Renowned Canadian singer-songwriter Lennie Gallant will be touring in Ontario and Quebec, November 22nd through November 30th, in celebration of the release of his new album titled Live Acoustic at The Carleton. Nominated for the 2014 Canadian Folk Music Awards for both English Songwriter of the Year and Solo Artist of the Year on the strength of his new recording, Lennie Gallant will perform on the Canadian Folk Music Awards Gala at the Bronson Centre in Ottawa on Nov. 29th.
Lennie is also celebrating the launch of a new book titled Peter’s Dream – a collaboration with visual artist and sibling, Karen Gallant. All of this comes hot on the heels of his summer–long run at Charlottetown’s Mack Theatre with his show Searching For Abegweit -The Island Songs & Stories of Lennie Gallant, a runaway hit that was extended to an incredible 57 sold out shows!
