Canada Soccer and Infinity & have revealed the first wave of artists joining Perfect Pitch, a landmark collaboration that unites Canadian music and sport under Grammy Award-winning producer Boi-1da. The newly announced music ambassadors include Alessia Cara, Charlotte Cardin, Loud Luxury, Nelly Furtado, The Tragically Hip, and Zeds Dead. Each will use their platform to amplify the program’s creative initiatives and support the mission of the Canada Soccer Foundation, which empowers youth and strengthens Canada’s National Teams.
Led by Boi-1da, Perfect Pitch has been in development for months, blending genres and cultures to reflect Canada’s diversity. The forthcoming album, arriving ahead of next summer’s FIFA World Cup, will feature original songs, re-imagined classics, and collaborations between some of the country’s most celebrated artists. “The energy around this project has been incredible,” said Boi-1da. “It’s inspiring to see so many iconic Canadian artists come together. What we’re creating isn’t just an album, it’s a cultural statement.”
Infinity & will oversee cross-promotional and activation opportunities to elevate Canada Soccer’s brand beyond sport. “Perfect Pitch represents a true celebration of Canadian creativity, where Canada’s music and sport come together to inspire the next generation,” said Jerry Deifer of Infinity. Canada Soccer’s Samantha Rogers added that the program tells the story of Canadian soccer “in a new way, one that is truly representative of Canada.” Additional artists and release details will be announced in the coming months
