Metallica bring their next large-scale live production to Las Vegas this fall with “Life Burns Faster,” a multi-month residency at Sphere. The run begins October 1, 2026 and continues through March 13, 2027, with No Repeat Weekends scheduled throughout the engagement. Tickets for all dates go on sale March 6 at 10 a.m. PT.
Demand for the shows has already pushed the residency further into 2027, with 16 additional performances added this week. Each No Repeat Weekend follows the format introduced on the band’s M72 World Tour, featuring two completely different setlists across Thursday and Saturday performances with no repeated songs.
The residency places Metallica’s catalog inside Sphere’s immersive environment, combining the band’s live performance with the venue’s massive wraparound LED display, immersive audio system, and multi-sensory production elements. The result positions “Life Burns Faster” as a large-scale concert experience built specifically for the Las Vegas venue.
