The 8th annual Daryle Singletary Keepin’ It Country Jam returns Thursday, February 12, to The Nashville Palace, bringing together some of country music’s most respected voices for a night rooted in tradition and community. Serving as the unofficial kickoff to the National Wild Turkey Federation convention, the event continues its mission of honoring Singletary’s legacy.
Hosted by 90s country comedian Cledus T. Judd, the benefit concert is headlined by Lee Brice and Randy Houser, with special guest performances from Drew Baldridge, Billy Dean, Rhett Akins, Mo Pitney, Eric Blankenship, Duke Henry, and Robert Bacon. The lineup reflects the deep respect Singletary earned among peers and fans alike.
The Keepin’ It Country Jam consistently earns an enthusiastic response for its spirit and authenticity. Year after year, the stage fills with artists who share a commitment to preserving hardcore country music and supporting the Daryle Singletary Memorial Trust through music and fellowship.
Over the past seven years, friends including Jamey Johnson, Neal McCoy, Easton Corbin, Lorrie Morgan, Lee Greenwood, Collin Raye, Rhonda Vincent, Mark Wills, and many more have appeared at the event. Their presence underscores the lasting impact Singletary made within the country community.
Daryle Singletary rose to prominence in the 1990s with a run of deeply traditional albums and charting singles like “I Let Her Lie,” “Too Much Fun,” and “Amen Kind of Love.” His catalog, including ‘Ain’t It the Truth’ and ‘There’s Still A Little Country Left,’ remains a touchstone for artists devoted to country music’s roots.
