Mexican electronic music legends, Moenia, return to the US with their Pixel Tour USA, produced by Live Nation. Renowned for their innovative sound, unique performances, and strong musical influence, they’re ready to thrill their loyal fans across the country.
The 14-city tour kicks off on August 23 at the House of Blues in Houston, TX. It continues across the US in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and more, wrapping up in Chicago at the House of Blues on September 15.
Formed in 1992, Mœnia has carved their name as pioneers of electronic music in Mexico. Their unique blend of synthpop, techno, and ambient sounds, infused with Latin influences, captivated audiences worldwide. Hits like “Ni Tu, Ni Nadie,” “Dejame Entrar,” and “Estabas Ahí” became anthems, solidifying their status as icons. Throughout their career, Mœnia has consistently pushed boundaries, experimenting with new sounds and themes. Their impact extends far beyond their own music, inspiring generations of Latin artists and shaping the landscape of alternative and electronic music in Latin America.
Emerging in 1992, Moenia brought a synth-pop sound inspired by 80s European electronic music bands. Their debut single, “No Puedo Estar Sin Ti,” released in 1997, paved the way for their self-titled debut album, which achieved Gold Record status. Pioneers in the Latin music industry, Moenia introduced innovative concepts like multimedia concerts, music DVDs, and à la carte shows where fans could choose the setlist. Their #HagamosContacto tour saw three sold-out nights at Mexico City’s Teatro Metropolitan, culminating in a sold-out show at the Auditorio Nacional on January 31, 2020. 2023 saw the release of Stereo Hits Vol II, featuring 11 reimagined versions of iconic Hispanic Rock and Pop songs. Their Pixel Tour dominated Latin America and Mexico, including a sold-out show at the Auditorio Nacional, with such high demand that a second date sold out within a month.Fueled by this success, Moenia embarks on the Pixel Tour USA with 14 dates across major cities in the United States.
