Meg Myers Announces 20+ Date Us Tour In Support Of New Album ‘Take Me To The Disco’

With four intimate June shows in NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Kansas City already sold out, Meg Myers announces a 20+ date fall US headlining tour in support of forthcoming album Take Me To The Disco. The tour will make stops at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg, LA’s El Rey Theatre, Chicago’s House of Blues and more.

Meg has also announced that she’ll play a special show with Walk The Moon on Friday, June 15th at Express Live in Columbus, OH.

Meg is known for her transcendent live performances – her “mysteriously shape-shifting” (EW) and “tremendously powerful voice” (Rolling Stone) backed by “feedback-frothed power chords” (NYT) are sure to entrance fans. Meg’s stage presence is marked by a transportive intensity that is nothing short of bewitching.

‘Take Me To The Disco’ has earned early raves from the NY Times, who calledlead single “Numb” “seething and then exploding” and Billboard, who dubbed the track “cathartic” and “life-affirming.” The chilling video for “Numb,” which Uproxx called “as powerful as it is unsettling,” earned a nod from NPR Music’s Bob Boilen and was named one of The 5 Best Videos Of The Week by Stereogum. Meg recently released the hauntingly beautiful title track from ‘Take Me To The Disco,’ which Uproxx called “a giant and ethereal song that lives in quiet moments that explode into the dynamic and haunting hook.”
