Grammy-winning Australian psych pop force Tame Impala expand their 2026 “Deadbeat Tour” with second shows in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney after presales sold out within hours. The new dates hit Brisbane Entertainment Centre on October 11, Rod Laver Arena on October 15, and Qudos Bank Arena on October 20. All seven Australian dates go on sale Friday, February 27 at 11 am local time, with Ninajirachi joining as support nationwide.
The tour arrives on the back of ‘Deadbeat’, released in late 2025 and led by “Loser,” “End of Summer,” and “Dracula.” The latter delivered Kevin Parker’s biggest US radio debut and landed at No. 3 in triple j’s Hottest 100. Parker also secured a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Recording for “End of Summer,” following his 2025 win for “Neverender” with Justice. A new “Dracula” remix featuring Jennie is out now.
Created between Fremantle and Parker’s Wave House studio in Injidup, Western Australia, ‘Deadbeat’ captures a sharpened minimalism and playful vocal edge. Joining the run is rising electronic artist Ninajirachi, whose debut album ‘I Love My Computer’ swept the Australian Music Prize, two J Awards, and three ARIA Awards.
