a polished yet authentic finish.

Gunshine kick off a new chapter with the release of their single “Goth Girl.” The Florida rockers deliver a hook-driven anthem packed with melody, swagger, and a sharp rock edge as they build momentum around their upcoming album ‘Grand Rising’.

The track blends classic rock attitude with a modern melodic punch. Crunching guitar riffs drive the song forward while the chorus lands with undeniable hook power. “Goth Girl” showcases the band’s knack for mixing gritty rock energy with a pop-forward sense of melody.

The single was written with acclaimed songwriter and producer Brian Howes, known for his work with Hinder, Skillet, Nickelback, and Daughtry. The track was mixed and mastered by Chris Collier, whose credits include Korn, Mick Mars, Whitesnake, and Lynch Mob.

Guitarist Austin Ingerman says the song came together quickly in the studio. “It started with several vocal melodies and a riff I had, then Jordan had a lyrical concept about a goth girl. We finished writing the rest with Brian in Vancouver and tracked it right away. That spontaneity brought out some magic.”

“Goth Girl” serves as the lead single from ‘Grand Rising’, a 13-track album that pushes the band’s sound forward while staying rooted in the elements that built their reputation. With big hooks, hard riffs, and high-energy performances, Gunshine continue to prove they are a rising force in modern rock.
