Years before shaping the landscape of late-night television with Saturday Night Live, Lorne Michaels was performing comedy alongside Hart Pomerantz. Together, the Canadian duo released the 1968 album The Comedy of Hart and Lorne, showcasing their sharp wit and playful sketches. The record stands as a little-known artifact from Michaels’ early career, long before his rise as one of TV’s most influential producers.
